Be careful, ordered tacos ($2) and Jr burger ($3+/-) used my VISA, they added a tip and my VISA was charged $16.96

First, the most important observation: Katheryn R. was probably the most patient and understanding fast-food server I've ever encountered in my (many years of) life. I was completely confused by the choices at the drive-thru menu. In 2025, I bought a burger here once or twice...usually from the kids' menu. Then a few days ago, I heard someone on YT talking about a Jibbie that comes with a Munchie meal. I thought I could get one by ordering from the $4 Munchie menu. Bwahahaha...nope. I even asked what the Jr. Chicken Munchie meal came with and Katheryn and I confused each other. But when she started adding up the sandwich, drink, curly fries and tacos, and the price came to $12, I asked her to please go back to the original order of one Jr. Chicken sandwich and that price was much more reasonable, though the chicken patty, lettuce and dry bun sandwich itself only rates 1 star with me. read more

Tasty, freshly-cooked food at ALL hours of the day. What a awesome thing to have in our city. Service is always efficient and accurate. you can get really good value with their meal deals like 4 burgers, 4 fries, 4 tacos for just $17. I also love their cookie shakes. read more

Our phone carrier was giving us free tiny tacos and by joining the app we were able to get free fries. Ordered on the app and then drove to the restaurant and the food was ready. Being one of the only 24 options on the Eastside, I can always count on this Jack in the Box. They have a incredibly hard working staff, friendly at all hours of the day and night, and I have never gotten an incorrect order from this location. They do very often have a very long drive thru line, at most I have waited near 15 minutes from start to finish. You can also opt to go inside the location to order which can be a bit quicker. Consistent, friendly, and the food has always been fresh to order (hopefully I didn't just jinx myself for stale fries next time!) read more

I love jack in the box but this location is SO inconsistent. Every time I go my food is different, the ingredients are different, and sometimes its so sloppily put together its like the cook was in a bad mood when they made it. My husband went a few weeks ago and asked for extra sriracha and the cook drowned his burrito in cheese-- seriously? I got my sausage burrito today and it had no hashbrowns in it, last time it had no sausage, and the time before that it had no sriracha sauce in it. I completely understand running out of ingredients but I would rather be told you're out of something and to not expect it rather than send something sub-par out the window-- it comes a crossed to customers that you dont care. I have gotten a huge impression from jack in the box lately that they dont care which is a huge shame, because I grew up with their breakfast and I myself have even worked for the company with top notch service and food quality and this is not nearly the level it should be. Do better, Jack Issaquah! read more

Give me a break! I had to wait 15 min at the store to get my food. What was in my order you may ask- 1 large French fries and 7 piece of poppers. How many orders ahead of me you may ask- 2 Was the drive through jammed up - No Fast food eh? read more

It's just ok. The drive through speed is hit or miss. The app is pretty worthless. I just got fries once when no one was in the drive through and it was my longest wait. Maybe they were out? It's amazing to me how much money a franchise owner has to have in the bank in order to own a fast food restaurant for the little bit that they make in profit. I can only imagine that owning one is for a write off for their real business? If you already have millions, why would you own one for $60k a year? That makes no sense. Do you know how much someone would have to make to have accumlated millions in the bank? read more

Be careful if you use your credit or debit cards at this establishment. I took a little too long trying to order in the drive-through line, and the cashier lady seemed less than enthusiastic about this after I pulled up to pay. A few hours after using my credit card here, I received notice from my bank that there were some fraudulent charges on my bank account. A couple of weeks later, after canceling my card and refunding the fraudulent charges, I received a phone call from some grifter pretending to be my bank, asking me to log into my bank account so he could "help" me reverse more "fraudulent charges" (from my canceled credit card, mind you). He went so far as to send me an "official" text message from my bank and called me over and over again until I blocked his number. The real cherry on top was this person's smoke detector kept beeping in the background, while he was quietly trying to con me into giving him my personal info. LOL. Scammers gonna scam, but not today, my dude. read more

This Jack in the Box is pretty great. We stop here on the way home after drinking late at night and the people are so friendly. I think one man is the manager and he's really spectacular. I'm surprised even with putting up with drunk people they're still so courteous. Food is typical jack in box. Better than McDonalds. read more

Jack in the Box - Fast Food Near Me - Issaquah, Washington

Jack in the Crack is the bad boy that you like that you hangout with occasionally and don't bring home to meet your parents. You know he's not good for you, but he tastes so good. This Jack is the same. Tempting, delicious, fattening, but a bit on the slower side. I was there on a weeknight after work and with no one else in the drive thru besides me, it still took 8 minutes to get a burger and fries. That said, I know everything is cooked to order here unlike other fast food places so I forgave him. The food was hot, fresh and good. The cashier was also the manager and seemed a little entertained by me singing with my CD. Location wise, getting in and out is odd. You make the light and suddenly you're in their drive thru or you have to turn quickly to get into the mini strip mall. Food: 3.5 Service: 3 read more

First drive through employee seemed bored and not very into job. Then we realized both burgers were made incorrectly. We went back through the drive through and asked second employee for a refund having decided we did not want items remade. After first and second employee conferred, in Spanish, he tried to say the food matched the ticket, so it was correct. We explained that that neither the ticket nor the food matched what was ordered. (Mods were simple, nothing complex). The guy agreed to a refund but said he to charge us for the fries we ate and wanted our untouched drink back. Overall, terrible customer service as neither employee seemed to actually care. read more

Normally I don't have a problem with Jack-in-the-Box. But I put in a large order at 9:30 at night and they didn't give me a receipt Which I did not discover till I got home. With a $50 order and no receipt I found out that the order was incorrect once we got home. I called the store right away but nobody answered. I left a message. Several days went by and nobody called back. Call the store again today and left another message. I called a different store today and they said just to go by the Jack-in-the-Box in Issaquah and they would make the order right. When I showed Up at the Jack-in-the-Box there was one new confused girl trying to run the whole place and no manager. She said the reason they don't get my calls is that they keep the office locked and there's no manager during the day. I asked her to call her manager to resolve this and she did. However the manager said it was our fault for them not giving us a receipt and he was unable to make the order correct or give me a refund because corporate wouldn't let them. Highly suspicious for a $50 cash order. I tried to go onto the Jack-in-the-Box website but there is no phone number to call and their contact page is broken and you can't even leave a message. I tried to contact them on Facebook and Twitter also but haven't heard back. Hi there, I had a problem with a large order at the Jack-in-the-Box in Issaquah Washington. I used the drive-through at 9:30 PM. I paid cash and was NOT given a receipt. Once I arrived home I realized the order was wrong and I called the store but no one answered. I left a message but no one called back. Several days went by and I called again but still no answer. I left another message. I called a different store in the area and they told me just to return to the store in Issaquah and they would correct the order. I arrived at the store today approximately 6 PM. They were short staffed and no manager on site. The girl at the drive-through was obviously new and confused but at my request she called her manager. but he said if they didn't give me a receipt, That the corporate office would not allow them to correct the order. (seriously?) I have shopped at the store several times and I have an even been a secret shopper for these stores. I find it highly suspicious that they would be unwilling to correct a problem on a large CASH order. Who can I contact to get this resolved? I would like either a replacement of the meals or a refund of the money. I have recordings of the voicemails that I left if that would be helpful and I'm happy to get signed affidavits if necessary.
