It was a great experience. Great food and service. A much healthier alternative to traditional fast food burgers. The menu is descriptive and easy to read. I recommend updating the foundation drink machine. The interior design is also top notch. The lighting was perfect for a 'night out in the city' kind of vibe. Recommend upgrading the seating. Little uncomfortable for long term seating. Cleanliness on the floor could've used some work.

Our family of 6 (4 boys) are big foodies, and our kids are big burger fans like their mom. We've been wanting to try BurgerFi for quite some time so my husband and oldest son came in for a late lunch one afternoon while they were in the neighborhood and ordered some to bring home for the rest of us. I personally cannot comment on the ambiance and service of this place, but my kiddo said the atmosphere looked pretty cool and the restaurant itself looked clean. He also said the staff seemed nice. I'm big on service so this makes me really want to dine in soon! Most of us got the BurgerFi double cheeseburger meal and although a cheeseburger sounds "basic" and ordinary, I thought it was amazing. Juicy, flavorful and the cheese melted perfectly. I love that the tomato and lettuce cut through the richness of the patties. That sauce was delicious. Not sure what it is about BurgerFi but their cheeseburger is magic. The fries came home semi-soggy which we don't mind but still had a crunch and crisp. I felt full but not gross afterwards, which is always a plus. We will be back, for sure to dine in next time.

A bit disappointing. I ordered pickup because I was in area and looked up burgers. BurgerFi had good reviews so gave it a try. I ordered 2 burgers, one with lettuce and raw onions, other with lettuce, cheese and raw onions. Both came with no onions. Mine had one little piece of wilted lettuce in it. Flavor not bad but order was wrong. Ordered two fries. They were good. Ordered one side of Cole slaw.... Well $3.95 for a tiny container that was only 3 tbsps of Cole slaw is a bit much. Slaw was okay.

I wrote a review several years ago and have been back several times since my last review and good to know things have remained pretty much the same. As far as fast food goes this is a good choice, their food remains consistent, the store is clean, the staff is friendly. Nothing against fast food it's just that I usually don't eat it very often. Usually no more than 2 or 3 times a year. It was just a matter of convenience today. We had the SWAG burger consists of a Double Wagyu and Brisket Blend Burger, Charred Jalapeños, Candied Ghost Pepper Bacon, Sweet Tomato Relish, Pepper Jack Cheese and Hot Steak Sauce. We also had the veggie beyond burger which is a vegetarian quinoa burger with amazing fresh ingredients; lentils, raw vegetables, caramelized onions and fresh herbs just to name a few. I also could not resist and had the fries. Just like many restaurants they appear to be doing most of their business with take out and delivery as the restaurant did not have many customers that were seated. I would recommend them as a healthier choice than McDonalds, Burger King, or Five Guys. The service and cleanliness is hands down much better than those I just mentioned.

This is a good burger chain in the bensonhurst area! It's super convenient and there are plenty of options to choose from. The wait is okay ... 15-20 minute for my meal. You order at the register and seat yourself anywhere. Your buzzer will tell you when to go up to get your food. I've had the CEO and the SWAG before but the concrete shakes entice me. The SWAG is spicy but they literally just add pieces of jalepeno in it. The CEO wagyu meat stuck out to me. I don't know another casual burger spot in the area that has wagyu burgers. The meat itself was a bit more tender? than regular beef. tip: they have a lunch special where the burger comes with fries. it's not on the menu but order it!

BURGERFI CHEESEBURGER and FRESH-CUT FRIES (REGULAR)

One thing for sure, two things for certain; I love me some BurgerFi. The burgers are better than any McDonalds, BurgerKing, and Wendy's combined. It's hard to believe that it's still fast food. I've been plenty of times in the past and have only dined in once. I'm glad I did. The staff here provides great customer service and there's no surprise why many choose to dine-in. The fresh cut fries are great in my opinion. I don't know about anyone else but I love me some semi-soggy fries. They may be soggy but I guarantee they are cooked. I had my first shake (Red Velvet) while dining in. Honestly, I was not impressed and had better. I don't know if it was the flavor I chose, but it just wasn't for me. Shakes aside BurgerF is still my spot.

    Barbecue NEW BBQ RODEO BURGER
    Tonya B.

I ordered the bun-less burger in a bowl. The patty was very small. If I had known this, I would have ordered two. My bowl was mainly lettuce, with pickles and tomatoes. I finished off the patty and threw away the remainder. My husband ordered the rodeo burger and onion rings. The onion rings are HUGE, so much so that he could not finish his burger or onion rings even though he mentioned the burger was good. The lobby was clean and the restrooms were also maintained. Parking is via the street, metered. Even though I wasn't content with the size of the patty in relation to the lettuce and other items, I would return and order something else.

Easy to find street parking on a sat. The ceo burger is good but I'm disappointed at the fries. They are not crispy fries, in fact they are saggy. Staff is nice though. Price not cheap, I'd probably want shake shack instead with that price point.

    Lauren C.

My husband and I shared urban style fries. I got the CEO single patty (I wish I had gotten a double!) and my husband got the SWAG burger. The burgers hit the spot. My husband wanted something spicy and he got it! Some of the fries were cold but the flavor was there. I love that burgerfi uses wagyu beef and beef without hormones or antibiotics. The fries are all hand cut. We'd definitely come back!

I'm giving this place 3.5 stars because the staff are really nice and you can tell the manager really cares. They're training a lot of new people so that's good. In general the food is good. Quick note about the Beyond Burger- No. Just no. Look at this thing. This looks like something your stepdad would make for you when he and your mom are in a fight. This looks like what they'd serve in a public school cafeteria at lunch when the lunch lady is out sick and the gym teacher has to fill in. It looks like the burger from SpongeBob that Plankton made with no love that King Neptune had to spit out. This looks like something the government handed out for free during the Great Depression. No. Put down your phone and Google "Beyond Burger". Do it. Look at the pictures for a Beyond Burger. THAT is what a beyond burger should look like. A massive patty. A MOUNTAIN of vegetables. Some sauce dripping down the sides. Something that makes sense to pay $11 for with no fries or drink included. You can do better BurgerFi, I believe in you!

Breakfast All Day Burger & truffle fries
    Kathy X.

A few friends and I came here after we experienced the Christmas lights at Dyker Heights. This is a fairly busy spot where customers order at the front, then choose their own seating back when indoor dining was still available. The menu boasts all types of burgers, a few chicken options, fries, onion rings and milkshakes. Initially I ordered the 3-piece chicken tenders and truffle fries, then decided I actually really wanted a burger, so quickly went back to let the person behind the counter know and they were able to change the order for me, which I was very appreciative about. I decided to get the Breakfast All Day Burger, and kept the truffle fries. This burger consisted of natural Angus beef, bacon, American cheese, maple syrup, fried egg, hash brown, grilled onions, and ketchup. The perfect kind of burger for me, because I love stacked foods with tons of toppings. The burger was really tasty. The meat was nice and juicy, the bacon crisp, the cheese yummy and melty, the fried egg perfectly cooked, the hash brown crunchy and well seasoned, while the onions added a fresh element. I didn't taste a ton of maple syrup, but it was definitely present. Truffle fries were absolutely delicious! They were served with a generous drizzle of truffle aioli and Parmesan cheese underneath. The french fries were delightfully crispy with authentic and wonderful potato-y taste. Also, there was plenty of truffle flavor, which is how I prefer it to be. I would be open to returning and want to try the White Cheddar Mac and Cheese Burger, as well as the Coffee Mocha Milkshake.

A Ripper: otherwise known as a "Deep-Fried Hotdog". Three plain and simple words, but when…read morecombined, they are nearly pornographic. At least they are for me. Rutt's Hut has been on my punch list for a long time. Actually NJ fried Hot Dogs have been both from Rutt's and from Hiram's over in Ft. Lee. I got to Hiram's and today was my luck day to get a shot at a Ripper. Rutt's is a bit off the beaten path and is down a meandering pothole filled road in a very industrial feeling part of town surrounded by wooded areas. It seems like it would be a better place for a serial killer body dump than a Hot Dog vendor but it's been there since 1928 so it must be doing something right. There is a large, private, and free parking lot which is a huge bonus in my playbook. The building looks like it is in disrepair. There are 2 areas to eat here. A door to the left seems to be a pub/bar with sit down service and then there is the right side that I went to which is a stand up, indoor counter where you can get in and out very quickly. This is a cash only spot so come prepared. Get to an open counter worker, give them your order, and pay when they hand over the goods. I was a little intimidated when I walked in because it was clear that everyone else in the place understood the ordering routine and knew the menu (there are quite a few other items you could order other than Rippers). I stood in a corner like a potted plant for about 10 minutes and watched what others did when they walked in before I figured out the process. It's pretty simple but I did not want to screw up Rutt's world order by doing something stupid. The 3 Rippers I ordered were good (but not best in class for me). The one I liked the most was the chili cheese dressed Ripper because the chili was actually quite tasty. On the counter are large containers of brown mustard and almost-fluorescent yellow relish. People seem to love the stuff. It was a bit like sweetened sauerkraut for me and the color of it makes me think it is either radioactive or seasoned with antifreeze. I would be happy going here again but I can't say that my Rippers were anything special. I might ask for them to be a little overdone next time to add a bit of texture. What I did like about Rutt's was the history, the dilapidated building, the simplicity of the menu, the naming of their dogs as "Rippers", and the fact that it felt like I was eating among real NJ natives that knew exactly what they were there for. Experiencing local culture doesn't get much better than that.

Here are a few of the menu items I explored. Homemade Minestrone: Freshly made in house, this starter will definitely kick start the meal. Enjoy a vegetable medley ranging from beans to celery to potato along with small bits of pasta in a savory broth. For that added crunch, don't be shy with the oyster crackers. It will definitely complement the flavor. Combo Special: A minute disadvantage is that this combo doesn't include a side, but it has a variety of toppings including hickory ham and melted cheese on a hard roll. The burger patty is made from prime beef. Hot Dog All The Way: This deep fried dog is piled with chili, chopped onions, and a touch of mustard. As a bonus, all of those toppings were added for no additional charge. If you aren't in the mood for lunch, arrive in the early morning hours to explore the breakfast options. There are plenty of seating options which also includes a few outdoor tables. Overall, the food was decent and the service was impeccable. #hotgrill #hotgrillclifton #cliftonnj #hotdogalltheway #allthewayhotdog #ComboSpecials #minestronesoup #LexingtonAvenue
