Please note there is not waiter service here. I ordered the Veggie-Fi burger/Green Style (Crispy Quinoa + Fresh-Cut Veggie Burger, White Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Burgerfi Sauce) and had the fries with vinegar and salt. Both were excellent! But I had to order several burgers because there wasn't much to them. I ordered 2 but should have ordered 4! The food is excellent. My go to is the beef burger that's made well done to satisfy my pregnancy cravings with a delicious melted cheese-du-jour and pickles sans onions. The real kicker is the special sauce. To get more of that deliciousness into my belly I usually also order a side of seasoned fries and request nothing but special sauce (which they place in a tiny container). Warning - it packs a tiny spicy kick and so if you're not into that then you may not enjoy this sauce. Of course there are other options. I tend to have burger cravings once a month and besides BurgerFi and BurgerBistro this is my go to joint in Park Slope. Highly recommend at least a try. Bf was craving burgers so we decided to stop by here! Ive drove past several times and also saw ppl post abt their burgers on social media. I totally love the decor inside. UPDATE - 2019-01-09 12:27PM: The owner, John, reached out to me directly and explained the situation. It was an innocent mistake where my order ticket got caught under another ticket. He looked up my order, as well as the events that transpired, and did his due diligence. To err is human, and it sounded like an honest mistake and oversight. I respect his sincerity and his commitment to customer satisfaction. He also offered to send me and my wife a gift card for the inconvenience we faced. But I had a bad experience with the service, as I waited 30 min for my food. I placed my takeout order at 7:17, and it was a small order (2 burgers and fries), and I didn't get it until 7:45, and this is after I complained twice. I was standing right by the register the whole time, and the staff didn't show any awareness of an hangry customer... I watched multiple people who ordered after me get their food before me. This location opened up in Dyker Heights last summer and I was always dying to try it because there was never anything in my area quite like it. We finally were able to go last month and had a great experience! The decor and atmosphere is great and doesn't feel anything like a fast food place. They have wine and beer on tap and you just place your order at the counter and wait for it to be ready. Really a seamless experience! Last night we hosted a dinner there of about 10 people and the staff and manager, Mary Beth ,were absolutely delightful and so accommodating. They always asked if we needed anything else and even brought over some samples of their custard while we were waiting for the rest of our party! A huge thank you goes to them! This was a really awesome burger place! The price-burger ratio was great, not too expensive but with a big burger. I got the double cheeseburger and shared a regular fries with my fiancee. Great burger spot in Bay Ridge. I always order the Breakfast burger and it's always spot on and delicious. They give huge portions for fries! 2 people could definitely share one servicing. Try the "urban style" which has parmesan cheese and a garlic aioli on top of the fries. Menu is similar to Shack shack, only burgers, fries, and shakes. I've been to the Upper East Side location previously, but recently learned they had an outpost in Bay Ridge. It's a smart move on their part, as a family friendly, modern fast casual restaurant was what this neighborhood was missing. With several tasty burger options, along with beer, wine, and concretes available...it's a one stop shop for the whole family. Their entry level cheeseburger is typically my go to order, as it's hard for me to wrap my head around a 900 calorie burger (being a mid-size chain, calorie counts are displayed). The single BurgerFi burger rings in around 600 calories, and is more than enough to satisfy your burger craving. We ordered through Seamless which used a grub hub delivery driver, and although our order was ready within a reasonable amount of time after ordering, grub hub did not dispatch a driver for nearly two hours after. Needless to say, our order was cold and soggy when we finally received it. Again, this was not BurgerFis fault as we called a couple times after ordering checking on the status and they assured us our order had been ready, but the grub hub driver had not come to pick up. Even so, Isabelle was apologetic and extremely friendly and professional throughout the situation given it being a busy Saturday night. Upon receiving our order we were even pleasantly surprised by the lovely hand written note she placed in our bag, going above and beyond to make the situation right, which again, was not their fault. This is an updated review based alone on service of a recent takeout order placed at the counter. Walked in around 5:30pm. I was the only person there. Just me. Placed my order at the counter for three burgers. Waited. Waited some more. A lady comes in to get custard and leaves. At about 5:45 a hoard of kids walk in, about 6 of them, the counter struggled to take there orders and answer the phone at the same time. I saw the kitchen placing multiple orders on the counter for the front to grab but they were just left there. People came in behind me for pick/ups and there order was fulfilled and grabbed from the kitchen counter, while I was basically ignored. I finally asked about my order 35 minutes later and the girl said it wasn't ready. I said "are you sure that's not my order" ( I saw the burgers there at about 5:45 around the time the kids walked in but I didn't want to overwhelm her) She said no it wasn't my order. But it was. Then when I expressed my frustration another girl interjected and said "do you want a free shake, there is nothing we can do" What a joke. I watched my food sit for over 30 minutes. I watched the girls attend to over 12 people while I stood there and never once asked me if I got my order yet. They couldn't "find" my order when I asked and it was in front of there face. The burgers can all be ordered as double burgers or singles w/choice of cheese or even beacon. They also have vegan choices like veggie burgers. The atmosphere is fun doesnt feel like a fast food joint (order 1st then get a buzzard when ready for pick up at register) but an in-between restaurant feel. Topped with Swiss cheese, candied bacon-tomato jam, and truffle aioli, this burger is a foodie's dream. You really have to try it to believe it comes from this quaint corner burger place. If you like onion rings, BurgerFi does them right. Freshly sliced battered rings that are crispy outside and warm, soft and oniony on the inside. I dipped mine into ketchup, and savored them. This busy corner location is short on parking, but spots can be found if you want to chill inside with a local craft beer or a glass of wine. I enjoyed watching the people and traffic on this rainy day. The friendly staff and clean facilities make it a great place to hang, but if you don't want to park you can quickly double-park while you pick up you fresh food to go. Used to head to Five Guys on 85th & 5th whenever I needed a burger fix, but then BurgerFi opened a 5-10 minute walk away, and became my new fave. And since Five Guys closed for good earlier this year, I'm probably not the only one who felt this way. The burgers here are terrific, and not too greasy. And the onion rings here are a must and are enormous - we're talking 1970's Elton John glasses huge. - guaranteed these onion rings won't go breaking your heart. Understand that when you order here, it's usually a 15 minute or so wait, so this is no fast food place by any means. But still well kept and maintained with good ambiance, and well worth the trip. read more

The vanilla custard float was delicious, not a big fan of soft serve ice cream in a float but this will do. The pricing is ok, not exactly cheap but not overly expensive. On a Saturday night at around 7, it wasn't overly crowded, It is kind of in the middle of nowhere so you need to drive here unless you live in the area. Burgerfi is the best burger joint in Brooklyn! In my personal opinion I think it is better than shake shack. The burger itself is amazing. All of the toppings and sauces mix together to create a perfect smell. The bun is fresh and fits well with the patty there is a good ratio of burger to bun in each bite. All of the other toppings tasted fresh as well. ALL of their milkshakes are delicious, I can not go to burgerfi and order a Burger without getting a milkshake.
