We heard what we thought were birds in our attic, so when we called them for assistance, that's what we reported. We are not wildlife experts, but they purport to be, so we expected them to not only identify the animals we were hearing, but also eradicate them and prevent further intrusion in our home. They came out, never mentioned the possibility that the animals we were hearing were not birds, and quoted us $3400 to close up all "construction gaps" between our roof and fascia and remove bird nests from the attic. They came out for the first time to do the work we paid them for, or so we thought. Two weeks later, we still heard the bird-like sounds in ceiling. We called them back, and they quoted us a second round of work. The second quote mimicked the first quote, making it clear that they didn't do everything we paid them for the first time around. We had to get the owner of the company involved to force them to come back and complete the work they initially quoted us. Fast forward 3 weeks or so later - we're still hearing "bird" sounds. We called another company to come out, and low and behold - it's MICE! At no point did Catawba ever mention seeing signs of mice or the possibility of it being mice. They simply heard me say "it's a bird" and went with that without any further inspection or thought. Additionally, the other company took pictures showing where the construction gaps are still very much open despite us paying Catawba to close all of them. In short, Catawba didn't do anything to accurately identify the wildlife issue we had, and didn't complete the work we paid them for. We're now having to pay someone else to do what they were contracted to do. We've contacted Catawba to detail all of this and ask for our money back. They have refused and even lied in their responsive email in an attempt to cover their tracks. My husband and I are both lawyers and will now have to take them to small claims court to get our money back. I've never been so disappointed by a company. Again - DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

I had seen them and actually caught several so I knew what I was dealing with. 2 men came out and looked around, "confirmed" that it was flying squirrels, and said they needed to formulate a plan for eradicating them. They charged me several hundred dollars for the "consultation" and promised to be back in touch. That was the last I have heard from them in over a year! And now they have the nerve to send me emails asking me to refer a friend! NOT A CHANCE! I would not consider hiring this firm, and if you do, demand services BEFORE payment or you won't get what you paid for!

He was diligent, respectful and hardworking. He had to dig trenches before applying termite treatment. It was very laborious. He was very thorough and careful. He took care of some issues which concerned us and listened carefully to us while he completed his work. We have found all of the technicians from Noosa over the years very competent and Alex did not disappoint. It has been a pleasure working with Noosa over the past 5 years and we will no doubt continue to enjoy that relationship over the next few years. When we've had concerns, they responded accordingly. We once had what appeared to be wings around the house. They came, took a sample and had it tested. It turned out to be organic matter dropped from a nearby tree. We were surprised that they did this and didn't charge for it. They service our crawlspace and Alex took readings to assure us that our dehumidifier was fully operational. According to his careful inspection, it was working excellently. We want to thank Alex and Noosa for their most reliable service.

Well I called today feb 2nd to have them come out and finish this appt. Felicia stated I'd be charged my full quarterly fee if they come out feb 16 because it's was close to that date. My last spray was dec 29. That's not 3 months or quarterly. She seemed to have an excuse no matter what I said. She then stated if I don't pay quarterly I'd be responsible for 40 charge. Well I was told and for years it's free inbetween services. I really hate that it appears this company has lost touch with good service.
