So after receiving a call from the company on the final day of contract informing me the issue was much worse than the original inspection stated and it would cost me near another $4,000 to complete, I wrote a letter to the company. I have to say I was impressed that the owner, Rick called me and texted. When he did not hear back from me, he wrote me a letter expressing his disappointment in how everything was handled by his team and offered to complete the contract and the added work at no extra cost to me. It would all be completed for the original contract price. He was also there to supervise the entire project. Here is where he really impressed me. Before leaving we chatted a bit. We got on the subject of other house projects and I mentioned I was looking for a plumber and told him my issue. He asked to look at it and in 5-mins had resolved that issue and probably saved me several hundreds of dollars. There was no mention of a fee, of which I would not have approved, as I was unemployed at the time. SIX months later, I was still unemployed and I received a bill for $125. I spoke to a woman there to let them know I was still without work and surprised by the unauthorized bill. She was less than understanding. Two months later I finally found work and before I could pay them they turned me over for collection despite my situation, my open communication with them and the unauthorized charge. I called to make the payment, which was deducted from my account, and two weeks later the collection agency is still sending me letters. I suppose it will depend on whether or not we need to involve a lawyer and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to determine if we ever use them or not. I certainly hope their work in the field is handled better than their accounting practices. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!!!

Todd was very responsive and able to answer all my questions about his services and associated costs. He came out and did an initial application and was able to educate me on the types of pests that are common to this area and his treatments. They are safe chemicals and non-toxic. He did an inside and outside application initially. I had signed a one year contract with a previous vendor who was simply not doing an adequate job. I was seeing critters inside and outside my house on a regular basis. Todd was able to make some great recommendations and suggestions to prevent potential pest issues. That's what I really liked and what differentiated him as a local vendor. I would rather know how to prevent critters than react after they have become a problem. I really liked that he did not require a contract. I also liked his use of smart phone technology for scheduling and billing which made the process simple and easy. He was diligent, respectful and hardworking. He had to dig trenches before applying termite treatment. It was very laborious. He was very thorough and careful. He took care of some issues which concerned us and listened carefully to us while he completed his work. We have found all of the technicians from Noosa over the years very competent and Alex did not disappoint. It has been a pleasure working with Noosa over the past 5 years and we will no doubt continue to enjoy that relationship over the next few years. When we've had concerns, they responded accordingly. We once had what appeared to be wings around the house. They came, took a sample and had it tested. It turned out to be organic matter dropped from a nearby tree. We were surprised that they did this and didn't charge for it. They service our crawlspace and Alex took readings to assure us that our dehumidifier was fully operational.
