Your last Aptive treatment was June 2025. We highly recommend scheduling your tailored service today. Rejoin and get a $150 Visa gift card¹ plus $49 "Welcome Back" pricing on your initial treatment." After responding they sent a guy to my house, asked me to sign on the monthly plan of 49$. However, since the first service there hasn't been any follow up visit, I also didn't get any bill or credit card payments even though I gave them my credit card info for monthly deduction. Today I got a letter from ARM, a debt collector, telling me my account with Aptive is delinquent. Aptive claim that I owed them $245 which I guess is 5 months (49x5) monthly payment. However, they sent no one and did nothing in the last 5 months!!! Besides, they never called me if they ran into any issue with credit card payments, which never happened! I thought the deal was automatically cancelled since there had been no service since the first visit. The promised $150 gift card also has never been realized . I will call them first thing in the morning To protest This fraudulent practice. I hope all who read this are pre-warned. Do not fall into this trap!
