Technician Alex came yesterday for a renewal of our termite control contract and that of my…read moredaughter's home which included inspection and application around home. He was diligent, respectful and hardworking. He had to dig trenches before applying termite treatment. It was very laborious. He was very thorough and careful. He took care of some issues which concerned us and listened carefully to us while he completed his work. We have found all of the technicians from Noosa over the years very competent and Alex did not disappoint. It has been a pleasure working with Noosa over the past 5 years and we will no doubt continue to enjoy that relationship over the next few years. When we've had concerns, they responded accordingly. We once had what appeared to be wings around the house. They came, took a sample and had it tested. It turned out to be organic matter dropped from a nearby tree. We were surprised that they did this and didn't charge for it. They service our crawlspace and Alex took readings to assure us that our dehumidifier was fully operational. According to his careful inspection, it was working excellently. We want to thank Alex and Noosa for their most reliable service.

Had bats in the attic. Called Killingworth and they sent Cory out. He checked the house over and…read morepointed out several places they could get in besides where they were going in and out. Sadly, at that point it was "baby bat season" and we had to wait about five weeks. On the second day it was legal Cory was out, sealed up the other places and installed the one-way door. Early the next morning we stood in the yard and watched the bats try to get back in the attic. THEY DIDN'T. Cory is awesome to work with. He explained what was going on, steps we needed to take, and then delivered. It was not cheap, but compared to the other estimates we got the price was right in line and the service was over-and-above. Thank you Cory and Killingsworth.

This is an attention-getter for Killingsworth. Your back office arrangement with AX is simply…read morehorrible. Your termite protection and services have been great, worthy of five stars. It seems that AX sends out invoices to everyone, even customers, like us, that are on auto-pay. Further, why are customers having to work with a back-office that is supposed to be invisible to customers? When we are alerted that a check is to me made of our senticons, asking us to have someone there, we comply. We then get the technician who announces his presence, does the check and checks out with us. Within two weeks, AX contacts us that a service rep will be visiting and we need to have someone there. I called, they insist that there was no service conducted two weeks ago. If a tech came it was a waste of your business time. If Killingsworth is the right hand, then your AX support is the left hand and they seem to operate on their own schedule, rather than supporting their customer: Killingsworth. You can do better, especially when you were doing it yourselves. Our 14-year customer relationship is with Killingsworth, not AX. Back-office, third party support should be invisible to customers. You are paying good money for them to do the support, freeing your skilled employees of admin tasks. AX is annoying to say the least.
