Technician Alex came yesterday for a renewal of our termite control contract and that of my daughter's home which included inspection and application around home. He was diligent, respectful and hardworking. He had to dig trenches before applying termite treatment. It was very laborious. He was very thorough and careful. He took care of some issues which concerned us and listened carefully to us while he completed his work. We have found all of the technicians from Noosa over the years very competent and Alex did not disappoint. It has been a pleasure working with Noosa over the past 5 years and we will no doubt continue to enjoy that relationship over the next few years. When we've had concerns, they responded accordingly. We once had what appeared to be wings around the house. They came, took a sample and had it tested. It turned out to be organic matter dropped from a nearby tree. We were surprised that they did this and didn't charge for it. They service our crawlspace and Alex took readings to assure us that our dehumidifier was fully operational. According to his careful inspection, it was working excellently. We want to thank Alex and Noosa for their most reliable service. read more

Great service! Staff is on top of everything. Locally owned and serving predominantly around the Charlotte area, my experiences with Noosa has been nothing but great. I had a bunch of silly questions but they didn't mind it. Both quality and service are top tier! I'm usually sensitive to certain smells and can't tolerate most fumes. Also not a fan of harmful chemicals so I opted for Noosa, whose sprays are catered to be more sustainable. read more

I called to get a quote for services and the lady that answered the phone was so helpful and knowledgeable. Everything she told me was the truth about cost, what was included, the time and date the tech would be here. The tech was on time and texted me when on the way. The tech was wonderful ,Quick and very knowledgeable himself. The cost is cheaper than my past service with another company and the work Noosa Pest does works better. I have no issues now at all. I will be staying with Noosa. read more

Noosa Pest Management has been a godsend to us! Kathy was phenomenal in assisting us with the services we wanted and needed. Gary was awesome. He came and spayed the inside of our house and our yard. He also sprayed the property to keep the mosquitos away. What a difference it has made. No more ants in the kitchen and few if any mosquitos in the front or back yards to annoy us during our outdoor time! We are thrilled to have Kathy and Noosa working with us to keep our home bug free and comfortable! As soon as things return to some semblance of normalcy, we intend on adding on the termite contract and bond to keep our home happy, healthy, and completely bug free! Kudos to everyone at Noosa. We are thrilled to be customers and will refer them to anyone who needs pest control! Most Sincerely and Gratefully, The Jacullo Family read more

My husband does not believe in paying for pest control..it has taken me years to be able to do this. After much review and word of mouth suggestions, I gave Noosa a try. I am so glad I did. I was having ant problems, they came out to spray and after a week and a half and rain the ants were back, Noosa came out 3 different times until the issue was resolved. Noosa will come back with any pest problem that arises. they came out for my quarterly visit and 2 weeks later I noticed more bug activity. they got me an appt. right away. When Josh came out to spray we weren't home so he went ahead and sprayed the outside and crawl space, in doing so he noticed out pump not working under the house...so glad he did so we are able to repair it. He then came in and sprayed the inside of the house!! This local family-owned business goes above and beyond and I highly recommend them! read more

I sold my home last year and was a continuous customer of Noosa for almost 12 years. During my home inspection in preparation for sale the inspector found a bat colony that had taken up residence inn my attic. I knew that they were a protected species if you didn't get them taken care of before a certain time of year during mating season and Noosa was able to help me in a pinch especially since my buyer was lined up. Thank you Noosa for protecting my home all these years and with the final sale of my home! read more

Great customer service and great service techs! Luis was knowledgeable and professional! Top notch company. I am glad I found them.

One of the scariest parts about moving into a new home, is finding you aren't the only tenants. As we're getting settled, we've been "welcomed" by a few pests. Thankfully the previous owners had regular pest control, which kept bugs to a minimum, but now it was time for us to keep that maintenance going. There were two things that distinguished Noosa from other pest control companies: 1) Local and 2) Eco-friendly practices. Yes, I realize that just by virtue of getting rid of bugs, isn't really eco-friendly, but better than some of the other alternatives. After already getting a different company to come over and get the mosquitos, I found out they do the same. After I called, they scheduled within 48 hours. Travis serviced my house and he was professional, friendly, and did a great job! They have a quarterly program and you get a slight discount with that. Also, if you decide to go with them, tell them I sent you...I'll get a $25 referral credit. Win-win. read more

Looking for a pest control company to come spray my house called several most wanted me on a contract an some wanted to call me back with a quote. I just want someone to come spray , finally called Noosa Pest they were no nonsense an would come do what I asked. I kept seeing those palmetto bugs in my kitchen an I am a cleaning freak lol I have 2 dogs so I sweep an mop several times a week an no dishes or food is ever out. Noosa came out he sprayed inside an out an assured me I didn't have a Roach problem. He said they are over populated this summer an they were searching for water. The only ones Ive seen have been dead lol I'll use them again next year. read more

You can not ask for a better and more honest pest management company. I have been using Fred and his team for about 10 years and on multiple properties. The team is always friendly, on time, thorough and knowledgeable! Trust Noosa with all your pest management needs! read more

This is probably the 5th year I've been with Noosa and they have exceeded my expectations. Gary is a great, kind and knowledgeable technician who kindly and addresses all my concerns and goes about and beyond for all the clients he serves. The office is very responsive and I enjoy all the electronic communications. Thank you. read more

I've called these guys out on a few different occasions and I can say that no matter who shows up they are consistently, on time, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and most important to me honest! They were very upfront on what I needed but also, what I didn't need. If you are looking for quality then look no further! read more

Professional and punctual but after giving them $2250 for fixing our fireplaces to prevent bats from coming in, I still have not received a receipt or a contract in writing stating their guarantee... I am somewhat concerned about this, as I have now already asked about this twice. read more

My husband and I needed someone to remove some newly born birds from a vent in the side of our home. With the high temperatures, we were concerned the birds would not survive. Noosa sent Billy Shannon to our home. As a coincidence, As Billy pulled up, a 4-foot black snake came right up my drive into my garage. Without me even asking, (I'm sure my face said it all not to mention my scream) Billy sprang into action and rescued the snake to relocate. He then relocated 6 baby birds from our vent to a bush nearby for momma bird. He did all of this with momma bird flying overhead squawking at him. I cannot thank Billy enough for going over and beyond! I highly recommend Noosa and will use them again if needed. read more

We've been using Noosa since the beginning of this year. They've been good and effective, but today I'm compelled to write a review on multiple sites. While servicing our back yard a flower pot was accidentally damaged. They called immediately to let me know (left me a message) and by the time I called the manager back they had already purchased a new pot and re-potted our plant. Seriously above and beyond what I have come to expect from similar companies. Thank you for being a shining example of what great customer service looks like. read more

I've been a customer of Noosa for a while. They're so easy to work with. I call when I need them, they appear and my need is handled. They email to alert me when it's time for my quarterly service and they show up on time and are very courteous. Well done :-) read more

This three star rating is an average of me evaluating my onsite experience and my dealing with the office. First, my onsite technician is great. I can't recall his name, but he has been in my house many times and is always professional and courteous. He explains everything that is being done and why. It also helps that he is a nice guy and makes the visit just cool to deal with. He explains what the treatment will do and what to look for in case a return visit is needed. Well we have needed some return visits. No at the fault of the pesticide, we have a new construction home, right next to woods, and also more homes being built in the area, so bugs are expected. The issue is with scheduling these visits. On at least 3 occasions I have scheduled these returns visits and confirmed via email with whoever is responsible in the office only for my visit to disappear from their schedule. So I sit at home, and wait for them to show and nobody shows. It is unfortunately that the easy portion of the work as far as I am concerned, maintaining a schedule, is the reason I will likely have to cancel this service and find a new provider. read more

First, they wanted to bill my credit card the day BEFORE they even arrive! Secondly, they called to reschedule my appointment time so they could send a trainee!!!!! Even if he has his supervisor with him, for the money they are charging, I need someone who already knows what they are doing! Then, it was a task getting someone to confirm that my card information was cancelled out. read more

I have had the unique experience of living all over this great country. I have also worked will all kinds of pest control companies. From large corporate owned companies, to small owner run service companies and everything in between. When I was looking for a company in NC to work with that not only covered my pest control needs but also could handle botanical issues ..... I found Noosa. I can not explain in words how amazing they are. From the professionalism they show on the first phone call, to their extremely knowledgeable and caring technicians, they are by far the best pest control company I have ever seen. They are a family run operation and they make you feel like part of the family. I would recommend everybody to call Noosa! read more

Exceptional customer service, timely and trustworthy! It is reassuring to know that a company cares about the health of my family when utilizing treatment options for pests. read more

We've been with Noosa for about 7 months and are happy. We use the once a quarter service and now the mosquito reduction. Sometimes we have spiders or ants outside, even soon after we've been serviced. But that's beauty of the once per quarter contract, they'll come and re-treat as needed between quarterly services. When I've reported something, they're quick to come back out and address it and the service guys are always professional and helpful. So far our experience has been much more pleasant than with the National we used to use. read more

Horrid service and never again... Negative reviews are an odd thing, you only want to leave them when you feel a company has wronged you but when we are shopping we say perhaps it was just that one customer.  This is my experience with Noosa Pest Control, I contacted them cold, to deal with bugs around the house mainly in the living room and foyer. They scheduled and rendered the pest control appointment in around 48 hours. The tech on site was very friendly and pleasant. The $200 service was detailed when scheduled and priced due to the two story house size. In the past 2 months since the service visit, I've had to kill several living, moving bugs. The tech said this would be normal following the service spray. As several weeks had passed, bugs persisted and I contacted Noosa. I was informed that they suggest a "monthly subscription" service in order to deal with normal pest circumstances. How many poor customers have been fleeced by this company? I bet they do suggest a monthly fee, more money when they can't render the service paid for in the first place? "Not much they can do for me other than offer a subscription plan" was the care I was offered. This is after I have yet to have one week where I haven't had to kill a moving bug after my "one time service." Whatever they respond here on Yelp, if they even bother, keep in mind they weren't previously worried and made no attempt to make it right with the customer when they had the chance. 1 star for the record, 0 stars in the real world. read more

Nice customer service...PEST CONTROL DOESN'T LAST! I understand it is organic- and naturally, it will not last as long as the potent stuff. However, our treatment lasted maybe a month and a half. If you need a re-treatment before 3 months is up - that's an extra $75.00. And we didn't even have our condo sprayed in a 'buggy' season - it was right before Fall. Pretty disappointing for the price. read more
