Placed a to go order for my family. Ordered 2 grilled cheese kids meals for my kids. Have 2 crying tolders at home because there kids meals didnt have sandwiches. Called the resturant 5 times with no answer. Drove back and they didn't have the sandwiches so there making them now. Not very happy read more

This location is 5 star all the way! This is my first BurgerFi experience and I will definitely return...

Got takeout and the burger was cold and seemed under portioned. Milkshake and fries were good. Pretty underwhelming experience.

We order BurgerFi through Doordash and it arrived super fast. We ordered 5 burgers but only ended up receiving 4. This may have been a Doordash issue but seeing as we paid for 5 we assume it was more of a in restaurant issue. I got a normal cheese burger which was good, my colleague got a beyond burger and said it was also quite good. We ordered the vinegar fries as well, which some of the party enjoyed but others thought they were bland. Overall, good burger place, recommend for a takeout read more

I went to get some food and Brian helped me with my order he was nice and patient with me

If you like undercooked fries that a crispier on the inside than the outside....your burger jammed in a box it doesn't fit into this is the place for you. Don't waste your money...go to five guys or BGR. read more

I preordered online (DoorDash) and when I got there they said the order wasn't ready and then canceled it. I preorder two hours before for after work food. They refused to tell me why they cancelled and said they'd call the cops if I didn't leave right then. (I am black) read more

Food comes out with great presentation (just like the rest of the shop) but it's ridiculously understaffed, and the burger and fries were just over cooked equivalents of their Five Guys equivalents for the same price. Hard bacon, tough burgers, and soggy greasy fries. read more

So walking into the establishment, I wasn't acknowledged and I was not greeted. I stood there for a couple minutes and eventually had to say something to them as they just were looking at me and didn't say a word. There's a long wait for your food if you order inside but the food is very good, however the fries weren't even cut properly and were still stuck together and I had to break them apart read more

BurgerFi - CRY FRY - Burgers Near Me - Columbia, Maryland

Brian provided very fast service! The BurgerFi double hamburger was delicious as well as the fries.

Dont let their futuristic name fool you. Their burgers are subpar to even Wendy's... Their fries are good but still not to par with Five Guys. When ordering there were no options to add topping... simple thigs like lettece oinions tomatoes and pickles. Bottomline save your money go to the 10 other places atound here for a burger and fries read more

I had my first BurgerFi experience. It wasn't nearly as bad as some of the reviews were written. The staff at the counter were nice and pleasant. They were wearing hair nets, which was noted by a reviewer. I got my order to go. Regular Burger Fi with cheese and fries. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for my order. The food was hot. The fries were tasty. I appreciated that they didn't salt the fries. Other burger places over-salt the fries to the point you can't eat them. The burger was tasty, but rich. Very juicy. So prepare for lots napkins! read more

My first try, I don't how they get away charging what they charge for a mediocre burger! Hands down Burger King has a better product than this garbage6 read more

Great quality burgers, fries and shakes. The red velvet shake is soooo good, but really sweet. Staff was polite and sanitizing between customers. The were a bit slow (15-20min wait), but the manager did come to apologize and provided a treat to customers waiting. read more

Just left the restaurant in Columbia, MD highly disappointed. Ordered the vegetarian (Vegi Fi) and got served beef burgers and i realized after had taken my first bite and swallowing it. Stopped my wife from taking the bite. Brought it to the attention of the person who served us the food and his words "did you not know it was beef by the look of it"? What? He reiterated that it was my fault that I didn't realize sooner that it was beef? What a pathetic way to address a customer after making a huge blunder of serving meet you a vegetarian. The server claimed to be the manager after I asked for one. I asked to just cancel the order and give me refund and he did minus the beer which I had barely drank. We asked out disappointed. What a pathetic display of bad customer service. I paid $7 worth of two sips of beer and we walked out of the restaurants. Never again. read more

The onion ring was amazing and the service was good. I would recommend the wagyu burgers if you are wanting a burger. I would suggest to dine in to eat instead of to-go. read more

Definitely wanted this to be better, my kids enjoyed their meals but I was disappointed. When I give an order and detail it with the cashier it should come back the way we agreed. Mistakes happen but if I ask for no cheese and I bring the sandwich back to prove that this isn't what we ordered together don't take the sandwich and scrape the cheese off. I could be allergic to the cheese. Throw it away and give a new sandwich. This disappointed me, I should have been given a new sandwich, hope the policies change in the future. read more

The food is ok, definitely better eating in. My last order was pick up and none of my burgers were prepared correctly and my fries were cold when I picked them up. None of my burgers had cheese, just a complete disappointment and waste of time. read more

Terrible experience: We ordered our food online but there wasn't an option to request that the burger be cooked well done so, we tried calling them multiple times but no one answered. When we got there, we were completely ignored the entire time. After waiting and waiting, we picked up our order that we saw on the to-go shelf with my name on it. Some of the order that we placed was messed up with an item missing that we paid for. The burgers were terrible and the customer service was appalling. Based on our experience, we don't recommend this place at all. That 1,500 calorie dinner (per person) wasn't worth it one bit lol. read more

The staff was good, the wait was short and the food was fine... But the prices are simply outrageous. A regular burger is $7.50+1 for cheese, ok cool. But if you want fries +4$... Drink +3$... If you want a burger beyond the basic expect to spend even more. Not to mention the burger I ate was a little better than wendy's. Simply not worth it. At that point eat sushi or something. Appears like Long Reach chipotle will lay waste to yet another next door competitor. read more

A little frustrated. App and website isn't working to order and advises to call the store. Only option is to talk to manager but call disconnects after a few rings. read more

Brian the manager is awesome. The place is clean. And the burger are to die for. I recommend the CEO burger!!

I was really looking forward to eating there. Saturday night 7:30 No One in the place when Chipotle next store was packed. That was the first thing. Then as I walked in I understood why. The employees looked at me like they were unhappy I had come in. Then a man appeared before I walked out and took my order. I started to pay for the $13.77 burger and it wanted a tip. Before they even started making it. So what if I hit no tip. Does my burger get a different treatment? Tips are offered after satisfaction NOT before. That's a stick up. Not coming back. Start over!!! read more

My first time at this burger chain. CEO "Waygu" beef, very disappointing, it was nothing special and reminded me of a burger from Wendy's but dryer. Fries average but I did like the onion rings. Place was very clean and pick up was easy. read more

My husband and I have been to BurgerFi three times in the past two months and it's been a hit every time. It's hard to find a place where the burgers AND the fries are good... BurgerFi is it! We will absolutely go back again and again. Best burger spot around. read more

Onion rings and shakes are amazing! Restaurant was very clean. Service was fast and friendly from Xavier.

First time trying Burger Fi and had a good experience. We tried the classic cheeseburger and fries and both were good! Overall, really good customer service. We were helped by Xavier and he was great and friendly! read more

Service can be hit or miss, depending on the time of day. Today my order took 35 minutes. All I ordered was a burger and fries. They somehow forgot my order, so I had to walk over to the kitchen to remind them. read more

Clean location with great service. The food was great. I had the original house burger along with a Strawberry shake. Big thanks to management and staff on 10-27-21 read more

I usually order by app and pick up. This time the app updated, but would not complete the order. I showed up at the store and had to wake up the cashier from his phone. I got no acknowledgment from him when I mentioned the problem with the app. To add insult to injury, they did not have shakes, probably because he was already cleaning the machine at 9:15 pm. Closing time is 10:00 pm. The food is till pretty good. read more

Unsanitary and overpriced. This was our first time trying BurgerFi and we definitely will not be back. I was excited to try the chocolate shake. When I tasted it, it is probably the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted. It must have been made with spoiled milk. It looked like a fine shake, but tasted nothing like chocolate and was completely sou. Additionally, the health code violations were through the roof here. The person working the front was handling both money and food. They then proceeded to remove their hat and scratch their head with their glove on and continue to make food. Completely unacceptable. Not to mention, when we arrived we were the only ones in line and waited for about 5 minutes before being helped due to only one person working the front. Oh and the burgers were totally unseasoned. $43 down the drain for two burgers, fries, and a shake. What a waste. read more

Amazing service by Kasey and Xavier! The food was delicious and prepared very quickly. Will definitely be returning to BurgerFi Columbia soon! read more

The good: They have an excellent hotdog with lots of flavor, good toppings, and it tastes like a good hotdog you'd get in New York. The concretes and milkshakes are good as well. I especially like that the concretes are small so I don't feel like I've over indulged. The bad: For a place called "BurgerFi", the burgers are disappointing. Most of the taste comes from the toppings, which are plentiful and well thought out, but since I ordered a burger, I'd like to taste some beef. read more

Right restaurant clean and good quality food our server Raymond was so nice told me about a lot of options on the menu

Severely underwhelmed after my first (and last) visit last week. I paid about $22 for a burger and fries which is absolutely ridiculous. The burger patties were about 1/4" thick and flavorless. I wouldn't be surprised if the patties are packaged and frozen based on the shape & flavor. i got the swag burger which was not good at all. I hope that this review will compel management to step up their quality and pricing. read more

First and last. Pancake-flat griddle-fried super salty patty burger. Didn't come close to satisfying my taste for a good burger that I was in search of and made the mistake of thinking this would be better than 5 Guys. And don't get me started on the staff...maybe learn the words 'hello' and 'thank you sir'. read more

Went in on 9/10 first time customers. The floor was sticky in the ordering line-we notified the cashier he apologized for the floor, the floor at the booths were dirty and sticky actually the whole floor was dirty and sticky-maybe change what you are cleaning your floors with, no tea available-you could run to BJ's/Costco to get that, the automatic soda machine was out of almost everything so no way to get a non carbonated drink. Paid $40 for a beyond burger, veggie burger, fries, and onion rings. Both burgers were luke warm, I could get a better and hot beyond burger from Burger King... the veggie burger was good but again it was not hot the cheese didn't even melt on it-I asked the cashier if it was made in house he said yes but I think it came out of a box and was microwaved or kept in a warming drawer. Fries were not hot but the humongous onion rings were hot unfortunately they had no flavor/seasoning just onion and flour batter. I watched a female employee come up to the front on her phone with her air-pod in her ear-I guess things are different now when it comes to customer service. Unless they had a mad rush at 4pm on a Saturday I don't see why as a first time customer things were this way. I came, I saw, I ate but won't be back. Way over priced in my opinion for lukewarm food and dirty floors.... Please do better! read more

Ordered through grubhub for 6 of us were on our way back home to NY from Myrtle Beach and we were missing 2 burgers and fries. The food was also soggy and almost cold. So we tried calling 7 times and each time it just rung and then asked for a code. Figured they may have been closing or something so I searched their closing time and it's 11pm. it's 8pm right now. We stop at this exact hotel every year and we definitely won't be ordering from this location next year. read more

Had a tough shift and was really craving a burger. Looked up open burger places nearby and found Burgerfi. Placing the online order is very easy. Came to pick up order and by experience from some food places, I've learned to check my food before leaving the place. I ordered the urban fries which I actually paid extra for and got regular fries instead. When I told the girl and showed the receipt that I paid extra for the Parmesan, herb and aioli. She said they were out of herb, and that she could refund me the extra. I don't understand why they didn't just do that in the first place. Like hey we're out of toppings I can just give you extra aioli or do you want a refund. Instead she handed me staple closed bag and was just going to let me leave with the wrong order. It's not like they were very busy. I was the only one there picking up my food ordered an hour and a half before they were closing. When I asked well can you just put the Parmesan and aioli on it, she said we're out of Parmesan as well, but they have aioli so yay. The CEO burger looked like a double cheeseburger. I had to hunt for the bacon tomato jam inside, unlike the picture they have advertised. I was starving, exhausted and just turned off with the way the order was handled. Burger was okay. If you decide to try this place for cary out, make sure you check you order first. read more
