Plus they sell yummy empanadas which is perfect for breakfast! If coffee is not your thing there are tea drinks and hot chocolate too. On rainy days hot chocolate is free (it rained today). Services is super friendly and accommodating! As this is more of a to ho shop, there are no tables. Outside of the shop there is a bar that you can stand up and drink at. The cold brew is so smooth here. They use some amazing beans. My only gripe was that I wish the large was a little larger because it was so good. Speaking of small sizes, the empanadas are tiny and look more like dumplings. They taste fine but for nearly $5, I would expect more bite for my buck. When I first walked in to bump coffee, I noticed in a case behind the counter they were these items. I thought they were maybe danish or croissants and then I was told no what we sell is empanadas. Bacon, ham, sausage and I remember thinking, I have never thought of having an empanada for breakfast or lunch. So yesterday, my curiosity got the best of me and I went in after my walk and bought some. All the flavors that I wanted had been sold out and are sold out every day before 10 AM. OK, reboot. I talked to the lovely lovely women behind the counter and then I think the manager or the owner came up to me and said we can sell them to you frozen and you can heat them up at home. So we did for appetizers last night. OMG! They were without a doubt the best new appetizer we have ever had, we could only eat between us three maybe two, but they were so full of flavor and cheese and a little egg and the meats. It's in a little mall next to VG so easy to find a lot of parking on the street and their lot, the service is nothing but smiles and how can I help? Cute, little open air coffee shop for grab 'n go coffee and empanadas. They are only open until 2pm so make sure to visit in the mornings. I visited just after lunch and 2 empanada flavors were left: bacon, egg, and cheese and ham & cheese. The staff member at the register said her favorite was ham & cheese and she was right! It was pretty good. The bacon, egg, and cheese flavor was just ok. There is a little bar top (standing only) to enjoy your coffee and treats. Basic and simple coffee shop, more of "grab n go" type of place. No seating at all. There is a small counter top table where you can stay and linger for a bit while sipping your coffee. 4++ small coffee spot located in a strip mall in Cardiff. The place has a neighborhood favorite feel to it with beachy vibes probably emanating from the literal beach two blocks away. With her highly streamlined menu and quick and friendly service, this is a perfect spot to do a grab and go or to quickly enjoy your food here at the island counter where you can stand and soak everything in. I believe most if not all the coffees they do are pour overs and they only serve breakfast empanadas. I think this may be the best cold brew in town. It's so damn smooth. I like that this place has a basic menu. They don't have too many items which means the things that they do have are very good. The staff is very nice. I like that you can kinda just walk in walk out. There's a place to chill while you wait for your coffee which almost always comes within 30 seconds to a minute. And of course, as everyone says, the empanadas are fantastic. The parking situation while there is plenty of it can get a little dicey. The location is amazing first off. You can walk to the beach right after or even just driving along the coast, you'll see the ocean :) Anywho, the coffee was great! I get the cold brew and sweeten it with agave and oat milk. It's the perfect morning pick me up. On top of that, they have these breakfast empanadas called "rollies".
