FRESH-CUT FRIES (LARGE) $7.99
Madison P.

Overall: great burgers, mediocre fries, high prices but average service and ambiance for fast casual dining. Single stall inclusive restrooms It's always been pretty empty when we go and the food comes out pretty fast. The dining area is clean enough, but the bathrooms are not. The CEO burger was incredible with great flavors. The Bbq rodeo burger was good too, but the patties were a little overcooked. The fries and kids tenders were just okay especially for the price.

The fries were fantastic

The Only Review You Need To Read I've passed this place many times, yet had never gone in to check it out. Today, that changed. First, I need to point this out: two burgers, one large order of fries, two regular sized fountain drinks: $42. . Now, to be fair, they give you a tipping option when you place your order, and I have an issue with tipping before service has even been rendered, but I went ahead and added a 15% tip on there. The burger looked great, but the patty tasted pretty blah. Just nothing there - no distinctive taste nor flavor. I will say the fries were really good; sort of like Five Guys or Thrasher's (if you live in the DelMarVa region), so that explains the two star rating. But I've got a Shake Shack right across the street from me, and because there's no In-N-Out on the East Coast (for now...), I already have a spot where I can get a delicious cheeseburger, so I have no reason to return to BurgerFi. Another reason the rating wasn't higher - the disappointing burger, the high price point for the food and we asked for a couple of pepperoncinis and they said they would charge for those. Really??

kids burger, rodeo bbq burger, onion rings + fry combo

summary: was impressed by the quality of food given some of the criticism that I saw in some of the other reviews. The burgers here kind of remind me of an elevated version of a fast-food style burger (not in a bad way). The prices are on the higher side, but I still thought the food was yummy. I ordered at a self-service kiosk and it was pretty straightforward to use. The service was nice as well. If you aren't too tech-savvy, the staff was more than happy to provide a helping hand. Disclaimer: when I went, we were pretty much the only customers there, but I don't think this place gets very busy because they sit between CAVA and Chipotle which takes most of the foot traffic. I ordered the rodeo bbq burger, a kids cheeseburger with bacon, and an order of onion rings + fries. The kids burger ended up being pretty much the cost of the adult burger after adding bacon (~$12). The food came out looking great. Everything was packaged really well and everything felt fresh and well-cooked. There aren't any options to customize the cook of your burger patties, but the patties are pretty thin and flirting in the realm of a smash-style patty (to be clear though, it's not smashed). The burgers themselves were great, but the sides weren't too impressive. The fries were kind of mushy/flimsy and the onion rings were a bit underdone on the inside for my taste. overall: I would recommend for a solid burger in the area. I would say BurgerFi ranks on the higher end for burgers in the area. I would love to see a few more options available (e.g. different bun options mainly and more types of toppings), but it's still a very solid meal.

ULTIMATE BACON CHEESEBURGER (single)

Burger Fi was a last minute, change of plan decision because Red Robin was mysteriously closed. I needed a burger fix at this point and Burger Fi was closest. Burger Fi itself is surprisingly spacious, with the checkout counter and kitchen taking about 1/3 of the space, tables, chairs, fountain drink station, and bathroom the rest. I placed an order for a single Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, and had access to my coworker's fries. Checkout was easy. I was given a number on a stick, chose a table, then I wandered to the drink station. My food came out shortly thereafter and I was...pretty underwhelmed with my burger. The single patty was tiny, didn't remotely span the length of the bun. And it was missing lettuce and tomato...that never came up with the cashier so I assumed those items would just come with my burger. I put ketchup on the burger and hoped for the best. It tasted ok, the bacon was excellent, but it wasn't filling, especially at $9. The fries were good. I would recommend either increasing the size of the patties or reducing the cost of the burgers.

Good but expensive. Reminds me a little of 5 Guys. The standard burger comes with two patties but you can get a junior with just one patty for a little bit less. I have driven by plenty of times but never gave them a try until this day. When I came in during the evening hours it wasn't crowded at all. There was no long to order and only a few people dining in. Inside was very clean and orderly. The lady behind the counter was nice and friendly. She took my order and gave me one of those little table stands with my order number on it. After a few minutes my order was ready and I took it to go. Burger was cooked well done. They didn't ask how I would like it prepared so I assume everything will be well done. I had the ultimate bacon cheeseburger. Seemed pretty standard with two pieces of bacon to burger patties and two slices of cheese. It didn't come with any condiments but I had my own at home. The fries were a little flimsy and soft. Not well seasoned at all either. Total process with a burger and regular fries ran almost 20 dollars. Burger was good enough to get again but the fries I would skip in the future. I want to try some of their milkshakes and noticed they do carry a few beers on tap.

It took 20 minutes when the restaurant only had two other customers for a kids burger PLAIN. Angie was somewhat friendly but could have delivered better communication. Instead of handing me the cup for the drink, she just placed it in front of me, completely mute. I had to clarify to ensure it was for my son. The restaurant is also not the cleanest, napkins on the ground. Additionally, TVs that don't turn on? Concerning. Wouldn't recommend.

Food was bomb. Service was on point. Restaurant was clean but that's because I went when they were closing

This was my first time here and I'm definitely on the fence . Everything from the short commute , clean establishment and friendly service was great. However the food was just blah. I had a bacon cheese burger which was made to perfection and hit the spot. However the fries were brick hard and lacked any type of flavors. So basically , I would come back but pass on ordering the fries

6.5.23 All I can say is you MUST try the CEO burger, which has candied bacon-tomato jam, truffle aioli, and aged swiss cheese. It is out of this world. Maybe it's a combo of the jam and aioli that hit the spot. I haven't been here in awhile, but it will definitely be my go to when I have a hankering for a good burger. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

THE CEO NEW BBQ RODEO BURGER Truffle onion rings & fries
Melody Y.

Overall: quick service, juicy burgers, and a great variety of items on the menu. The tables inside weren't the cleanest but I was able to wipe off crumbs with napkins. Truffle onion rings/fries: the onion rings and fries were perfectly crispy. I wasn't a huge fan of the truffle sauce as it tasted like a creamy mayonnaise with Parmesan cheese. The ceo: this burger is so juicy, filling, and cheesy. I would definitely get this burger again. It was better than the bbq rodeo burger. Bbq rodeo burger: this was a good burger with great crunch to it with all the fillings. The patty is angus so it was less juicy compared to the ceo burger.

The burgers were just ok. Nothing too special. The fries and onion rings were winners. Great sauce and flavor on the urban style toppings. The chocolate shake was delicious. I like that they have the coke machines that let you mix your own drink.

After years of passing this place I finally visited. Five Guys sets the bar for fast casual expensive burger joints, and Burger Fi just isn't quite on the same level. The burger itself was great. It was juicy, flavorful and the burger fi sauce was an interesting addition. It's sweet but not quite the same as the thousand island dressing used on the Big Mac. The fries were hot but limp. The flavor was good but the portion size simply can't compete with 5 Guys. The 100 combo Coke machine seems standard everywhere, and it was welcomed here. Perhaps the biggest issue is the cost. A burger fries and drink shouldn't cost $18 unless I'm sitting down to eat them. Overall, happy I visited but there's nothing that warrants a return trip.

Brunch at Elliott's Craft Kitchen: A Promising Start With a Few Missed Beats…read more.. I recently visited Elliott's Craft Kitchen a fairly new spot that my group of four decided to try out for brunch. We were hoping for a fresh experience, but our visit turned out to be a mixed bag. Ambiance and First Impressions... When we arrived, the restaurant was surprisingly empty, which was a bit of a head-scratcher for brunch time. Even though we could hear staff chatting in the back, it took a good five to eight minutes before anyone came out to seat us. Once we were seated, we noticed the lighting was so dim that we actually had to whip out our phones just to read the menu. Not exactly the cozy brunch vibe we were hoping for. The Food: Hits and Misses... On to the food. We started with the cream of crab soup, which was just okay--nothing to write home about. The Brussels sprouts were a bit of a letdown. They were tiny and mostly just fried leaves rather than the hearty sprouts we expected. So if you're imagining those classic roasted Brussels sprouts, this wasn't it. The chicken and waffles were decent in flavor, although the presentation could have used some polish. The pita bread for the crab dip could have been toasted or something more firm and doesn't taste like it was immediately pulled from a bag. Surprisingly, the star of the meal ended up being something as simple as the French fries. They were really tasty and stood out more than some of the fancier dishes. Service and the Final Stretch... Our server was kind and polite, which we appreciated. But the big hiccup came at the end. Their payment system went down, and we ended up waiting over 30 minutes just to settle the bill. After sitting for about 15 minutes we informed our server that we would like to wait in the lounge area to get more comfortable as I understand.... things happen. Although while we waited for about 20 minutes there were no offers of water or anything to make the wait less awkward (not to mention asking for payment without even presenting a bill). It felt like they were more focused on turning the table than making sure we were okay during the delay. Although maybe it was an awkward start to the morning. I will say our server did her best to work things out with the technology she was given. So, I still provided her a fair tip, not her fault. Value for Money... In terms of pricing, it felt pretty average overall, but there were a few eyebrow-raisers. For instance, the avocado toasted croissant--topped with over-easy eggs, baby spinach, and Grana Padano--was $19, which felt a bit steep for what it was. In comparison, a pork schnitzel dish was around $21. So, while the pricing wasn't outrageous, some items definitely made me pause and question the value. Overall Thoughts... In the end, my experience at Elliott's Craft Kitchen was a bit of a letdown. So I'm surprised by some of the reviews (maybe because it was not dinner). While there were a few highlights (like the fries and a well-made Old Fashioned), the service hiccups and the underwhelming dishes mean I'd probably think twice before going back. Definitely not for brunch but I would really consider Dinner after some more reviews. Hopefully they'll iron out the kinks as they get more established.
