I went to TRH for the first time this week. Their bread lives up to the hype ~~ the buns were soft, buttery, and sweet! It was hard not to fill up on just the buns. I also got their frozen mango marg and half stack of ribs, which came with two sides. The side Cesar exceeded my expectations, but the Mac and cheese was pretty disappointing. It's an extra 99 cents, so I thought it'd be on the more decadent side. Instead, it was more just like boiled macaroni pasta with a little bit of cheese sauce poured on top. The actual ribs were great, though! Overall, the food quality and service were solid. The atmosphere can get pretty loud, with lots of birthday shoutouts throughout, but the waiters were definitely working hard to make all the customers happy. read more

This place was OK. I was more impressed with the blooming onion my group got as an appetizer than the steak I had. First, I was irritated there was no prime rib, so I went with another cut the waitress recommended. I went with 2 sides of veggies and a diet Coke. The steak was OK but very bland. I ate about half and saved the rest to dip in steak sauce at home. The mixed veggies of broccoli and carrots were super bland - felt like I had to douse them in salt to taste anything. Wait time was a bit long, but we were able to be seated fairly quickly! Heard the rave about the bread rolls and indeed they are good. It's more like cinnamon bread honestly. Waitress was awesome, kept on giving us refills generously. Rib was good. Definitely not the best ribs I've had, but for sure I would honestly be fine coming back for. Sweet potato was falsely advertised, no marshmallows?? And did not taste sweet potato at all, would not get again. Mac & cheese was okay, not the best either. Corn was watery but I ate a lot of it! Dragonfruit lemonade was super sugary. Refreshing, but sweet. Overall, had an awesome experience just with the hype about Texas Roadhouse! Would love to try their steaks next time! Had lunch at the restaurant on Saturday. Love the fresh baked bread so much! Shrimp appetizer is also tender and juicy. Like the steak better than the rib. I've been absolutely SLEEPING on Texas Roadhouse. For some reason I always thought it was an expensive steakhouse? My bad. We stopped in last Tuesday evening and we were seated in a booth immediately. The interior is western themed, it was busy and I'm assuming it most likely always is. I also loved that they play country music. They brought rolls with them as they were leading us to our table which I liked. The rolls were as delicious as everyone says they are (we had 2 rounds). Prices are super reasonable and you get a lot of food. I got the bbq chicken it was juicy and sauced judiciously. The Mac n cheese was not worth the extra 99 cents, kind of a let down. The baked potato was bomb. My boyfriend got the 8oz steak which he finished in 4 seconds, the fries were good as was the buttered corn. Our waitress was fast and checked on us continuously! Went on a Sunday and the place was busy. It is a nice family environment, don't expect it to be quite. Once we were seated our server can quickly and took our order, no complaints about the service. I had the 16oz bone in ribeye. It was cooked as ordered really good and a nice cut, not alot of fat. The sides were okay, the rolls and butter never disappoint. peanuts and hot rolls are always plentiful here. Make sure you join the waitlist before you arrive if its on a busy night. They are able to accommodate our group of 8, when you call ahead to reserve. The steak options are plentiful but it's always been a hit or miss when it comes to cooking to medium or medium well. The mac and cheese and any of the loaded baked potatoes, and fries are a must order side. and of course the ribs are always fall off the bone. read more

Came here on a Thursday at 5 PM and it was already packed. I definitely recommend joining the waitlist online ahead of time. Parking is easy with their private lot. Danii, our server, was super sweet and attentive. We enjoyed the complimentary warm bread rolls with the whipped cinnamon honey butter. DRINKS: Tropical Breeze Mocktail ($5) was refreshing. It had flavors of mango, sour mix, coconut, and a little fizz from the club soda. Blue Crush Lemonade ($3.79) was way too sweet for me. I had to ask for some club soda on the side to help balance it out. FOOD: Rattlesnake Bites ($8.49): these fried jalapeño and jack cheese poppers were crispy and flavorful. The blossom horseradish sauce was the star of the night though. We ended up even dipping our rolls in the blossom sauce. 8 oz Sirloin & Shrimp Combo ($22.99): Steak was cooked medium rare just right (although abit dry). Smothered onions & mushrooms was an extra $2.29, but not sure if it was necessary. The grilled shrimp had nice garlic lemon flavor, but was salty. Chicken Critters & Ribs Combo ($18.49): the ribs were fall off the bone, but they were dry in spots. The sauce was just okay - nothing crazy, more like store bought BBQ sauce. I definitely had better ribs elsewhere. Chicken was tender with a good batter, although not crispy. Their hot buffalo dipping sauce did help elevate the dish. Each combo came with 2 sides: seasoned rice was fine, our chili came late but was worth it. It was topped with cheddar cheesy and red onions. This is a really great location if you want a good steak and great customer service! They have the bread at the table and water ready by the time you sit down. I haven't had that kind of service in a while. I usually go to the one in Frederick. I always get my usually sirloin steak and sweet potato with the green beans! So good! No complaints. We had a booth by the bar, it wasn't too crazy or anything. They ask us to cut our steaks before leaving the table so they can insure everything is up to par. Love that!! I love their setup inside. So, it looks I did an alphabet series from October 2020-February 2024 (& had given up after the letter U) but had some other reviews mixed in and would occasionally go back. So, I forgot I had written a review for T is for Texas Roadhouse in October 2023. In this current alphabet series of places gone to with my girlfriend from beginning of relationship in February 2024 to Easter 2025, I'm not leaving one of the 26 letters behind! Well, for the letter X, I had to get creative, X is for TeXas Roadhouse or TX for short. My g/f & I visited on Monday, February 3, 2025 as I had a birthday deal of a free appetizer plus they were donating profits to the American Tinnitus Association, which I've had at times. My g/f & I split prime rib, sweet potato, & broccoli. Entree & sides were great. The free appetizer we got were the wings, but they were fried. Still good when dipping in the ranch, but was kind of thinking grilled, which would've been better. Server was nice, attentive, and good with water refills. And of course, the big highlight here are their buttered rolls, which I love here. Prime rib was solid too. Although some prime rib is better, it's still a great option at not too ridiculously of a high price. read more

I've always heard about Texas Roadhouse and was surprised to see one near me. We went as a group of 8 because we heard the dinner rolls were to die for and everyone wanted to try them. When we arrived there was a 45 minute wait but we were sat in 25 minutes. Our waitress took our appetizer order (bloomin' onion) and we asked for 3 baskets of bread rolls. After a few minutes we received the onion but no rolls. We inquired again to another server and they said it would be a few minutes. More time passed and eventually our server returned and was confused as to where the bread was. This was the only real hiccup to an otherwise great meal. I ordered the country fried chicken with cream gravy and it was delicious but far too heavy to finish in one sitting. For my sides I went with mushrooms and fries. The mushrooms were cooked and seasoned well. The fries were thick and a carb overloaded. Overall, this place fits the bill for a Texas dinner as everyone is large and filling. Honestly, if you're looking for a consistently cooked good quality rare steak at a reasonable price, Texas Roadhouse is hard to beat. Atmosphere is similar to a college bar - decor everywhere you look, loud-ish modern country music, and a crowded environment to match. Steak ended up being wasted as it just tasted burnt. I'm a bit leery about ordering any medium rare steaks here as this was the second time I've been given rare when I asked for a medium rare. Definitely one of the best Texas Roadhouse restaurants we have been to....the one in Pasadena doesn't even compare to this one! Everyone was beyond friendly, from the hostess staff to the bus people! Our server Farah was absolutely FABULOUS! She took our drink order and we ordered an appetizer and before we could blink, our drinks were on the table along with rolls and of course we had to have what you come to the TR for....PEANUTS! Farah took our order and I had a time trying to decide on the sauce for my chicken critters. Even when I changed my sauce and apologized for it, she went and got me honey mustard with a total smile on her face! I work with the public and I know it can be really hard deal with the public day after day, but Farah has it going on! Our food came out, piping hot and HUGE portions.....ended up taking the majority of our dinner home....lol, rolls, peanuts and apps killed dinner for me. Hubby ate half of his and took the rest home. By the way, Farah even brought covers for the sauces along with ample carryout boxes for the rest of our food. We love coming here for casual dinners. I've gotten different kinds of steaks, from sirloin to bone in rib eyes. I like that you can order a steak off the menu, or pick out one when you walk by the case in the front. The shrimp skewers, chicken, pulled pork are also tasty options. It s a great experience here. My dad had been asking to come here for a while so I took him for his birthday. It was a Friday night and pretty packed. It was a 45 min wait for a table. We decided to wait them out. Before being seated they allowed us to pick a steak out for our meals. You can also choose to order from the regular menu. Drinks were good and the food was good. Thank you Kenneth for the $50 gift card. We went during the lunch hours (Sunday, 1DEC). As soon as we parked I realized that we had been to one of these before, in 2019 in Illinois. Our server Anna, was great, pleasant, effecient, friendly, got everything right. None of the negatives I am about to share have anything to do with her performance. There are two things that are consistent right out of the gate. This place is loud, as in shouting to be heard, if you have any hearing issues, there will be a lot of repeating things. The music is too loud, just plain too loud. Yes I am an older fellow. I don't mind loud music at a concert, a party, in headphones while vibing on the 80s music I love. However I am not so sure that I will ever want music that I didn't choose played so loudly that your ears ring all the way home. The execution on the basic food we selected was just plain marginal to be fair. My wife's "well" burger was burnt and dry. My "med" burger was cooked okay but uneven seasoning made each bite a surprise. It may not have been the worse burger I have had, but I think my wife's was one of her worst. Here is what I said in 2019 about the cactus bloom...."We were seduced by the onion cactus [the squirrels will enjoy that today] we ate some of it, but the bottom was doughy/visible flour. We will skip that if we come back. The idea of it is better than the execution (at least this location, this night)." Change night to day and that is the only difference. I clearly had forgotten. It's a great idea and executed correctly it's likely a nice starter. This was not that. (see photo). Only the the outer fringes were edible, the base was soggy raw onion. Texas Roadhouse is one og those spots that had evaded me for years. I've known about it and heard good things, but for whatever reason I had never been. Recently my wife and I were looking to make a last minute dinner date, and finally, one of us said "What about Texas Roadhouse". It was perfect because we already had plans for the next night, and so if we ended up not enjoying it, we didn't completely waste the weekend. I signed us up for the waitlist and arrived maybe 15 minutes before our time, we checked in and had a table in a reasonable time. One thing about this location is that it seems to stay packed. It's a little on the louder side with all of the music and guest, but we were actually pleasantly surprised during our visit. Our waitress was on point, and did a great job throughout the evening. She was friendly and gave great recommendations. The one thing I think everyone hears about Texas Roadhouse is how good that bread and butter are, and it didn't disappoint. The fried pickles were some of the best we've had, maybe ever. I got the bone in ribeye with onions, which was delicious. I got loaded fries and mixed veggies and enjoyed them both. My wife got the kabobs with veggies over rice. The food here is really good. Our kids were actually jealous that we went without them, and now we have to make it up to them. Came in to celebrate 2 family members birthdays. We didn't have a reservation so expected to wait a while. When it came time for us to be seated, after an hour wait, we were denied because 2 members of our party were parking their car. We called corporate and they stated that an exception could be made and we could be seated while we waited for the 2 members of our party. We were told that they could not accommodate our party size of 12. We asked if they could just accommodate the 10 of us present and again, no. A lot of mixed information, poor computer service, and rude behavior. When we tried to address with the manager that corporate said they could make an exception and seat us with the manager DIANA, which she screamed her name in our faces, and asked if "we got it"we were denied. Went to use my Veteran Voucher and took my wife. We sat down, ordered immediately, and Enadia took the meal voucher. Waitress Enadia gave us no bread, no small plates, even after taking our order. After about 15 minutes I had to stand up and walk to another waitress and ask for bread which she kindly and quickly got us a basket of bread. THEN Enadia gave us a basket of bread but still no small plates at all. So we used the small square napkins to eat. Meanwhile a specific/particular group of customers sat down and immediately got 2 baskets of bread from Enadia. Took an eternity to get our food. 2 All American burgers.. Our food came out cold. The cheese on the burgers were solidified and the fries weren't even hot. While we ate dinner a table next to us had issues 3 times with an order, and the mom couldn't even eat with her family. And the manager, instead offered a dessert which is so naive. Then our bill arrived. Enadia didn't apply the veteran voucher. Had to correct that even though she took my voucher. So glad I can go overseas, lose a close friend & Marine @19 years old, African American. And be mistreated/mishandled intentionally the way my wife and I were. No problem at all.. I still tipped 150% of the bill to Enadia. Yes manners and politeness were used from our end of the table. Hope it goes a long way. read more

Now I arrived at 830 and my table was ready at 905. I would recommend using the online waitlist to limit your wait time. This location is jam packed in a Friday. I mean jam packed. There appeared to be a fair amount of employees working. Food: so I got the Dallas filet. Now at 22$ I guess one can't be that upset. However my sides were warm and my steak was cold. Son ordered chicken tenders that came as grilled tenders instead of fries. So after about a 15 minute wait he got another order of tenders. Now his tenders and came out hot. Now my son's meal was so hot I already expected my steak to be 1/3 of that. I didn't bother to mention it because it was so many people there that it didn't seem like there were not enough workers to provide efficient service. The servers were nice, but the service was not great. Probably will not revisit this location. It's just too popular of a place. We traveled to Columbia MD for my godsons birthday dinner. This was quite an experience for a non-meat eater. They don't take reservations so we thought, let's go early (4pm) to beat the crowd. Everyone else must've had the same idea. Please note that everyone in your party must be present to be seated. The wait wasn't too bad maybe 30 mins. The waiting area was jam packed. Once we got seated, I could see the front area and the line never slowed down. Once everyone placed their orders, the bread came. My goodness, the rolls w/ cinnamon honey butter were sinful. Everyone in my party (besides me) enjoyed their steaks. I ordered a salad w/ grilled shrimp and it was fresh and the perfect portion. Most in the group ordered some type of margarita and they all seemed to enjoy. The restaurant stayed packed and was quite noisy. We literally had to yell at each other depending on how close we were seated near each other. They're conveniently located, serve consistently great food with generous portions, and keep the prices reasonable--and that's a winning formula. TR never disappoints! I've only ever used them for carryout, but the food is always delicious. As much as I'd love to give Texas Roadhouse a 5-star review, I just can't--and here's why. On a few occasions, they've forgotten a side or two, or missed the dressing or dipping sauces. I don't know about you, but I'm not a fan of a naked salad! It's a small thing, but when it happens more than once, it's worth mentioning. Also, for how often we order from them, I wish they had a better rewards program. A free appetizer or entrée every now and then would go a long way in showing appreciation to loyal customers. And while we're at it--please consider expanding the dessert menu! 7.20.23 It was pre-pandemic since our last visit. I had a hankering for their rolls so the hubby and I came this evening for dinner. The rolls were just as delicious as I remember them to be. I love them so much I asked for extra rolls to take home. Since I am still on a soft food diet, I ordered the salmon with the baked potato and chili as my sides. The salmon was moist and flavorful due to the seasoning they used albeit slightly salty for some bites. The chili was amazing and don't tell my hubby, but better than his. I love the food here and most of the time i stop by on way home from work. Almost always sit at bar, but lately they have the a/c blowing so hard, it's actually uncomfortable to sit there for more than a few minutes. No need for keeping the whole bar area at 60 degrees read more
