Ness Gray did a great job today. He was prompt, friendly & knowledable.

David woolen was our tech and was great! He was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. He even made sure that we had all our questions answered before leaving! Glad to have called this company for help! read more

Jose Rojas Rivera took time to answer all my questions.

Tierra Watson did a great job! I'd been procrastinating on getting a pest control company since moving into our house last year... until seeing a huge wolf spider in my kitchen!! I called Bulwark that day. They were able to come out quickly. Tierra was very nice and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and was thorough in spraying inside and out. I've already noticed less wasps around the back deck, so the treatment is working so far. Very happy with the service at this point and will continue to use Bulwark. read more

Ben was awesome and so thorough! He came to my house at 8PM to accommodate our request for service after regular business hours. He got ceiling corners, closets, floor corners, literally everything. He was so friendly and clearly very dedicated to making sure no bugs come in my house!! He even left granules outside to deter any other pests from coming near. Thanks so much! read more

I called on a Monday and on Tuesday 10am Raymond came out to spray our house. He was very knowledgeable about what bug issue I had going on and was very professional. I highly recommend bulwark, as I have used them for over 2 years at my old house and our current house now. read more

Tierra Watson was super courteous and professional. She was right on time, allayed all my concerns and scheduled a follow up immediately.

David Woollen came by for my initial treatment. He was thorough and effectively answered all my questions.

We had some issues with bees and David Woollen came out and helped us. Very pleased.

Tech was courteous, professional, and thorough. Let us know when he arrived, went straight to work, and let us know before he left.

This being my first time using an exterminator, I am very pleased with the ease and comfort Bulwark provided. Ben Sykora was out exterminator, he worked around my busy schedule, explained each service and offered a hand when I was having trouble moving a couch. So far no bugs! read more

Only reason I can't give 5 Stars is the call center. Have set up several appointments (3) in the past year and nobody ever showed up. Never got a call. But if there's a balance due they will call U up to see how everything is. The Techs have all been very friendly and professional especially Jose Rivera whom we have had on 3 appointments. read more

Excellent service from beginning to end! I would highly recommend giving them a call if you want a friendly and helpful customer service experience. Our technician Ben explained to us what he was doing and then worked quickly and efficiently to treat our pest problem. Overall a fantastic experience! read more

I don't want to share my number here. Plz Send me your email address and I will share my number via email,,..................

The folks at Bulwark are the best. Very responsive to special requests. We were headed out of town; but found ants in the kitchen. We scheduled an in home visit for when we returned; but they showed up while we were still out of town. Alex treated the outside; and when we got home, there were no more ants in the kitchen. 2 weeks later and still no issues. read more

We've used Bulwark Exterminating on 4 different homes since 2005 and have always been highly impressed with their service, and in particular their people. Every technician is courteous, professional and always goes and beyond to please. They also come back if you see a bug in between services, you just have to call - super easy! We just had another application and a new tech, Eric Nelgenfird, did our service. He was very courteous, called in advance for the service and again to say he was running a bit behind and then went over and above to treat our yard and interior areas and explained exactly what was affected and how long to keep our dog and children away from these areas. Bulwark's rates are very fair and their service is exceptional. I would highly recommend (and have) to anyone considering a pest control service in the Charlotte, NC area. read more

I've used Bulwark Exterminating for over two years. I called Monday to schedule an appointment for Thursday. David Thomas arrived promptly and fully prepared to complete the service. David is genuinely personable, highly competent and the consummate professional. Despite it being very late in his day, David took the time to ask about my pest problems and service history. He then outlined his treatment strategy, the specific treatments he would be applying and his rationale for so doing. David was VERY thorough in both his explanations and applications. He garnered my confidence and trust from the get-go, something not often easily done. He truly enhanced my understanding of extermination approaches and procedures and providied sound tips for minimizing and averting future pest intrusions. David is a true asset to Bulwark and to me as their customer. I sincerely wish all of my consumer experiences were as well performed and received as his. Thank you, David, for a job exceptionally well-done. And thank you, Bulwark, for being there for me and for sending the right person for the job. He's the best yet! I wish to retain David as my sole Bulwark exterminator and look forward to his future visits. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

I scheduled an appointment to have someone from Bulwark Exterminating come out and provide some service. I was originally given a time frame window of 10 AM until 1 PM but requested that someone come out at 10 AM as I was going out later that day. The scheduler said they would try their best to accomodate my request but couldn't give me any guarantees. Technician Mark Jarvis came out promptly at 10 AM and provided excellent service inside and outside my home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. My only wish is that Bulwark would be able to schedule an exact time to come out rather than a time window. Other providers in the past have always been able to give me a time, why can't Bulwark? read more

Jose Rojas-Rivera just did our treatment and did a fantastic job. Very detailed and killed a lot of spiders.

Marcello was great, he explained everything to me and I look forward to his help again. He went step by step and let me know how bugs work, as much as I was grossed out he helped me out! Class act he is! read more

Since David Woollen has been at my residence, we haven't seen a living bug since! Happy wife, happy life.

I had a great experience today during our first treatment. Mike was very informative, thorough, and professional. Another plus was that he was here when he said he would be. Too many times with other services, they show up late or re-schedule which is not professional at all. Thanks again Bulwark Exterminating and Mike! read more

Excellent experience. Robert Haynes came out last night for our initial treatment. He was friendly, caring and professional. He explained every step in the process, and completely answered all of my questions. read more

Carl was timely and personable. He was also courteous to take his shoes off when entering my house.

Had to jump on here and write a review not just for Bulwark, but specifically for your service pro Edward Brett. I have been in tears over a bug situation and he came in and treated my home so thoroughly and truly went above and beyond. He was also so so nice and made me feel tons better. Thank you for having people that truly care about the customer on your team!! read more

I wanted to give zero stars but it wouldn't allowed me. My husband signed a one year agreement with this company when a salesman came to our door soliciting work. He verbally promised that we would not have any insects in and around our home. He comes out with his little spray can and is finished in less than 15 minutes. Whatever he sprays does no good at all. Nothing is put into the ground around our house as other exterminators have done. We still see bugs, ants and spiders in our home and ant hills all over the yard. We tried to cancel service and a man called my husband and said they never promised to get rid of all insects. He said it takes time. Well he promised to send someone out again to respray. They were supposed to call first. Today a man shows up at our door unnoticed. It is pouring rain. He spent 5 minutes in our back yard spraying ant hills in the rain which will be simply be washed away. This is a joke and I can go to Lowes and buy something that does a more thorough job that's this. We are stuck in a one year contract that is basically throwing money out the door. We will honor the contract but it will be cancelled as soon as the year is up! Not Happy read more

The exterminator Jose Rivera it is the best tech I ever seen! he does his job very professional he throughly spend about 30 minutes working very hard in this whether taking care every inches of my yard thanks so much for sending him every time read more

Warning, get your rate in writing. When I called for service I mentioned that I was going to use the yelp discount $35, and intended to go online and purchase via yelp. Initially the rep told me that this was for new customers only. (We used this company in another state in the past, and another address in NC a year ago.) After a brief hold, the rep came back and said that they would honor the yelp rate, because I was establishing service at a new address. The representative also told me it was not necessary to go thru yelp, that she could honor the $35 yelp rate. Guess what? After service I got the bill for the full amount, no discount. I wrote immediately explaining the situation, they did not honor the yelp rate so.....if you don't purchase via yelp.....make sure they send the rate to you in writing before they provide service. In addition, if you have a crawl space it will not be treated in your regular servicing. For these reasons, I have opted to use a different provider and canceled service with this group. read more

Bulwark is an exceptional company. They respond quickly, professionally and are easy to communicate with. Our technician, Marcello, explained everything about the chemicals and procedure, as well as what to expect and how to follow up. He did a wonderful job, and we are pest free. I would highly recommend this company and Marcello! read more

Had to have a follow up from the first treatment and Ben was great! He was on time, friendly, and thorough.

First visit went very well. Signed up to have service every other month. When I called to schedule my second service I was notified that it was already scheduled (two days from when I called). I told the receptionist that I was never notified of that appt. I scheduled a new date for that second treatment between the hours of 9-11am. The day of treatment nobody was there by 11 so I called the office. They said they had it scheduled for between 12-3pm. I told them that they were supposed to be there by 11 and I was not planning to be home that afternoon and asked if they could call me an hour in advance so that I could make sure I was home. I was told it would be closer to 3 pm and that they would call. As I was leaving my home just before 1 pm, the service guy shows up at my front door and has no idea that he was supposed to call. At least he caught me at home! I paid for that service with a check directly to the service man. A couple of weeks later I receive a bill for that second service. I eventually call the company to make sure that it is a mistake and that my balance truly is zero. They tell me that it is not a mistake and I didn't pay for the second treatment. I state again that I paid with a check on that day and should have a balance of zero. I am told by the receptionist that she would look into it and would call me back that afternoon. Never got a call back. Four days later (on a Friday) I call again. I am told that the one and only person that could answer that question was not in the office that week and that person would absolutely call me and resolve this issue on Monday by noon. Monday came, Tuesday, it is now Wednesday... no call. The customer service, follow through, and attention to detail is seriously lacking at this company. read more
