We stopped by this new restaurant. I ordered Grilled chicken sandwich with Mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickles. I was disappointed as the chicken was dry and thin but had a hint of seasoning. Flavor was good. Fresh cut fries plain with/no salt! Delicious! Jumbo hot dog spit and grilled with diced tomatoes and onions. Great Beyond burger and fries but the wait is out of control! I understand understaffing but expect a 30 minute wait in the drive through. The cook staff is actually working, the others wander around aimlessly, appearing to not know what they should be doing. Maybe once staffing is sorted, it'll be worth returning... but 30 minute ticket times is something that has not changed in the several weeks between the two times I visited. Food 5/5 Prices 4/5 (a bit high) Service 2/5 Also, this location is across the street from a Portillo's, which is a well-oiled machine when it comes to service. I hope they get it together. It took a little while to get the food but the wait was well worth it! Everything was piping hot and delicious! The burger was incredible. Well seasoned, juicy, awesome bun! Also got the seasoned cheese fries which were hot and fresh, chicken tenders had tasty thick and crunchy breading. Ok ok The food was fine but hooooly cow do these people need help on restaurant management. Saturday night. Was not busy. No line, but two people were angry with the counter for a long wait. One for their forgotten shake, another was waiting to have their credit card refunded because they couldn't wait any longer. We should have ran. No acknowledgement that we were there and confused by the menu. Finally they asked to take our order. I ordered a grilled cheese for my kid. Confirmed it twice. Was charged for and received a chicken sandwich. So maybe grilled cheese isn't available? The pop machine shocked me, spilled water down my arm and then tasted off. The dining room was freezing. Fix that. Table next to us started to get upset and asked where their food was. So I took note, it took us 40 minutes from payment to food. This is a place set up like McDonald's. With a drive thru how can it take 40 minutes to make three sandwiches? Do they prioritize drive thru? Doesn't seem like it from other reviews. I really don't care if the food is made fresh, don't pose to be fast food if you're not. So grateful my kid wasn't hangry. The family that parked next to us got a full sit down meal at the restaurant next door in the same amount of time we got an ok burger and the wrong sandwich for our kid. How do I know? I don't know what all these negative reviews are about, but my husband and I had a great experience at this location. This is not "fast food" like McDonalds. Think of it more like using the drive-thru at Steak 'n Shake. They have a dining room inside, and the food is made fresh. So yes, a bit of a wait. But 100% worth it! Now I'll talk about our experience. There was only one car in front of us in the drive-thru when we pulled up tonight, Friday, January 21, 2022 at 7:15 pm. We placed our order and we were told it will be a 5 min wait for the burger. This was not a problem for us. Again, the food is made fresh to order. Our server at the drive-thru window, Zaid, was extremely professional, friendly, and personable. We made sure to keep our receipt just so we could add his name to this review, because he was so awesome. Our food was great! It's such a treat to be able to order a Beyond Burger from a drive-thru! The seasoned fries and shake were also A+. Give this place a chance! Maybe just don't choose to do so when there's already a line wrapped around the building. I'll get right to it... if you don't mind waiting for quality food, you will not be disappointed. All the reviews so far are accurate in regards to the time it takes and them being understaffed. The way I look at it is that while they are understaffed, they are trying their best to do what they can. As we all know, there have been many times other restaurants don't even open because they don't have the staff. Each time I've been here, I plan my visit with knowing it's going to take 25-45 min to get my food from the time I order it to the time I either eat it there or drive off and take it home. As for the menu, there is quite a bit to pick from but they don't always have the supply so they do make it off with tape. I'm hopeful as we get out of this pandemic and supply chain comes back to normal and people actually get back to work, this place will be rocking! Until that happens, let's be patient and enjoy some good food! read more

They have one of the best burgers in town. They use high quality ingredients and the burgers are fresh and made to order. Restaurant is extremely new and spotless. Fries are delicious as well and crispy. Price is great and the quality is top notch. I'm seeing only seriously negative reviews here, so maybe I've gotten lucky, but this was easily the best "fast food"/drive thru burger I've had, and I've tried it twice now. It was not the fastest service I've seen, but at least it my case, it was no slower than Culver's or something similar where the burgers are made fresh. Burger was well-seasoned and surprisingly juicy for being a smashed patty. Veggies were fresh. Fries looked pale and sad, but were decently crispy despite that and also well-seasoned. Again, I don't know what I did to avoid the ridiculously slow service that other seem to have had, but all I can report on is my own experience. If they really are that slow/understaffed, I hope it gets better because the food is very good. read more
