The last 3 of 5 visits to this location I have found that you are looking at a 5-10 minute wait per car in the drive through, where your food will definitely be cold if you are more than 2 cars back. They will be out of multiple items (onion rings, soda, etc), your burger will be missing something or sauces will be missing. There will be zero effort to fix anything, and you will be given attitude if you check the bag to make sure you have the sauces you ordered and paid for. When the burgers are decently warm they are very good for fast food. But over the last 2 months we've had constant issues, it's not worth it anymore, this location needs major fixing and we will not be back and I would recommend no one go here. read more

Yesterday, March 22, 2026 while getting released from the hospital I made the poor decision to order food on the app from this location at 1705 N.W. Gilman Blvd, Issaquah, WA 98029 (Store #4156). I incorrectly guessed my arrival time to be 4:20pm, and arrived at 4:00pm. The gentleman at the speaker asked me to pull forward, because he couldn't find my order. I let him know that I had not scheduled it until 4:20pm, and he said I would have to wait until 4:20pm. I told them the app stated it would take 5-7minutes to create my order, could I please have it by 4:10pm. He stated NO, PLEASE PULL AROUND! So I pulled around and surprise, I'm back at the window, because there is nobody in line. The elderly white bearded gentleman that I was speaking had resorted to cowering in the far rear of the kitchen. He was replaced by a Latino gentleman who began speaking to me in broken English. He began raising his voice and telling me he is busy. I let him know that the only car behind was my nephew (witness for further legal action if necessary). At that point he began shouting, YOU WANT ORDER OR YOU NOT WANT ORDER! I said I wanted order. He again shouted, PULL AROUND! I told him there is nobody in line, why can't I wait here for my food. At this point he puffed up his chest and began threatening me with shouts of, I'M CALLING THE POLICE. Having just been released from the hospital, I decided to leave as I was sweating and my heart had begun to race. The charge of $37+ sill remains on my bank transactions for being served nothing but rudeness and aggravation. Heavens, it's a burger joint. Very convenient to me, though I try to avoid it as I tend to add weight. Burger King frequently offers coupons for me to have discounted meals. Came here to grab a quick snack before my puppy's vet appointment. Was glad to see it not busy and no cars in the drive-thru. I ordered a Ch'King sandwich and three orders of 8-piece Ghost Pepper Nuggets. They did have me park and wait for my order for a bit, but at least the nuggets came out fresh then. I don't know why it is so difficult to get a bacon double cheeseburger at this restaurant that is warm enough to melt American cheese. Today i got another burger that was so cold the cheese wasn't even trying to melt. But, I also got a bun that was firm due to it being burned to the point it was black. When i returned to ask for a refund or a new sandwich, the lady carried my bitten, cold burger into the kitchen, had a conversation with the cooks about it then returned to me and asked if i wanted the bun toasted. I asked if they changed the burger to now be toasted, because I've never seen it made like that. She could not answer the question but at least she seemed to get MORE irritated with me. At this point, I just said "forget it" and left without a sandwich OR a refund. Poor service, terrible cold food and now I see eaten food is apparently OK in the kitchen. Gross. My expectations for this place are not unrealistic, that said the quality here has gone down so far in the past few years I've decided to no longer visit this location. I order an impossible whopper with extra cheese and extra pickles, the impossible burger is always cold, it cannot even melt the cheese it's so cold. They get the order wrong every time, giving wrong drinks, leaving things off or simply not putting on any ingredients other than cheese and pickles. The people at taking orders will punch them in wrong over and over and you have to yell at the box so many times then they'll give you the wrong thing anyway. Came here on 7/9 via drive-thru and ordered a 10 pc nuggets and large fries and used a coupon for $3.49. Didn't get a receipt as I didn't think I needed one but I just got my cc statement and saw that I was charged $6.59. It's disappointing how dishonest people/business can be. The guy that worked the drive-thru was kind of rude too. I also asked for a ranch dressing with my order and when I got home had noticed the dressing was partially opened. Then..... I go to. the drive thru and they don't have my complete order! (But I believe I was charged for what I ordered. First I was told they couldn't do anything about the missing item, so I asked to speak to the manager, had to wait then the same woman who said she couldn't do anything says. My family and I stopped in on 11/27 to grab something quick before heading out of town. Pulled up to the box and was greeted with "what can I get you?" No hello, no welcoming vibe...really it seemed, and sounded, much more like a "what the f**k do you want" approach. When I inquired about breakfast items (it was just after 11am to be fair), she responds with "we're doing lunch." Me: "K, thanks." Drove right on through. Now, I get that customer service positions have to endure and accept a LOT of crap...I know it because I've done it, and I know many who deal with it. That being said, to essentially be blatantly rude from the start without any warrant whatsoever, is unhealthy for any business to remain. The other three or four times I've given them a chance, their food has been mediocre at best. Almost always something is missing, cold, or just plain wrong. Avoid. Go to Renton or even, dare I say it, Bellevue if you want Burger King that bad. This place is a lost cause. read more

i have a major complaint but i'll save that for the end, first i'll discuss the food itself and service. the food. ordered the whopper. it was well put together, however the sauce was poorly distributed. it was all in the center of the burger so most of the burger felt oddly dry and and tasted more plain than usual. again, it looked good, but was disappointing. had to add my own ketchup around the perimeter and add mustard. 2/5 the spicy royal crispy chicken. the chicken itself was very good. however, the big issue which leads to my major complaint is that the tomato was tiny tiny tiny. it was barely a tomato slice. and i loooove tomato, it's the most important part of a spicy chicken sandwich. very disappointed again. 2/5 now here's what really pissed me off because the tomato was so tiny i went to the front to ask for more tomato. i was willing to pay for it. i just needed some tomato. they told me that's something they have to charge for. i'm like, ok that's fine. then they're like but i can only charge you if you order a sandwich. they said there's no way to charge for just tomato. so, i've managed and worked at many restaurants and there's always a way to charge for something miscellaneous. and if there's no way for them to do that, then just give a customer tomato ! it's not going to bankrupt the business, and it's their fault they gave me the worlds tiniest tomato slice. very lame, poor management, not a good way to retain clientele. i know if i were managing i would have done anything to make sure the customer is satisfied , and just a couple tomato slices would have converted this one star review into a 4 star (5 star if the spread the sauce better on the whopper) i guess i'll just bring my own tomato next time, if there is a next time peace read more

My elderly mother had a sudden bathroom emergency and this was the closest facility we found. She had a mask on and was quite polite in explaining her delicate situation, even offering to make a purchase. The manager refused to let her use the restroom and (without going into detail) it led to an even more embarrassing situation at the nearby QFC.
