Come here, do a create-your-own bowl or burrito, and get way better results than that other popular texmex chains. Generous portions, good flavors (the suburbanite-targeted places are shockingly bland for my tastes). I'd say the flavors are closer to "Mexican" than most US chains offer. Do a custom bowl loaded with toppings, double protein and a side of chips, and that's 2 meals for most adults (3-4 for you portion control folks!). Always order online so you can customize in peace. Pro-tip, crumble those leftover chips into the bowl, mix it in. Yum! This location has decent parking, easy access from the highway, and the staff are always efficient. As a bonus, it doesn't seem to draw the teenaged crowd Chipotle often does in this area, so it's less chaotic. Honestly some of the best fast-casual food I've eaten. This Qdoba suffers from a severe lack of parking. It's pretty bad. Note that if you go towards the right (when facing the restaurant), the parking lot is a dead end. My burrito with chicken was huge. Yuge, in fact. I guess I was nice to the folks putting it together because they went pretty heavy on the chicken and salsas in there. Very tasty, but it wasn't very well mixed up. CS gave me an entree on my Qdoba account to replace it. Stopped by this location. It seems unfair to rate this place any better or worse than chipotle, mostly b/c these two places attempt to try and accomplish the same thing which is make tex mex, quickly, efficiently, and delicious. The upside here is that guacomole is free compared to Chipotle and at this location you have slightly better beverage choices. But in reality it's all the same. I actually prefer Qdoba on certain days when it just seems like Qdoba makes the efforts to pitch deals / coupons. Yes, i get that its probably a sign that business is hard with neighboring chipotle, but truthfully, the carnitas burrito with all the fixens and two scoops of spicy salsa here accomplish the same thing. Bottom Line: Chipotle-ish Mexican place but better! I heart Qdoba. I am hooked on their chips and queso and their quesadillas are huge and delicious - perfect for sharing. So here's how it works - Qdoba uses the Subway/Chipotle assembly line method of ordering. You let them know what you want (taco, burrito, salad, quesadilla, nachos, etc.) and they get it started. Then your dish slides down the counter and another person will add your desired toppings (steak, chicken, cheese, beans, pico de gallo, etc.) Finally, you get to the register and pay. You can eat in or get it to go. One of the muy bien things about Qdoba is their new "Order with Abandon" campaign. What this means is you can get salsa, fajita veggies, queso or guacamole on the side without paying extra. Yes that is right, a scope of guac for no extra charge, how reckless! Now about those fajita vegetables, if you want to add some additional nutrition to your meal, I love that you can get it with fajita veggies. For example, if you are feeling guilty about the cheese quesadilla you are getting ready to chow down on, just have them pack some fajita veggies in there for no extra charge. As my Yelp followers know (kidding, I don't think I have any religious followers of my reviews), I am addicted to Diet Coke. For that reason, I love that Qdoba has the Coca-Cola "Freestyle" soda fountain - the fancy thing that lets you create up to 100 different flavor options. Server REFUSED to wear her mask properly (worn as a chinstrap when she placed her gloves on to serve me after slinging a filthy rag around on the counter and did not wash her hands prior to touching the gloves). Then proceeded to argue with me when I asked her nicely to place it above her nose. I was told "I don't have to wear it when I am behind the glass, only if I work the register." Called the number, as directed, only to be told that they haven't even started my order yet and call back in 15 minutes. I hangout for another 15 minutes in the parking lot before calling again, to be told that they still haven't started my order and can't say when they'll get to it. Okay, it's an unusual situation given the pandemic, but this is getting ridiculous. I ask if I have to go into the store to get it when it is eventually done, or will they bring it out? I'm told they'll bring it out. So I wait another 30-minutes with no sign of my order. Text the wife to call and cancel the order. She texts back that she spoke to someone there and they are waiting for me to come inside and pickup my order. WTH!!! They said they'd bring it out! I go inside to pickup my food and the place is filled with people waiting on their orders. Nowhere close to six feet apart! Then, I look and NOT A SINGLE QDOBA EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING THEIR MASKS PROPERLY! The girl dealing with the customers had her mask covering nothing but her chin! If all that wasn't enough on its own to warm my heart, I discovered that they managed to short my order when I finally made it home. I ordered at 8:15 and I didn't know that the Halloween rush was going to take so long. I suspected a 40 minute wait and got there at 8:55. No food. I saw the huge line of people so I just waited in the back. 10 minutes goes by and all the people ordering in person already got their food and there was a whole new line by now. I go up to ask the man working the counter if there was an order for my name, and with a confused look he looks around and says I don't think so. This makes me think that there is something wrong with my order because it says completed in the app. I then stand there confused for another 20 minutes, wondering if something glitched with my order. Then at 9:30 the other customers inform me that they also have been waiting for more than an hour. And shortly after that I got my order. Not once in the 4 times I asked the man for my food did he let me know that they were running behind on orders (it was my first time online ordering so I had no idea about the long wait times). Had he just told me I could've done so many things in the time I spent sitting at the store, debating if I should wait more or just go home. I'm not upset about the wait time being more than an hour, I just wish I knew that they were running behind so I could spend my time doing something productive. Also, my last straw was getting the burrito and it wasn't even covered completely. I opened it up and the foil wasn't even covering 3/4 of the burrito; everything was falling out. I have never seen a coworker yell at his team like I saw just a few moments ago. This is going to be a good one so strap in. I walked into the restaurant and it was very busy. There were probay 15 people ahead of me easily. I noticed pretty quickly that the three employees working line/register were behind on getting everything together. There was also one person in the back opening packs and wiping things down. All of a sudden, one employee comes from out of nowhere and i guess he was upset about having to provide his 7th supply of meat this evening. At first i thought he was being sarcastic but his voice got louder and you could hear him saying at them to stop over-portioning. Then he would complain about how many times he had to tell them. He cooled down for a minute or so we thought because he then proceeded to come up to the line. He yells at them saying that this is the 7th time hes had to refill meat and its not cool. The he just goes on and on about it. Eventually one of the guys working the line tries to go speak with him but he isnt having it. He dropped an N-bomb, mentioned that he could slap one of them and he didnt care (not to the team but in rant as i was watching him) Then he took his phone, goes outside and hops on Facetime with someone. He stands in the window so that the other workers knows hes complaining about then. And he pointed the camera at them so obviously he was showing the other person who he was talking about. I recorded bits of him outside the window. Someone like that cannot represent Qdoba. If hes having issues whether at home or whatever, maybe he needs to find a job that doesnt work with public or others for that matter. There were women with kids, families and others in line listening to his verbal abuse. Id like for someone from Qdoba to contact me if possible. Completely unacceptable. If the team is putting to much into their dishes then that is what it is. Take them off to the side or coach them afterward (but theres no way he was management). The other workers kept it together and they stayed positive. Id like to commend a few of them by name but I wont. Those are the type of employees you want...the other guys needs to go. This is the third time I've gotten their guac and chips and it's all brown, inedible. The first time I excused it as it can happen and the driver did take a long time to deliver, but for it to happen a third time, and I picked it up so it wouldn't sit, Is ridiculous especially since I'm paying 5 something just to throw away!!! Food: Tasted good. The rice had a great taste of lime and the chicken was significantly better than Chipotle's chicken. However, I got 3 tacos and the shells were the tiniest things I have ever seen. Cost: Slightly expensive compared to chipotle. However, the food is of better quality. Cleanliness: This is where the restaurant lost stars. The place was dirty with cheese on the floor and random catering boxes in the front window. Also, the trash was almost overflowing and they were out of lids (I took the last one). Overall impression: I liked it. I forgot how good Qdoba is. Good salsa selections, excellent rice, and great meat. Over the past 2 years, before COVID, this location was declining. The constant change in staff, poor customer service, & final meal prep & product has been lacking. Many times we've called back on take out orders. Smaller portions, missing items, etc. This used to be our goto place, filled with MRHS families. It's in need of better management and hiring. Tried to speak to the manager and she never reached out to me and the other stand-in manager hung up on me. This Qdoba is my weekend office pit stop for a quick meal. I work in the E.C. on Saturdays and it's nice to have something other than bread, cheese and meat. The cashier is quite the flirtatious Casanova, but not in a sleazy/scary way. If you're a guy, I don't think you'll get the queen treatment, but I've been wrong before! I like Qdoba because of their vegetarian options. If I'm all salad-ed out, it's nice to know that I can order a grilled veggie burrito or any of the other vegetarian options. Qdoba is very similar to Chipotle with more options. They have the same serving-line style of meal preparation and they've got all the classic Tex-Mex goodies. Qdoba is definitely the reliable lunch place for me on the weekend; plenty of food for a decent price. And they've got some yummy queso dip when you need your moo-fix. read more

I used to eat here every week in high school. Oh Qdoba, you think you'd be nicer to me after all of my patronage here. I was saddened the day the student cups (free drink with student ID) shrank in size, but since they were free, I'm not really complaining. I usually get a chicken or steak queso burrito, double wrapped (I do love Qdoba's steamed tortillas for some reason). I think the staff here is trained to be stingy, because I've been opting out of beans and asking for more rice instead, and they're either reluctant or stingy with the portions. If I come to Qdoba, it's usually for the steamed tortilla and variety of flavors. If I want better ingredients, it's off to Chipotle. read more
