I have noticed a huge, huge difference. On nights that I would typically be bitten at least 20 times, I am maybe bitten once. Instead, the technician arrived with an iPad, immediately asked me to sign a contract and pay before performing any inspection, and seemed unaware that an inspection had been scheduled. After calling the office, she told me she would go to another appointment and return. She never came back. When I later contacted the company, I was told the technician had reported that I had declined service, which was simply not true. I was ready to move forward with treatment after the inspection, but the miscommunication and lack of follow-through left me very disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Sage Pest Control based on this experience.

We were told by their field technician that he could not check our bait stations because he forgot a tool to open them. We still paid our bill after no termite inspection next quarter we were told that the stations were old and needed to be replace because they were broken by previous technicians opening them with a screwdriver and broke them. Still paid our bill with no inspection again. The technician then told us to call and schedule a replacement that not to worry it's all in the cost. So, we call and schedule the replacement only to have someone call later to inform us that we need to pay $270 for new stations that were broken by the previous technician. I tried to explain to the women on the call and all she would say is she is just the messenger. So no inspection for 6 months on termites and now they have the nerve to ask for addtional payment. i never missed a payment for 15 years! I have completely lost trust with this company and would warn anyone to stay far away.
