Our entire backyard was being destroyed by an animal. We were referred to Shane and he and his team came out and trapped 5 Racoons over the period of 3 weeks. After trapping two we thought we had the problem solved. A few days went by after trapping the first two and the problem started up again. Shane came back out and honored his warranty. I would definitely hire him again or refer him. read more

Shane came, he saw and he conquered. He came and within a few minutes stated what our issue was. He then educated us on types of what exactly we could be dealing deal with. Once he was done, he stated the solution, went to his truck and handled our problem. He even sealed a hole that our problem had. Thank God for him. Oh...he came out on Mother's Day which was a Sunday. We recommend him and he will be our go to person forever..lol read more

Shane is outstanding. I was referred to him by another pest control company when I needed to have live birds removed from my vents in my home. I texted Shane and he responded within 20 minutes. First of all, I am a huge fan of responsiveness. I hate when you contact a company and are trying to give them YOUR money for a service and they take forever to call you. So, immediately I felt good about Shane. He thoroughly explained how he would resolve the issue - including things I had no idea about. For example, he said that he would remove all nests, spray for mites and clean out the ducts. He explained that all ducts had to be cleared because the birds are territorial and will just move to another location in my home. His price also including sealing up the vents. Shane came out and completed the job the day after I spoke to him. This was awesome because I was worried about having dead birds in my ducts. The day of, he was running a bit late but called me to say that - I really appreciate that he respected my time. He arrived, did the job and then called me once it was complete (I was at work). He again explained what he did and said that he found several nests which he laid in the yard and busted the eggs. He put them there so that I could see what he had done. His price was very reasonable in my opinion and definitely in line with other businesses who do the same thing (I did my research). I highly recommend Shane - I would 100% use him again but I hope that I never have to!! read more

Terrible customer service; late for appts, sometimes doesn't show up at all, part of job had to redone and I was charged an additional $1000 on top of original charge of $1500. My husband had to remove traps after Shane didn't show up for 2 weeks to check. Don't use! read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Shane Williams is not an honest man! He came out and gave me an estimate while he was still Working for Varmit Gone. I had a squirrel problem and he quoted me a high price, he then told me that he was starting his own company (ALL ABOUT ANIMALS) and that he would be willing to do it cheaper than Varmit Gone. So I trusted him and decided to let him do the job. I paid him $800 upfront and he "apparently " did the job. Three weeks later the Squirells were back and after calling him for several weeks before he answered and said he would come by, but he never showed up. Then one day, he messaged me and denied doing any work on my house and said that All About Animals is up and running and I don't have a contract to prove the work was done. He then threatened to sue me if I were to ever write a bad review, he was very rude in his text messages. I trusted that he had my best interest and that you wanted to help me get the Squirells out.. and now I'm going to have to pay another company to do the job you never did! read more

My name is Shane Williams.I have 26 years experience as a wildlife damage control agent.I do all home repairs.pressure washing,and much more., I do very professional work, i warrant all work that I do for 5 years.Here it is 9 years in buisness and All About Animals NC is a company with 1 employee/owner competing with companies with 10 trucks and up to 20 employees, and is managing to do just as much as the large companies plus offering many other services.This is only company in this industry that you get the owner instead of a technician..They get paid commission so they are trained to charge as much as they possibly can. I beat every quote/estimate from any of my competitors by 25% or more guaranteed. I also am available 24/7 365!! Regardless of what time it is or day, when you call with an emergency, I/Shane will be on my way and do not charge after hour emergency fees. Also Elderly people get an extra 10 percent off! I also only trap animals live...no kill traps will ever be set!

Shane did an amazing job getting rid of SQUIRRELS for me, n im furious as i came to post another review for work he did for my mom n saw my review was in the not recommended section, i thought this was a place where your reviews mattered n im really upset about this. He is such a nice guy he came n got an Opposum out my mom's garage within an hour and a half of me calling cause he new she was scared to go to her car, so its very frustrating for me to see great reviews going in the not recommended part. I just want to say Shane was one of the honest people I've ever dealt with I was getting a snake removed and it was a one set price to come out and when he got here it was a squirrel and he could have got the money to remove snake but he was so honest he told me wat it was and I was so scared but when all bout animals pulled up I knew I was in good hands plus he was not late he told me 1230 and he was there and done by 1230 so I would recommend you call this guy for help because he really cares and shows it thank you so much God bless read more

Not only did Shane humanely remove the squirrel from my fireplace but he did a great job in modifying my chimney cover to prevent them from getting back in. This is something previous services had not done. He also offered a warranty on the work he provided.
