Never thought I'd eat anything here again, but here I am...once a week in the drive thru line stuffing my face with my bag of shame. Seriously though, it's pretty good and for the price you can't beat it. Likely the best run burger king in this entire area, I also like the one in Bellevue next to whole foods a lot also I have had good experiences there also. Review is based on lunch earlier today, trying the new tacos and the ice cream! Owner franchise what ever, keeps the place stocked (not under staffed at all) with lots of quality people with good customer service and friendly! Service was quick! The New Tacos, are pretty good tasty! Had them with the salsa packets at the front counter available in a cup holder thing etc... Looking forward to next visit! PS. We had JUST started to trust that restaurants understood COVID-19 and had JUST started to go through some drive-throughs. However, last night both women at the drive-through had their masks down around their mouth and chin with their noses exposed and they didn't bother to use contactless methods for accepting payment or dispensing change. Because I saw the same thing at Applebees today, I'm highly unlikely to worry about patronizing any restaurants in the future. I'm not exactly sure how they do it, but the employees of this Burger King are amazingly some of the nicest people around. I'm not particularly a big fan of fast food, but when we do decide to go grab something quick we go here. We are always amazed on how friendly these people are! They greet you with a smile, don't complain if you ask for extra sauce, and even tell you thank you when you leave. Not sure who the manager is, but he or she is a great leader! For the job they're doing in hiring great competent employees to say the least. Never thought I'd be writing a yelp review on a fast food but this place deserves 5 stars hands down. I don't usually write reviews unless there is either great or terrible experience. This one is the latter, unfortunately. I would put a negative 5 stars if that's an option. On a Saturday afternoon, I ordered online using mobile Burger King App, picked up at the drive thru window, they told me they don't have my order. After trying to tell them and showing them the order on my phone that I already paid for, they still said the order does not show up on their screen, and asked me to move first as other customers are lining up behind me. So I drove around and tried to settle this from the main door, but it's closed/locked. So I drove back to the drive thru and asked again to pick up my mobile order. The gentleman (looks like the manager on duty at the time) got annoyed and kind of yelled at me saying there is nothing he could do, but I insisted that I already paid so at least give my order or refund my money. He then eventually ordered his employees to make my order, while kept telling me that I blocked other customers behind me, dumped my order in a bag, and literary yelled at me to, quote 'get out of here'. Burger King, I was one of your customers too! I paid for my order but I was treated as if I begged for a free food! Never again would I do business business with Burger King especially at this location! This is a buyer's beware for all potential customers there until Burger King corrects this location manager's attitude on treating customers. read more

I highly doubt it is appropriate to lecture your paying customers about making quicker drive thru choices (because they need to stay in the green). My son with autism takes a bit more time (like 60 seconds longer) to make meaningful decisions and I don't think that is asking for much. Settle down, drive thru operator, and reflect on your customer service objectives. Last 2 times I went have been less less less than satisfactory. This is the second and last time being this shit has happened 2+ times (my bad for trying and hoping for different results). I ordered extra sauce on my 2 breakfast burritos jr. I opened one. Then the other jus to see, I want it on the INSIDE. not half way out. Not all over the wrapper. Not all over the outside of the burrito. When I brought it back counter lady speaks in Spanish to the lady making the food, and by the look on her face in the kitchen she was annoyed I said anything. As if I'm putting her out. Hey if your gonna get a job in this country take pride in what you do or find a new job. The young kids working here couldn't be interested in customer service in the least. Slides my tray across the counter n walks off..... "Did I hear a niner in there" is this my order? Speak up! I love all of the staff at this Burger King location! I work nearby and often come through to get a frozen coke (my guilty pleasure) and everybody here is always so friendly and speedy :-) they all work so hard and I've seen them gracefully handle difficult customers ahead of me in the drive through line. I frequent the Burger King in Issaquah and every time I went there one of the employees would park their car at the closest parking space (Black and white police car) to the front entrance and it would be there for an eight hour shift which did not allow paying customers to park and get in and out as quick. As a chik-fil-a employee I am baffled. I came through the drive through and was greeted by an obviously angry man, who proceeded to lose his temper quickly. He got angry very quickly when I only had a few questions, as I pull forward to pay and receive my food it was a balding older man who seemed to act like a manager. This guy was very unprofessional and the young lady who took my card was very nice and apologetic for his actions and then was interrupted and told to shut up. The manager is even worse. We are paying customers. We don't ask for special treatment. They treated us with no respect and did not even attempt to offer any solution. If I could've given this place zero stars I would have. Normally I'm a big fan of Burger King as a whole but this was a mess of a situation. I stopped by during lunchtime (12:45pm) and we waited in a long line because the lobby was closed due to Covid. I double checked my order on the screen and it looked correct. I paid at the window, took my bags and pulled around to the front parking area so my son and I could eat. As I opened the bags both orders are wrong. So very wrong. We ordered chicken nuggets and an impossible burger and got 2 cheese burgers and fries. Since I'm still sitting in the parking lot I thought I could just call inside and have the situation easily fixed. I could not be more wrong. I called the phone number listed on both the yelp app and on Facebook and it rings several times then goes to a voicemail that is full and clearly did not get answered the 4 or 5 times I called. I couldn't just get back in the long drive through line due to how the traffic was and the lobby was closed. I tried to knock on the lobby door to show them I had an issue, they made eye contact with me and did nothing. So I paid $15 for a bag of food that was not eaten at all. I'm so disappointed. The owner I guess needs to increase revenue because he's told his staff that if a customer orders 2 breakfast sandwiches they will be charged full price even though the board says they are 2 for $4, you now have to ask for the 2 for $4 special. I'm a regular here and the food is consistently excellent (for fast food standards). For example, last time, I ordered two whoppers, large fries and large onion rings. The whopper looked neatly put together, the buns weren't squished, the lettuce was clean and crisp. The fries were cooked just right and not overly salted. The onion rings were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I've come here about at least 10 times over the past year and they've been consistently great. The staff is professional and you can tell they care about the food and the service. One time, they offered free smoothies to everyone there because of the long wait since they were short staffed that night. read more

My first job was at a Burger King. I didn't care for the work much, but as far as fast food went, our food was decent. This BK however, is not the same. I've tried it 2 different times and both times were nothing short of atrocious. I ordered up a whopper meal with chicken fingers. The chicken fingers...ehhh they weren't completely awful, but they were nothing that I'd write home about. The whopper was just terrible though. The meat was rubbery and old, it was lazily put together and then I presume that a 600 pound dude did jumping jacks on it because it was flat and messy. After that, I thought, well, maybe it was just a one time thing and it's not so bad. So, I gave it another try and that time got a chicken sandwich and fries. Again, no. The fries were older than my car and borderline cold, not to mentioned salted to the core. The chicken sandwich was okay, but a bit tough and the whole thing was dry and boring. Should be negative stars. Haven't been to a BK in forever. Downloaded the app just to try it out but drive through service was utter and complete crap. Pulled up and read off our app coupon verbatim to the drive through guy since this was our first app excursion at BK. It was for two bacon cheeseburgers, fries and a drink for $4. The drive through guy gave us a total of $3.29 and assured us everything was "all good!" But we weren't sure after the total he gave us so we asked agin and he said a quick "yeah I got you!" Alrighty...? Are we getting a better deal? So we pull forward. We get to the window, pay for our $3.29 total but are handed a single double cheeseburger sandwich, fries and a drink. WTH? So we ask the window guy what happened. And he looks at us and just walks away. He doesn't say anything. Nothing. He WALKS AWAY.... Five minutes later we yell through the window a loud "Hello?" because we have been abandoned and there's a large queue of drive-thru people lining up behind us. And the guy who says he actually took the drive-thru order comes up and says Yeah, that's what you wanted. No we asked for this, and show him our app and read it off again. He frowns at us and walks away too. We're like WTF? No warning, nothing. For a good two minutes we watch through the drive-thru window other employees snacking on pizza from open Dominos pizza boxes, no gloves, no washing hands as they turn around and pop nuggets and fries into boxes. Not cool. We are peeved. More than peeved. Is this place even sanitary? Just as we're about to drive off and call it a loss and a manager lady finally comes up and asks us if we ordered the double cheeseburger meal and we say no, show her the app, read it off again, to which she offers us another bacon cheeseburger as compensation. Fine. Sure. Whatever. But we're not happy. She yells back in Spanish for another bacon cheeseburger and walks away. Drive thru guy comes back up to the window and doesn't even try to make eye contact or apologize or anything as he starts bagging other orders. The original guy who handed us our order is still snacking (WTF?!) and we didn't even get an apology from the manager. A fourth employee comes back up with our new bacon cheeseburger and as anyone who's seen Fight Club knows, you question the "cleanliness" of the food. Our quick drive-thru pickup turned into a fiasco. The food and sanitary conditions are questionable. Even our hopes of getting a better response from the BK manager were let down. DO NOT COME HERE.
