I was trying to mow my lawn when one of their "Sales" people interrupts me and then proceeds to want to know who provides my current pest service. Why, to bash them, say they don't do what ClearDefense provides, how do they know? After 20 minutes or more of being in the HOT sun and still not knowing who my current provider was he wanted to know and pretty much wouldn't leave unless I told him. He also claimed to "live" in the area but clearly didn't know anything about the local area...hmmm! Anyone who goes door to door trying to sell you something should throw up red flags. I hired ClearDefense Pest Control about 6 months before I actually moved into my Charlotte home. I saw their great reviews online and was able to establish service with them from Florida and they gave me very detailed information about their pest control process, which is a little different in that they don't come inside the home each visit. They also sent me details for what they did on the initial and first quarterly visit and it was easy to pay through their online customer portal. I moved into the home a few weeks ago and today I was able to meet Randall, the service technician and he was very courteous and detailed with the quarterly service.
