I became a customer 12/21/21. Contract was written by employee of company and also the person. That installed baits. Contract called for 12 baits around property for set amount and annual fee of 20.83 as stated in contract. I agreed and they were placed. A year later 12/22 i am waiting for call to do annual. No call to set appt. I call i am told system was updated excuse's. Appt was set. But it rained badly so appt was set for 1/12/23. Tech came i see him checking not changing. And 15 min he's gone. I look at me email and see bill for 250.00! What! I call and I'm told that is for yearly service??? Well that is not what it states in my contract. You have breached contract. Receptionist tells me she has to call boss. Boss calls and tells me 250. Is for bond. I tell him what it states on my contract. He tells me its wrong! Well who's fault is that!. And if I don't pay they will remove baits from my property. I will pay the agreed amount in the contract. They are not upholding what is in the contract. And now they are threatening to cancel because of their mistake. And also i had three baits along the back and one is missing? Not happy with this company. read more
