Took an extremely long time in the drive through (25+ min) for three cars. I wouldn't qualify it as fast food. Also got our order wrong twice. Food isn't bad if you're willing to stand your ground on your order and then wait an absurd amount of time for it. Do not recommend. read more

This review isn't about the food. I ordered online got my e-mail confirmation. Online said it would be 30 minutes. Arrived a little early (luckily), and saw no one at the drive-thru so pulled up. Saw someone in the window, but nobody came over the speaker. After a few minutes of talking to the menu board, I pulled forward to the window. The employee apologized and said he as on the phone. Okay, I get it, hiring squeeze going on everywhere. Told him I was there to pick up my order, but he had no clue who I was. I looked at my phone and had another e-mail saying there was a problem with my order that "FYI: It's been more than 5 minutes and BUMPER 2 BURGER has not yet approved your order. Please call them about your order status." Needless to say, I didn't see that e-mail as I was not expecting another e-mail from them. He apologized again and said that the system usually doesn't ask for approval, but he pulled up my order and said he'd bring out my shakes and then my food when it was ready. Reading previous reviews, I knew it would be a 10-15 minutes before the food was done, so I asked to hold off on the shakes until the food came out. He asked me to pull up around to a parking slot to wait. 5 minutes later, my shakes came out early. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes before the food came out. So I arrived home with a couple of liquid shakes instead of frozen. As for the food. Got a Bumper Burger and liked that I could choose multiple toppings. Chose comedized onions and jalapenos. It was gooooood. The bun actually held up to all the messy toppings (unlike the bun at 5 guys which is pretty much gone after a couple of bites). Fries were good too. LOTS of fries, as we shared a large and it was more than enough for two. As someone else mentioned, I like that the burger box can open up to a plate and the top can hold some fries. I will be back, but now know that I need to keep an eye on my e-mail to make sure the order was accepted, not that it was just paid for. What's the old saying? Trust, but verify. read more

It took an hour to get a hamburger meal and a shake. But when they gave us the order after the hour wait they forgot my boyfriends chicken sandwich. they failed to ever put it on the order. they then made him pay for the chicken sandwich instead of compensating him for their mistake. Very pricey for what you get. I read the reviews of other locations stating they got tons of fries which would justify the $5 cost of a large order. We got 2 large orders at $10 that were about the size of a McDonald's small and no extra as other reviews state. The food is good, but be prepared for a long wait and to be fleeced at the register. After driving by this place time after time we decided to finally stop in and try it out, and we were very happy that we did! We were greeted at the register with smiles and when we told the cashier that it was our first time the manager/owner overheard and went out of his way to ensure that we had a great experience. I told him I was thinking about the spicy bumper burger and he asked if I wanted to try it his way, and I'm glad I did. The burger was fantastic, soft bun, great tasting freshly ground beef, spicy bumper sauce, grilled jalapeños, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, cheese and to top it all off gyro meat. It was amazing! Then he asked what kind of fries, seasoned or salted and my wife asked what the seasoned fries were and he brought us a hot sample. My son got the grilled cheese and it was so big that he only finished half, so I got to try and it also tasted great. No matter what size fry you get they'll fill the bag, and the seasoned fries were amazing as well! We took home a cheesesteak to try for dinner and that may have been the best thing there! Overall great location, clean, nice setting, and very very friendly/helpful staff. We can't wait to get back here again! read more

Meat is fresh, chicken is juicy. Hand trimmed you can tell the chef here takes pride in his work. Yes the service is a little slow but that is because they make everything fresh! Also the manager is easy on the eyes! read more

I know some people will be angry at the wait time, but this isn't McDonalds. This isn't even 5 Guys. This place will give you amazing food, and sometimes amazing things are worth waiting for. The food is awesome, the patties are made to order, and they load you up with more fries than you know what to do with. This is well worth the money. read more

I happened to pass by this place on my way to work and wanted to see what their menu was. First off, lots of their menu is literally taped off which is super tacky and disappointing to pull up to for a brand new establishment. I decided to just try their vanilla milkshake to see if they could get that right and it had to be the most disappointing shake of my life. The whip cream had terrible flavor and they really didn't mix the shake at all it had chunks throughout it all... I would say if you do brave this place just don't get a shake it's not worth the price or the wait. I tired to give this place another shot a different night wanting a burger but there was a car blocking the drive through even though it said the restaurant was open online. read more

I ordered the beyond burger with no pickles, and my sister ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. I always verify with the person taking my order at any restaurant to make sure they heard my order correctly. After placing my order, there were two cars ahead of me. My sister and I waited OVER 30 minutes to receive our order. After waiting over 30 minutes, they brought our order to my car. I asked them to please wait while I check my order to make sure it's correct. They gave one beef burger and my beyond burger with pickles (we do not eat beef). I know I could have easily picked off the pickles, but I seriously can't stomach the taste of them. Even if you pick them off, you can still taste them. I told them that they made both sandwiches incorrectly. They took the sandwiches back and said they would remake them. Awhile later, they brought the SAME two sandwiches back out to us. At this point, I started to get mad and impatient. The manager came outside, and I told him that this is the SECOND time our order was made incorrectly and that they just gave us back the same sandwiches. He took the sandwiches back, and brought them back for the THIRD time. This time, he made my sisters crispy chicken sandwich correct. He gave me the same beyond burger with pickles. The cars in front of us still hadn't gotten their orders as well, so I couldn't move out of the line. My sister went inside to talk to the manager directly. The manager snatched the sandwich out of my sisters hand and shoved the receipt in my her face and accused us of ordering the food incorrectly. He said word for word, "Do not come into my restaurant saying I made the sandwich wrong." My sister asked for his name, and he refused to give it to her. My sister asked other employees for his name, and they started laughing and refused to give his name as well. He constantly refused to give his name and said he would call the cops on us. He was using profanity, threatening my sister, and being verbally aggressive. He ended up giving a refund for my sandwich only. After that, we drove off. Keep in mind, we were not the only ones having issues with our order. The customers in front of us were frustrated as well. I will NEVER come back here again. I am truly disgusted by the way we were treated and how horrible human beings can be. read more
