I wanted to go and sit in the restaurant but my boyfriend saw the gift card and decided to place an order for pickup (Justin). We ordered 2 single patties 1 crazy burger for him add this and that and the kitchen sink. The young lady on the phone was very thorough. Our order was correct, hot, and fresh when we received it. The food was very good! Much better than last time. After my last review I was contacted by John the manager. (It's been a few days since we spoke, I'm pretty sure his name was John). Ordered thru Grubhub. The food is good but a bit pricey. This place does not seal up the delivery bag. I swore the grubhub driver had eaten some of the fries since the fries where placed on top with a big open gap on the bag. 2nd time placed delivery specifically stated in directions for them to securely seal the bag and they still didn't do it. We wanted to really love this place since we were starving and drove by so many times. It was busy so we waited about 20 minutes for our food. We got home and opened up the fancy packaging for our burgers and my boyfriend's double cheese burger had nothing but bun meat and cheese on it, no sauce no lettuce no tomatoe. We ordered chili cheese fries, a single BurgerFi cheeseburger and a double BurgerFi cheeseburger. My single BurgerFi cheese burger was luke warm (we only live 3 blocks away and we drove). Others came in before us and were still waiting for their food after we left. If it wasn't for today's current conditions with shelter in place, I would've left a 1 star. BurgerFi is basically a Shake Shack clone. Are either chains the greatest burger you will ever eat? No. Nevertheless, they are very good, fast food burgers. When I ordered and ate the Burger Fi cheeseburger [with the 2 patties option of course], it tasted exactly like a Shake Shack burger: juicy and greasy. I have also eaten the turkey burger. It is good. However, keep in mind that you will sacrifice a little taste for a leaner, less fatty meat. I also appreciate them branding "BurgerFi" on their buns. In addition, I highly recommend ordering a side of onion rings, which are my favorite item on the menu. They are huge. The breading is thick and crispy. On the other hand, the fries are good but nothing special. I prefer fries that are crispier. They are also darker than most fries. For this reason, there is probably something in the way they are made and fried that do not exactly fit my taste. The parmesan and garlic aioli is decent if you decide to add it on to the fries. The extra flavor definitely helps. Finally, I have also ordered an Oreo shake. It is not as good as other fast food shakes I have had (e.g. Chick FIl-A, In N Out, Shake Shack) but it is good, smooth, and still hits the spot. In short, Burgerfi i a solid fast food, burger joint. And I was pumped up that they have those bad-ass Coke Freestyle machines where you have like a billion options. They're on the pricey side for burgers, but we knew what we were signing up for. Wow, what a horrible experience! Placed a simple order here for a burger, hot dog, and fries. The order was delayed because of GrubHub not having a driver. I called the restaurant and told them that I did NOT want COLD, OLD food. They told me their food stays hot under lamps for 45 minutes. An hour later a driver finally accepted the delivery and sure enough, they did not make me a fresh burger, hot dog (so they sent me a cold dog) or even fresh fries. They sent the order they had made over an hour previously and it was absolutely disgusting. The burger was inedible, fries soggy, and, as I said previously, a cold 'hot' dog. BurgerFi is really good if you want burgers and fries above McDonald's quality. First, the service is always really good here and the employees are always so friendly and patient. I usually get the fried chicken sandwich which is really good and the urban style fries are also yummy. There are some vegetarian options as well. I tried the burger last time and I've had better. They have milkshakes and for drinks they have one of those remix soda machines. Service is pretty quick here. They are a bit pricey in my opinion but the food is good quality. Everything is always wrong. Staff might as well not even be there. They're all about 16 years old. Good to see kids trying to work but they're my exactly efficient. Got onion rings which were gigantic, floppy discs dripping with grease and none of the breading even stuck to it. I am just going to make this short and sweet because it's a burger joint and there isn't that much to say. Is this place better than McDonalds or Burger King? Definitely. Would I come back here? For sure. The staff was very friendly and this place is very clean. It is extremely reminiscent of Shake Shack which Im sure is no coincidence. I remembered the previous restaurant that was here before Burgerfi opened up here, and I remembered when this place was under construction. Once it opened, I was always a little intrigued to see what this place was like. A lot of reviews say this place reminds them of Shake Shack. I actually think it is a little more similar to Bare Burger ( aesthetics that is) while the menu is more similar to Shake Shack. So, how to the burgers measure up? The CEO burger it pretty good, but the only thing throwing me off is while it is tasty, it is overly messy and oily. You don't taste the oil, but it flows from your burger onto your hands, making it a mess when you eat. Their fries, are again pretty tasty, but nothing amazing and a little bit messy and soggy as well. The only great standout was their Custard. They definitely could give Shake Shack a run for their money. However, what is silly is that their Custard comes in cup with a regular straw... a little useless as the Custard is SO thick ( and delicious) it is so hard to drink through a regular straw. Hopefully BurgerFi will upgrade their straws into something thicker so I can enjoy it more... This location also serves Beer and Wine - a big plus for me! This place isn't bad, great vibe but overall I for sure enjoyed burgers that were a little less messy for a lower cost. read more

She also followed my instructions not to ring the bell on my building, and called me instead (much appreciated!!) The clamshell container said "BAD" on the top (Breakfast All Day, I understand why you'd abbreviate) which seemed to be an omen. The patty was very thin, and not flavorful at all. This thing is loaded with a fried egg, bacon, and a hash brown, you'd think it would be steaming with flavor, not the case. So I went there the other day and I was with my sisters who wear the hijab. I think that in 2016 everyone knows that is Muslims don't eat pork or drink. Placed my orders for The CEO and the Breakfast All Day Burger, got my electronic buzzer and waited for my number to be called. The wait was long, when twenty minutes has past and I haven't heard the buzz; was left to wonder if they had forgotten about my order. Walked up to the counter, the boss man reassured me that my meal is being prepared as we speak and gave me a complimentary Custard Shake. I got a small Swirl custard shake, and sat down to wait for another ten minutes. Got home, opened up my burgers and gobbled it down. The most important part of a burger to me is the PATTY. Im not sure if their patties are previously frozen or just way overcooked and it was dried. To truly taste the patty meat, I've ordered a CEO and a regular burgerfi burger. The ceo was okay, not bad, not the BEST burger i've had but definitely not the worst, maybe 6.5/10. Then I ate the regular burgerfi burger, it was dry. When i bite into the meat, the meat felt over pressed, dense, and dried...like costco frozen burger patties. I know they've only been open a week or so but it's in the neighborhood and we were happy to see a burger joint instead of more Chinese food or sushi so we gave it a try this evening- My husband ordered breakfast style burger it came with and egg bacon hash browns real maple syrup and a potato bun and hashbrowns that was the winner- I had the CEO burger was supposed to Be Truffles Waygu Beef tomato jam and it was really absolutely tasteless I was very surprised normally we eat at Shake shack and burgers are so fresh and tasty there. Guess I was expecting that. We had some french fries with AIoli and Parmesan the first round came out cold and they brought us new ones The management is very nice apparently this is a Florida-based burger joint and they have 90 locations I've been told They serve beer and wine and they have an interesting soda bar and concrete and custard style ice cream. Still it's nice to see something in the neighborhood that you can walk to I just sit down and have a burger they have an outdoor café area there is no table service and the line can go out the door and around because they are slow you make the food- I would definitely give them another try when they have a little bit more experience under their belt. read more

I chose this burger chain over competitors because I saw that they're serving domestic beef that's 100% antibiotic-free and hormone-free. It is worth the price for that higher quality product. I ordered the CEO ($10) - it was awesomely delicious. The soda cup is quite small and I'd have been bothered by it if I had been taking it to go, but I was staying and they said that refills were included, so that worked out. They have the cool Coke machines that offer dozens of different types of drinks. The french fries and onion rings combo had three mammoth onion rings which were very good and then a batch of the saltiest, but otherwise not especially flavorful french fries. I would recommend against the fries or tell them that you don't want any salt on them so that you could control the amount. The wait time was a little longer than it probably would've been at certain of the competitors, so make sure you've got like 10-15 minutes to wait, but waiting ties in with what's appealing about these fast-casual places since we know that our food was made fresh when we ordered it. I ordered a veggie burger and a half-and-half of onion rings and fries. When the buzzer vibrated to indicate that my order was ready, I was so alarmed that I dropped it off the table but it kept buzzing anyway so they are very well-built A+!!! Onion rings were giant and crispy. They put maple syrup on my veggie burger which was strange, but then I remembered I asked for it so it made sense. This is totally based on take out. My sister loves 5 guys but I talked her into treating me to some Burgerfi. I had seen their sign as I drove up and down 86th St and it seemed like a perfect place to have a burger. My sister ordered a cheeseburger, cry fry and peanut butter shake. Yes very high carb night. She loved every bit of it. The onion rings are huge. She said they are super organized and have someone just working the line and confirming orders for the cooking line. The shakes are thick and topped with sprinkles! I am not into sprinkles but if you are it's a cute addition. I had onion rings and a shake and enjoyed every bit also (minus the sprinkles).
