Was a little disappointed that it was not a store. It literally is a food truck that makes and sells their food. They did not have our order ready even tho we gave them like 30 minutes to make it. I guess they don't get online orders, which is weird, but we did get the Mr Beast Burger cups for my kids. The food is as good, we got the Chandler Burger, double with Cheese and it was flavorful. I didn't realize this was a virtual brand that "any" restaurant owner can run out of their existing kitchen - so I tried some of their goodness via Uber Eats delivery. It arrived a bit cold despite the priority delivery, but that's 100% expected and figure it's sometimes difficult to compete against hot-off-the-grill dine-in experiences, so no problem there. The burger (I got 2 of the Chandlers) was decent. Basic, but well put together. Bun was soft and not dried out. I actually prefer 5 Guys or Great State burger, but would come back here if it were convenient or the others were closed (the operate out of a breakfast joint, so open very early in the morning). Have to give this a try because it's Mr.Beast's burger :D Overall food is very good, would be better if delivery didn't take more than an hour. I'm not sure if this is a particular issue with UberEats or with the restaurant itself. Beast Style Burger: the classic double patty burger was pretty decent. I like the sauce/ onions/pickle classic combo. The patties are not as thick as five guys' but definitely big enough for me to get pretty full. It was also wrapped very well and wasn't messy at all. Love it! Beast Style Fries: The fries are unfortunately a bit colder than the burger which made it taste not as good as it should. It's loaded with sauce and pickles, making it very flavorful. This is a review for their Kent location. How can a place with such horrible ratings keep opening more kitchens? Ordered double burger with bacon. Didn't get the bacon. Burger Pattie's were so overcooked to black that I know why they put so much sauce on them. Y'all...there is a such thing as too much mayo. Oh that's right it was supposed to cover up the burnt meat. Even after scrapping off the mayo, it was inedible. Ordered their seasoned fries, beast style. Again, overcooked to the point of them being potato sticks. Good in theory but horrible in execution. All washed down with a room temperature coke. Make up your own mind but for me, this is just another case of an idiot thinking they can make good food. Even for fast food it was bad. And I LIKE burgers. I like fast food. This stuff was poorly disguised future hog slop. I would rather eat at Jack In The Box off the floor. I am being really harsh but I am betting the owners barely set foot in this place. They probably have a family member who they leave in charge or a high school kid. I have to admit that buying food from a restaurant which is a stealth restaurant is different. Mr Beast resides within the Brief Encounter restaurant front. And buying food from something I saw on Youtube is interesting in itself. The concept definitely has it's heart in the right spot. We ordered a couple of Chandler burgers and a couple Beast burgers along with Beast fries and seasoned fries. The burgers were okay, not bad but not the story you tell everyone. The Beast fries were something different, imagine french fries with bacon, cheese and pickles, you have Beast fries. The Beast Fries actually were pretty good. As for the seasoned fries, well I never got to taste them since they were not put with the order. I did call and they made the adjustment to refund the money back. Now the question is would I go back there again? Yes, probably if I am in the area and wanted a burger that was better than the typical fast food burger but would probably not make a special trip. read more

This is for the Puyallup location. Ordered through Uber eats. Chandler & Karl's delux with two orders of crinkle fries. So the burger was tasty, but where the crispy burger concept comes from, I don't get it. It was a typical cooked patty. The fries is where they got me. One box was full and the other one had less than a dozen fries. I feel like they were waiting on more fries to be done and the box was shut and closed as not only was it a VERY small fries order, but colder than normal. My son was in town and he wanted to try Mr. beast burger so that's what we did he got the Chandler which is just meat and cheese and I got the beast burger and the beast fries everything was tasty; however door dash took 90 minutes to get it to us so you can imagine it was lukewarm at best and the fries were very cold so I can't give it an honest assessment without another try but the burger was warm enough and tasty enough to warrant at least a four with the potential to be a five but I wanted to get this review in because I do think it's worth people trying it. read more

Ok so I decided strictly off pictures to try this burger and I am so glad we did. We did the beast added bacon and kept everything the same. Soo good my son had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It's two tenders and delicious. Fries were good and seasoned. Likely one of the better burgers that I have had since being in WA. Nice and seasoned. No burgermaster if this place is open. This place makes a legit smash burger. Nothing too special but it's definitely on par with the other "premium burger takeout" options in the area. The burgers here are huge, greasy, and full of beef and cheese flavor. I'm saying this in the most positive way lol. If you want this kind of burger then come here. It reminds me very much of 5 Guys style. The fries are also really good. I normally don't like krinkle cut fries as the're usually too soft but these ones were super crispy even after the 20 minute delivery time. If there is a downside I would say that it's the price of having to order delivery. The price of the menu items themselves were very reasonable. We ordered around $30 worth of food and the total for Doordash was close to $50 (I tipped around $10). Not a knock on the restaurant or business model, I knew this in advance so it's not really a complaint. So to recap, if I was in the mood for delivery burgers I'd definitely order from here again; but if I was going to do pickup myself I'd probably opt for 5 guys/Shake Shack/Burger Master. If they had a curbside pickup option that would be great but I'm not sure how feasible that is. read more

Very good burgers! Their fries are great too. Usually crinkle cut fries aren't my favorite, but they do a good job with them. Getting the loaded fries is the way to go. I mean, if you're going to get a burger might as well go all in with the loaded fries. read more
