My sister ordered the chicken nuggets. They looked good and she said they were good. She also enjoyed the beans. The service was good. The staff were friendly and prompt.

Crimson Coward (2nd Visit)…read more Came back for a second visit to Crimson Coward and it definitely confirmed why I wanted to give it another try. Food: This time I kept it simple but strategic. I ordered the smash burger combo (only $4.99 to upgrade--great deal), which came with fries and a drink. The burger was stacked with onion, American cheese, pickles, and their signature crimson sauce on a soft brioche bun. Everything worked together--juicy, flavorful, and not overly greasy. I also tried the Quarter Coward (an off-menu item priced at $5.49), got it mild with honey sauce. The chicken was cooked perfectly--tender inside with a nice crisp on the outside. The honey added just enough sweetness to balance the mild heat without overpowering it. Definitely a hidden gem on the menu. Atmosphere: The space is bright, clean, and inviting. I especially liked the open kitchen concept--it gives transparency and lets you see everything being made fresh. Plenty of tables available if you're dining in. Customer Service: You're greeted when you walk in, which I always appreciate. Ordering is primarily done through kiosks, so interaction is minimal unless you need assistance--but the setup is smooth and efficient. Wait Time: Everything is cooked to order, which I don't mind. I placed my order at 3:16 PM and had my food by 3:30 PM, so about a 14-minute wait--pretty reasonable for fresh food. Overall: Solid second experience. Good quality, fair pricing, and consistent execution. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu--especially those off-menu finds

It was a pleasant surprise when I recently googled fried chicken and this location popped up in my search. It has been open for a few months. My husband called in our order while we were driving as the chicken can take awhile since it is made to order. We purchased half a chicken box which consist of four piece chicken (drumstick, breast, wing, thigh), fries, coleslaw, and a slice of bread. Although it took a little longer than normal, it was worth the wait. The fries and chicken were piping hot and crispy. When I bit into the chicken, it was crackling and so hot I had to blow on it. Aside from fried chicken, they also sell fish, wings, sides, and dessert. It's worth noting that their infamous lemon pepper seasoning, often referred to as crack because it's addictive, is available for purchase. My husband was thrilled to see this as the Glen Burnie location does not sell it. When I started taking pictures, one of the owners, Tiger, saw me and started chatting. My husband and I learned that he, his two brothers and his son are the owners of this franchise and that there are 43 locations. I had no idea there were so many. This location has a few tables and chairs, but patrons predominantly just do carry out. We are ecstatic to have our favorite fried chicken franchise so close to home.

Upon entering, we were met with graffiti inspired artwork on the walls, which was cool. We perused the menu and decided to order. They have different levels of spice for your chicken and decided on an order that was mild (2 sandwich meal) , medium, (2 sandwich meal) and extra hot (I was warned by my daughter to rethink this option, but, alas, I did not heed her warning; 1 tender 1 sandwich meal). They had the spiciest level, reaper, which you have to sign a waiver to purchase, I wasn't that crazy y'all... Food delivery service was available and they had an LED board with which ones each order was under. The service was great with the associates very pleasant at the counter. We also ordered a fruit punch slushy, but it was TOO sweet for me and I couldn't finish it. If you love sweet drinks, this would be the one for you! We were given a buzzer and we didn't wait long for our order to be ready. The orders were accompanied by crinkle cut fries (we got cheese on ours for an extra cost) along with a small container of coleslaw, pickle slices, and Dave's Sauce. The fries were good with that cheese sauce: fresh, crispy, not greasy and the sauce tasting like real cheese. Now....I pride myself on enjoying a good hot spiced item from time to time... but my extra hot tender was not to be played with. I bit into that crispy tender and instantly knew I indeed "bit off more than I could chew!" It was as if that hot spiced item shot through my whole body and I was heated on the inside for about a couple of minutes. I say that to say, if you are not into spicy SPICY, don't go above medium. So glad I chose a medium spice sandwich (yes, you can get different spice levels in your order) because that saved me. The chicken was fresh, with a crispy coating on a fresh bun with Dave's sauce. The pickles were fresh and crisp (my go-to to put out that heat from that extra hot chicken tender!), the coleslaw was fresh and ok. I really don't like sauces like the Dave's sauce on my food, so the next time I will get my sandwich without it. All in all, a nice place for a good chicken sandwich, especially with the cheese fries! Epilogue: I saved the rest of that extra hot tender to eat the next day hoping the spice level had dissipated...but no...it seems as if it intensified...but I still ate it...maybe I'm used to that spice level now...

However, the prior P is for Playa Bowl in Baltimore County was in Q is for Quarry Lake, so the location coincidentally started with Q. I believe Raising Cane's in Columbia was the 3rd location in Maryland to open. First was Towson in early 2023 I think, then Gambrills in Sept. 2023 (went on their 2nd day; see my 5-star of them), and then Columbia in early 2024 I think. The first time I visited the Columbia location was in March 2024, where I redeemed a green leprechaun lemonade, but I had already eaten or had other dinner plans. My first visit to get food was in July 2024. This was my girlfriend's first time at Raising Cane's. She loved it as did I per the other times I had in the past including the first time trying them in AZ in mid 2010's. I visited Cane's Columbia a couple of other times in the past two years. Always great chicken strips, fries, & Texas toast. I'm not a big coleslaw person, but I like theirs ok. I normally get half sweet/half unsweet tea, which is delicious freshly brewed. I don't believe that I've had their food before so I was excited to try it out. I always hear the commercial on the radio as they sing Pollo Campero and I had to make sure I stopped myself from singing that as I walk to the restaurant. I went after work to grab a quick meal coupon in hand. No one was in line so ordering was really quick. I informed the young lady that I wanted to use my four piece coupon Ashley quickly asked me what size did I want. I already knew I wanted to try their plantains and I need a little bit of veggies in my life so I went to coleslaw. She told me it would take about 10 minutes but it was ready in less than five. She gave me my drink and I quickly moved over to pick up my meal. I thank them and left to my car. Of course I couldn't wait to open the box. On the outside Inside the bag was my fried plantains in a cute little cup, see the picture, and a roll. I don't wonder why my coleslaw was not also on the outside because it was cold but I proceeded to open up the box and found out they missed putting my coleslaw inside. The chicken was perfectly browned as you can see in the picture and I quickly grabbed a fork and dug into the thigh. Who doesn't love a juicy fried thigh? I knew I was going to go back in to get my coleslaw because I did need a vegetable but I couldn't stop eating the thigh LOL. I didn't wondered if I had the right box because I thought it included different chicken pieces. I looked at my other coupon and realized it was supposed to be a thigh, breast, wing, and leg. I know I would have tore that wing up. I decided that I would go back and get my coleslaw and then just let them know about the mistake. If something goes down I will update this review but so far so good. Customer service was nice, they are new so maybe they forgot to put in the coleslaw and the right pieces of chicken but it's definitely good to note it and let them know so they can do some quality control checks before handing out food next time. Okay, so I went back in to go get my coleslaw and it was a little difficult explaining to the cashier that they didn't give me the coleslaw originally and I had the wrong pieces of chicken. After explaining to her three times and then telling her what I needed directly, she understood. She also let me know that they did not have wings are brushed at the moment they only had thighs and legs. She still had a good attitude about it and was perceptive. I forgot to mention earlier that I chose horchata up for my drink because I know whenever actually her chapter on the menu I'm going to choose it. The cabbage and the coleslaw was diced and not shredded so that was different. It wasn't very sweet and I like that but it also wasn't very Tangy either. So overall it was okay, it just didn't have a lot of flavor

Definitely a step up from your typical fast-food chain and worth a stop if you're in the mood for something flavorful and comforting.
