It's a scam…read more They sent this email to me in April: "Spring is a vital time for targeted treatments--to help stop the establishment of outdoor populations and intercept pests before indoor breeding can begin. Your last Aptive treatment was June 2025. We highly recommend scheduling your tailored service today. Rejoin and get a $150 Visa gift card¹ plus $49 "Welcome Back" pricing on your initial treatment." After responding they sent a guy to my house, asked me to sign on the monthly plan of 49$. However, since the first service there hasn't been any follow up visit, I also didn't get any bill or credit card payments even though I gave them my credit card info for monthly deduction. Today I got a letter from ARM, a debt collector, telling me my account with Aptive is delinquent. Aptive claim that I owed them $245 which I guess is 5 months (49x5) monthly payment. However, they sent no one and did nothing in the last 5 months!!! Besides, they never called me if they ran into any issue with credit card payments, which never happened! I thought the deal was automatically cancelled since there had been no service since the first visit. The promised $150 gift card also has never been realized . I will call them first thing in the morning To protest This fraudulent practice. I hope all who read this are pre-warned. Do not fall into this trap!
