I told her under "allys law" anyone who has inflammatory bowel disease/crohns/ulcerative colitis is allowed to use ANY public restroom in the state of NY. She was rude, shrugged her shoulders, and still had us buy something. Our family of 6 (4 boys) are big foodies, and our kids are big burger fans like their mom. We've been wanting to try BurgerFi for quite some time so my husband and oldest son came in for a late lunch one afternoon while they were in the neighborhood and ordered some to bring home for the rest of us. I personally cannot comment on the ambiance and service of this place, but my kiddo said the atmosphere looked pretty cool and the restaurant itself looked clean. He also said the staff seemed nice. I'm big on service so this makes me really want to dine in soon! Most of us got the BurgerFi double cheeseburger meal and although a cheeseburger sounds "basic" and ordinary, I thought it was amazing. Juicy, flavorful and the cheese melted perfectly. I love that the tomato and lettuce cut through the richness of the patties. That sauce was delicious. Not sure what it is about BurgerFi but their cheeseburger is magic. The fries came home semi-soggy which we don't mind but still had a crunch and crisp. I felt full but not gross afterwards, which is always a plus. I ordered 2 burgers, one with lettuce and raw onions, other with lettuce, cheese and raw onions. Both came with no onions. Mine had one little piece of wilted lettuce in it. I wrote a review several years ago and have been back several times since my last review and good to know things have remained pretty much the same. As far as fast food goes this is a good choice, their food remains consistent, the store is clean, the staff is friendly. Nothing against fast food it's just that I usually don't eat it very often. Usually no more than 2 or 3 times a year. It was just a matter of convenience today. We had the SWAG burger consists of a Double Wagyu and Brisket Blend Burger, Charred Jalapeños, Candied Ghost Pepper Bacon, Sweet Tomato Relish, Pepper Jack Cheese and Hot Steak Sauce. We also had the veggie beyond burger which is a vegetarian quinoa burger with amazing fresh ingredients; lentils, raw vegetables, caramelized onions and fresh herbs just to name a few. I also could not resist and had the fries. Just like many restaurants they appear to be doing most of their business with take out and delivery as the restaurant did not have many customers that were seated. I would recommend them as a healthier choice than McDonalds, Burger King, or Five Guys. The service and cleanliness is hands down much better than those I just mentioned. read more

This is a good burger chain in the bensonhurst area! It's super convenient and there are plenty of options to choose from. The wait is okay ... 15-20 minute for my meal. You order at the register and seat yourself anywhere. Your buzzer will tell you when to go up to get your food. I've had the CEO and the SWAG before but the concrete shakes entice me. The SWAG is spicy but they literally just add pieces of jalepeno in it. The CEO wagyu meat stuck out to me. I don't know another casual burger spot in the area that has wagyu burgers. One thing for sure, two things for certain; I love me some BurgerFi. The burgers are better than any McDonalds, BurgerKing, and Wendy's combined. It's hard to believe that it's still fast food. I've been plenty of times in the past and have only dined in once. I'm glad I did. The staff here provides great customer service and there's no surprise why many choose to dine-in. The fresh cut fries are great in my opinion. I don't know about anyone else but I love me some semi-soggy fries. They may be soggy but I guarantee they are cooked. I had my first shake (Red Velvet) while dining in. Honestly, I was not impressed and had better. I don't know if it was the flavor I chose, but it just wasn't for me. I ordered the bun-less burger in a bowl. The patty was very small. If I had known this, I would have ordered two. My bowl was mainly lettuce, with pickles and tomatoes. I finished off the patty and threw away the remainder. My husband ordered the rodeo burger and onion rings. The onion rings are HUGE, so much so that he could not finish his burger or onion rings even though he mentioned the burger was good. The lobby was clean and the restrooms were also maintained. Parking is via the street, metered. Even though I wasn't content with the size of the patty in relation to the lettuce and other items, I would return and order something else. read more

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with bacon. The burger was very good. But the bacon was absolutely inedible! Hard as a rock! I have truly never had worse bacon in my life! This place, never, ever should have put that on anyone's burger! The Juicy Lucy, as we all agreed, is missing the WOW factor. A few friends and I came here after we experienced the Christmas lights at Dyker Heights. This is a fairly busy spot where customers order at the front, then choose their own seating back when indoor dining was still available. The menu boasts all types of burgers, a few chicken options, fries, onion rings and milkshakes. Initially I ordered the 3-piece chicken tenders and truffle fries, then decided I actually really wanted a burger, so quickly went back to let the person behind the counter know and they were able to change the order for me, which I was very appreciative about. I decided to get the Breakfast All Day Burger, and kept the truffle fries. This burger consisted of natural Angus beef, bacon, American cheese, maple syrup, fried egg, hash brown, grilled onions, and ketchup. The perfect kind of burger for me, because I love stacked foods with tons of toppings. The burger was really tasty. The meat was nice and juicy, the bacon crisp, the cheese yummy and melty, the fried egg perfectly cooked, the hash brown crunchy and well seasoned, while the onions added a fresh element. I didn't taste a ton of maple syrup, but it was definitely present. Truffle fries were absolutely delicious! They were served with a generous drizzle of truffle aioli and Parmesan cheese underneath. The french fries were delightfully crispy with authentic and wonderful potato-y taste. Also, there was plenty of truffle flavor, which is how I prefer it to be. Got the order to go but the quality was saved. By this i mean that the smoothie was wrapped for the transport, the fries still were crisp and warm, the burger prepped in its own little box and the bag was stapled and had stickers to show that the item was not tampered with. The fries were good and came with a decent portion and still had some extra as well. Not sure if they needed a bit more salt but i had extra just in case. one thing to note is that these fries were not greasy or mushy but were crisp if not a bit dry but maybe a one off kind of thing. The burger was not mushy and still had most of the shape preserved from the transport and the flavor was there. The tomato was the perfect slice and not overly thick. The thin tomato makes it easy to bite through the burger and not a task compared to other burgers with a thicker slice. The shake came wrapped and was still all there and the best part of the order. it was nice and cold and not overtly sweet but just enough esspecially when a fry is mixed in with it. I order this food because of the fanfare that i received from friends and how the food tasted. It works its good it gets the hunger down but it does need a bit more seasoning. read more

Wanted to try this place out, but I wasn't very impressed at all. I'd say this place is very similar to Shake Shack--and since the Five Guys no longer exists on 5th Avenue, you don't really have an alternative for a better quality burger anymore since it's a lot of fast food places nearby (Wendy's, Burger King and McDonalds) but I'd say those places are comparable. I went with the Onion Rings, Cheeseburger and Vanilla Shake. I didn't care for the onion rings, whatsoever. Way too large and greasy... seems the breading would just break apart when I tried to talk half at a time, I could have just eaten fried onions. The cheeseburger was okay; the lettuce tasted a little funny, but I liked the special sauce, which tasted like Chiplote Mayo. I enjoyed the Shake, it was on the thick side, but enjoyable. I sampled some of my daughters french fries (not pictured) but they were flavorless. Overall, I wasn't impressed. Not only that, it's very pricey; I don't mind paying a high premium, even for burgers, but I expect a good return, and in this case, that didn't happen. I got the Single Burgerfi Burger, because I knew one beef patty was enough for me. The quality here is definitely comparable to Shake Shack and their burgers are 1.5x as large. We also ordered a large tub of fries with parm, herb, and garlic aioli seasoning.
