We have found all of the technicians from Noosa over the years very competent and Alex did not disappoint. It has been a pleasure working with Noosa over the past 5 years and we will no doubt continue to enjoy that relationship over the next few years. When we've had concerns, they responded accordingly. We once had what appeared to be wings around the house. They came, took a sample and had it tested. It turned out to be organic matter dropped from a nearby tree. We were surprised that they did this and didn't charge for it. They service our crawlspace and Alex took readings to assure us that our dehumidifier was fully operational.
