Burger Stop.. now..I got something Hardcore ..its a 4lb plate of Fries with chili cheese .. Not Tommy's Chili but Burger joint chili.. it had Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream, Guacamole..Pastrami and Carne Asada...and the name of this crazy monster is Monster DUI. For $13.32 its a good Deal. The Taste was Great!! the fries were right..im not a Pastrami guy but if every place had pastrami like this I would turn into a Pastrami guy. the Burger joint chili was good the cheese gooey and stretchy soft...just perfect..I ate about 1 1/2 pounds maybe.. its alot ..enough for 2 or 3 to share and be Happy... The Negative ..the Carne Asada..though it had good flavor it was way over cooked and super hard to chew and even swallow. they are in little bits like street Taco style but it was disappointing since I was craving Carne Asada fries. The Flavor is good on the Carne Asada and I do like it but it takes way too long to work on so negative on the Carne Asada But it could have been my bad luck..I will try it again and I know for a fact itll be better next time. Customer Service is super good, place is very clean..lots of ventilation ...plenty of parking ..menu goes from Burgers to Salad, sandwiches, Breakfast also Dinner plates, Mexican food and so on.. I just ate nachos from here, it made me sick! I had stomach cramps for 2 days.... BUT other family members did not get sick they had burgers (I should've just gotten a burger!) they seemed fine, really thin patties TONS of heavily seasoned fries. No complaints there. I just do NOT recommend the nachos, the asada meat was mostly fat, beans tastes like canned beans, the sour cream was watery, there was a weird spicy pico de gallo on it. Great fries, great avocado bacon cheeseburger but the onion rings weren't very good. Also I would've appreciated if the lady taking my order over the phone would've asked me what size fries and onion rings I wanted, I ended up with a huge container of each and most of it went to waste, especially the onion rings because they weren't very good. Let's start with customer service first , It Sucks! From the cashier in front to the girl in drive thru. They where annoyed and overwhelmed with every customer walking thru the door . They where just straight out rude to all customers . Everything bothered them , if you asked for anything napkins, forks . Note to the owners : The fact that that you where standing by and allowed your staff to speak to the customers the way they did and laugh at the stupid jokes you made towards the customers is pathetic ! I've been coming here for years and always had the best food and service but I went again today around 1:50-2:00pm and had absolutely horrible service!!! I ordered asada fries but specifically asked them to put chili beans and not fried beans because the last time they did that and they still did!! I also asked for it to just be plain with cheese, chili beans and asada and they continued to put big scoops of sour cream and guacamole and fried beans. I drove back to the store and went inside to speak to the lady I told her about the situation and she proceeded to tell me it was my fault for mentioning beans and that what do i expect her to do. I proceeded to tell her I made my order very specific on what I wanted and just wanted them to remake it for me. I've been to this spot twice and really couldn't remember my first visit (lunch visit), so I decided to give them a try again...but this time for dinner. The service wasn't all that great, the lady working the register seems very overwhelmed by working the window and the register at the same time. One thing you must try is the Supreme DUI, it is a little steep in price but I guarantee it will feed you and then some. It is essentially fries, chili, cheese, asada, pastrami, guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo all on top. You can opt for the toppings off, or on the side (they might charge for on the side). Another great meal I truly enjoy is the double cheeseburger with bacon with onion rings instead of fries. The burger comes with 1000 island sauce, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese and bacon (double bacon cheese burger duh) and the onion rings are always so fresh and cooked to perfection. Oh! They also have a Greek chicken salad that is to die for!! I normally would just like a regular chicken salad BUT I did ask for one once just to try it and omg the FLAVOR!! It is romaine lettuce, olives, bell peppers, red onions, pepperchinis and feta cheese topped with grilled chopped chicken and your choice of dressing. Now I get the Greek chicken salad all the time!! The staff is friendly and always attentive to what you would need. The drive thru line can get a little long so I suggest to go between 10am and 7pm to avoid the long wait. read more

Have been coming to Burger Stop since 2012 in the most recent years the quality has diminished tremendously. Even though the quality has gone down, the prices have gone up. Most items on the menu are overpriced. The food itself is unseasoned and flavorless. The burgers used to be so juicy and full of flavor but they can't even get a simple burger right. The customer service is also nothing to brag about. The lady in the morning always gets our order wrong. She seems to have this button on her register to charge for items you don't order.
