Every so often I find myself craving Arby's. Oddly enough it's not their classic beef and cheddar's or the other menu items they're known for that I like. Nope... it's their garden fresh sandwiches! Love them. In college I had a horrible habit of eating Arby's like 2-3 times a week (as my hungover cure). Lord knows how I stayed as skinny as I was! Now I know better, and fast food is more of a once and a while treat for myself, but when I'm in the mood I'm headed to Arby's and ordering the exact same thing every time: Turkey & Swiss garden fresh sandwich with a medium curly fry, Arby's sauce, and a Pepsi. It's delicious! Admittedly, the sandwich is huge but I always finish it all. It's packed with turkey, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and I believe a mustard sauce. The bread is whole grain and they cut the sandwich perfectly in half. I truly don't know what it is about it that I love so much, but this sandwich is just really good! I'm a big fan of Arby's curly fries as well, and dipping them in Arby's sauce is my favorite. I don't drink pop a lot, but when I do Pepsi is my go-to choice so I appreciate that they carry Pepsi products. I can't say I've ever actually been inside this Arby's restaurant, but the drive thru is always a win. The line moves fast and they never forget anything in my order. read more

This Arby's is on Route 59 in Naperville. Normally I love Arby's. They have 2 sandwiches for $6. I always get the 4 potato cakes cause I absolutely love them. The only problem is they precooked the potato cakes and they were terrible. You know how fried food gets when it's sitting out for awhile. I don't know why I accepted them except I was starving (never again). There is no substitute for hot potato cakes directly out of the fryer. I'm not the biggest fast food fan but if I ever drive next to an Arby's I might consider stopping by. The curly fries are literally probably the only thing that is worth getting here. It seems like the food gets greasier in greasier every time I come to Arby's. I guess with fast food you get what you pay for. The drive-through lane is a little hectic and took a little long to get our food. But given that is right that is right off of a major intersection it was easy to get in and out. The Arby's sauce is also something you should get with any order. You can dip your fries your sandwich or your chicken nuggets into the sauce and make it taste even better. Make sure you grab some napkins because your fingers will definitely be greasy and dirty after every meal. read more

I got a roast beef sandwich meal with fries and a drink. The roast beef was chopped up and there was barely any on the sandwich. The drink honestly tasted like piss - I don't know what they put in there. It was supposed to be tea and lemonade. I saw a random guy walk in the back door that was propped open with a hanger. I'm still pissed at this place. I visited the restaurant on the way home from a long drive. It was pretty late at night. I just wanted some tasty roast beef from here. I ordered a half pounder, and when I got home and started eating it, it was grey. Not merely grey, but microwaved grey. You can tell when it's been microwaved. I've taken regulars to work before and microwaved them, and it's not great. I'm still pissed, even though it was a few years ago. Microwaving the food is not merely a mistake in cooking. Today was supposed to be an "eat my lunch at work" day. I popped my bagel in the toaster oven. And then I forgot about it. I reluctantly grabbed my purse and headed for the door. Where to? It was just past noon and I wanted a replacement bagel. Panera's parking lot would surely be a madhouse. Defeated, I decided to grab some food at whatever was closest to the office, which meant Portillo's. But their drive-thru line that time of day is about as long as a line giving out free Justin Bieber tickets. Arby's? Okay, well, I haven't been in awhile. And when they closed the one off of Route 59 and 111th Street, I was one of those people who complain about the closing of a place I don't dine. I hate those people. So I went to Arby's, that way I can complain when they close. Because at least I'd have eaten there recently. They've been closing a lot of locations, so I doubt this one will be open much longer. There is too much competition in the area. I ordered a beef 'n cheddar with some homestyle fries. The curly fries are seasoned fries that remind me of my high school cafeteria, and my hands stink when I'm done eating them, so I avoid these even though they're probably what Arby's is most known for aside from the beef. Oh yeah, and I got some horsey sauce on the side. I've heard so many remarks throughout the years about how gross this stuff is. No way, it's horseradish sauce and makes everything on the menu taste better. I was starving, so I ate fast and forgot to put the sauce on my sandwich, which was noticeably dry. Why do I have to keep asking, "where's my cheese?" usually I have to be careful about these sandwiches, the cheese and sauce can get a little messy. Sandwich was dry overall. My fries were super hot and fresh though. There is little wait in the drive-thru line any time of day. Sometimes it takes awhile to actually receive your food, but that depends what you order. Is Arby's "good mood food" like the slogan goes? Well, I'm in an OK mood. I've got time to kill on Yelp and want to start a pool on when this location will finally close its doors. read more

We love roast beefs and curly fries, and the occasion Market Fresh turkey sandwich. This particular Arby's is generally top notch. The food is fresh, and the orders complete, down to the horsey sauce. Most of the staff is friendly. I have never actually been inside so can't comment on cleanliness. I have waited in the drive thru line fifteen minutes once, and have gotten cold fries once or twice which prevents me from giving a 5 star review. read more

Update the revirew: today we ordered the same Reuben, no cheese ;( even though their menu listed cheese as one of the ingredients. Don't drive away before you check your food. The corned beef Reuben at this store is so good. We decided to have it for lunch again, but at the Arbys at Ogden Ave. That was such a mistake, we were so regert. I really don't know why this always happens when I order food there but there is a constant of seemingly smashed sandwiches. I never seem to get a roast beef or beef and cheddar that doesn't appear to have been peressed down for some reason. Also you need to work on your new crinkle cut fries. I ordered some on the 10 of June around 7 o'clock and they were over cooked and stale. Based on the two issues and yesterday's smashed beefs and stale fries. They served up some great food today. I think their sandwich's are the best in fast food. They make best curly fries. Until recently haven't had Arby's for several years. Now I want it all the time. This Arby's has knocked it out of the park! during this pandemic. This location has been doing great for quite a few years and they just keep improving. I'm a life long customer and have visited Arby's hundreds of times around the country. Two Arby's restaurants, the one in Naperville and the one on 75th Street in Woodridge, have kept up with their high quality standards and cleanliness for years, but since this pandemic hit, they have both stepped up their game somehow and have become my favorite places to eat when I don't feel like cooking at home! The food has been fantastic, hot, lots of meat and my order is ALWAYS correct! I ordered a double roast beef yesterday at Naperville and when I went to eat it, I could barely hold the sandwich because it had so much meat on it! It was FANTASTIC!! This Arby's location is the best I've been in in a long time. The staff was kind and friendly. Service was fast. The entire store was very clean. Food tasted great. My only complaint is that the background music was turned way too high. My sound meter was registering the music at 55 decables on average where it should have been around 20DB. Today was our second visit to this location. Both times everyone was so nice to us and our food tasted fresh and was hot. We've used the drive-thru both times, so we can't remark on the inside, but, the building on the outside and the parking lot appear well kept and clean. It's just so nice to deal with friendly people that do a good job. We tried the Steakhouse Pork Belly sandwich and we both thought it was one of the best sandwiches we've ever had anywhere! We left off the cheese and bbq sauce, and we thought it was so good that we ended up not putting the bbq sauce we had on the side because it tasted so good.
