I have been a customer of Economy Exterminators since 2019. During the Covid Pandemic, I had to suspend my service for a few months as I did not want anyone coming inside our home because of the virus outbreak. When I started getting pest service re-instated, I was as please as I had been prior to Covid. The customer service from Economy is very professional; all the way from my initial contact when I first called the office, to the kindness and care that the technicians display when they come to treat our home. I was most impressed with the way they go under the house, throughout the house, in the attic, and ant problems in the yard. Yesterday, Troy Sharp even set a mouse trap for me in the garage as I had been seeing mice. He is a really knowledgeable and nice guy. One time when I had these really huge creepy spiders, Vicky sent me her cell number so I could send her pictures of the spider in order for the tech to know exactly what they needed to treat; most people wouldn't care that much. I love Economy Exterminators! I just moved into a rental home that is older and hasn't been consistently maintained. The first person came to do my inspection exactly at the time I booked for. He was prompt, kind, respectful, and did not belittle me or frown at my dumb questions. He was thorough and walked me through the whole process from initial service, to maintaining, and payment. While slightly higher price than I was expecting, I feel it has been worth it and I see results with the pests (or lack there of!) At my first service, 2 very nice men came and were very thorough and friendly. They set traps and bait in the right places, and made sure to ask lots of questions about what exactly was needed. I especially like the text feature when the person is on the way to my house and the accuracy of their timing! I will continue to use Economy Exterminators during my time in Charlotte! 10/10 so far! read more

I had a bad issues with roaches this year. In my kitchen & bathroom. I had a couple different companies come look & give quotes. I felt good about this one; they really seemed to know their stuff & were not the most expensive. I'm in the middle of my initial 2 treatments & am feeling good about the outcome. There are still a few showing up but I know that's why there are 2 to begin with. When I mentioned that I'm having overnight guests before #2, someone came out to put some extra "food" around which was awesome. When they were in my crawlspace for treatment they found the humidity level to be higher than ideal & offered to send someone to do a thorough inspection under there, free of charge. Also there was an issue with my credit card and Cindy was very nice helping me take care of my payment. Everyone that I've met from the company had been very helpful & friendly. read more

It was on a Sunday when I remembered that it was time for my home's extermination treatment on Monday. I didn't want to reschedule but I needed to call Economy to let them know that I wouldn't be home until after 12 noon. I was very pleased when I was able to call & speak to a virtual assistant who was able to take my requests & get it to the David (the technician ) before he arrived. David notified me to let me know when he was arriving & he showed up exactly when he said he would & it was raining. He explained everything to me & answered all questions. I had forgotten to mention a concern while talking with the customer service representative but after telling David about it, he took care of it and explained exactly what treatment was needed. The associate Ward came to our house to preform a service. Unfortunately the text message went to my husband's spam folder ( stupid phone ) so he was unable to spray the backyard because it was locked. That is no one's fault and I am going to call the office to reschedule . But back to Ward he was really kind and I apologized to him for the fact we didn't get the text. Ward was very understanding and even serviced the front yard for us! I will definitely recommend Economy Pest Control and recommend Ward. When we called Economy, Michael came out to access our situation and gather info to give pricing and procedure. He was very nice and informative. We chose Economy, and hoped we wouldn't be disappointed. Our serviceman David came out and explained everything thoroughly, before and after the service. He answered every one of our questions and was very kind. David just happened to be the technician that was sent out for our follow up appt and was right on time, genuinely interested in the success of our issue, and was once again knowledgeable, informative and Kind. I am so impressed with the thoroughness of economy exterminators. Even though we had an issue with our patio being covered in ants, I have put off calling an exterminator because I watch the competitors arrive at neighbors homes, get out of the truck, walk around on their cell phone and spray for about 20 seconds and drive off. Our problem became too big to ignore so I rolled the dice and chose economy exterminators. They arrived right on time, took their time treating the affected area and then some. Jaime was out to do the outside pest control. He did a great job of knocking down the cob & spider webs as well as cleaning out any beginning of any wasp nests. He made sure that all of the mouse bait stations were filled. We live with lots of woods around our house, so mice can be troublesome. Jaime is extremely professional, thorough, & friendly.
