Burgerfi is the best burger joint in Brooklyn! In my personal opinion I think it is better than shake shack. The burger itself is amazing. All of the toppings and sauces mix together to create a perfect smell. The bun is fresh and fits well with the patty there is a good ratio of burger to bun in each bite. All of the other toppings tasted fresh as well. ALL of their milkshakes are delicious, I can not go to burgerfi and order a Burger without getting a milkshake. Ordered thru Grubhub. The food is good but a bit pricey. This place does not seal up the delivery bag. I swore the grubhub driver had eaten some of the fries since the fries where placed on top with a big open gap on the bag. 2nd time placed delivery specifically stated in directions for them to securely seal the bag and they still didn't do it. We wanted to really love this place since we were starving and drove by so many times. It was busy so we waited about 20 minutes for our food. We got home and opened up the fancy packaging for our burgers and my boyfriend's double cheese burger had nothing but bun meat and cheese on it, no sauce no lettuce no tomatoe. We ordered chili cheese fries, a single BurgerFi cheeseburger and a double BurgerFi cheeseburger. My single BurgerFi cheese burger was luke warm (we only live 3 blocks away and we drove). Wow, what a horrible experience! Placed a simple order here for a burger, hot dog, and fries. The order was delayed because of GrubHub not having a driver. I called the restaurant and told them that I did NOT want COLD, OLD food. They told me their food stays hot under lamps for 45 minutes. An hour later a driver finally accepted the delivery and sure enough, they did not make me a fresh burger, hot dog (so they sent me a cold dog) or even fresh fries. They sent the order they had made over an hour previously and it was absolutely disgusting. The burger was inedible, fries soggy, and, as I said previously, a cold 'hot' dog. Just an awful experience with a side of attitude. I know how the restaurant business can be tough, but this kind of service is inexcusable. BurgerFi is basically a Shake Shack clone. Are either chains the greatest burger you will ever eat? No. Nevertheless, they are very good, fast food burgers. When I ordered and ate the Burger Fi cheeseburger [with the 2 patties option of course], it tasted exactly like a Shake Shack burger: juicy and greasy. I have also eaten the turkey burger. It is good. However, keep in mind that you will sacrifice a little taste for a leaner, less fatty meat. I also appreciate them branding "BurgerFi" on their buns. In addition, I highly recommend ordering a side of onion rings, which are my favorite item on the menu. They are huge. The breading is thick and crispy. On the other hand, the fries are good but nothing special. I prefer fries that are crispier. They are also darker than most fries. For this reason, there is probably something in the way they are made and fried that do not exactly fit my taste. The parmesan and garlic aioli is decent if you decide to add it on to the fries. The extra flavor definitely helps. Finally, I have also ordered an Oreo shake. It is not as good as other fast food shakes I have had (e.g. Chick FIl-A, In N Out, Shake Shack) but it is good, smooth, and still hits the spot. In short, Burgerfi i a solid fast food, burger joint. BurgerFi is really good if you want burgers and fries above McDonald's quality. First, the service is always really good here and the employees are always so friendly and patient. I usually get the fried chicken sandwich which is really good and the urban style fries are also yummy. There are some vegetarian options as well. I tried the burger last time and I've had better. Everything is always wrong. Staff might as well not even be there. They're all about 16 years old. Good to see kids trying to work but they're my exactly efficient. Got onion rings which were gigantic, floppy discs dripping with grease and none of the breading even stuck to it. I am just going to make this short and sweet because it's a burger joint and there isn't that much to say. Is this place better than McDonalds or Burger King? Definitely. Would I come back here? I remembered the previous restaurant that was here before Burgerfi opened up here, and I remembered when this place was under construction. Once it opened, I was always a little intrigued to see what this place was like. A lot of reviews say this place reminds them of Shake Shack. I actually think it is a little more similar to Bare Burger ( aesthetics that is) while the menu is more similar to Shake Shack. So, how to the burgers measure up? The CEO burger it pretty good, but the only thing throwing me off is while it is tasty, it is overly messy and oily. You don't taste the oil, but it flows from your burger onto your hands, making it a mess when you eat. Their fries, are again pretty tasty, but nothing amazing and a little bit messy and soggy as well. The only great standout was their Custard. They definitely could give Shake Shack a run for their money. However, what is silly is that their Custard comes in cup with a regular straw... a little useless as the Custard is SO thick ( and delicious) it is so hard to drink through a regular straw. Hopefully BurgerFi will upgrade their straws into something thicker so I can enjoy it more... This location also serves Beer and Wine - a big plus for me! So I went there the other day and I was with my sisters who wear the hijab. I think that in 2016 everyone knows that is Muslims don't eat pork or drink. The most important part of a burger to me is the PATTY. Im not sure if their patties are previously frozen or just way overcooked and it was dried. To truly taste the patty meat, I've ordered a CEO and a regular burgerfi burger. The ceo was okay, not bad, not the BEST burger i've had but definitely not the worst, maybe 6.5/10. Then I ate the regular burgerfi burger, it was dry. When i bite into the meat, the meat felt over pressed, dense, and dried...like costco frozen burger patties. We had some french fries with AIoli and Parmesan the first round came out cold and they brought us new ones The management is very nice apparently this is a Florida-based burger joint and they have 90 locations I've been told They serve beer and wine and they have an interesting soda bar and concrete and custard style ice cream. Placed my orders for The CEO and the Breakfast All Day Burger, got my electronic buzzer and waited for my number to be called.
