Instead, the technician arrived with an iPad, immediately asked me to sign a contract and pay before performing any inspection, and seemed unaware that an inspection had been scheduled. After calling the office, she told me she would go to another appointment and return. She never came back. When I later contacted the company, I was told the technician had reported that I had declined service, which was simply not true. I was ready to move forward with treatment after the inspection, but the miscommunication and lack of follow-through left me very disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Sage Pest Control based on this experience.

I literally had 20 huge ants fly in my door when I opened it so when I called I was informed that it was $60 a month and a $199 early cancellation fee!! They are a rip off beware of this company now I remember why I don't trust door to door salesman
