It seems that AX sends out invoices to everyone, even customers, like us, that are on auto-pay. Further, why are customers having to work with a back-office that is supposed to be invisible to customers? When we are alerted that a check is to me made of our senticons, asking us to have someone there, we comply. We then get the technician who announces his presence, does the check and checks out with us. Within two weeks, AX contacts us that a service rep will be visiting and we need to have someone there. I called, they insist that there was no service conducted two weeks ago. If a tech came it was a waste of your business time. If Killingsworth is the right hand, then your AX support is the left hand and they seem to operate on their own schedule, rather than supporting their customer: Killingsworth. You can do better, especially when you were doing it yourselves. Our 14-year customer relationship is with Killingsworth, not AX. Back-office, third party support should be invisible to customers. You are paying good money for them to do the support, freeing your skilled employees of admin tasks. AX is annoying to say the least.

Rob communicated with me the day before the appointment and then again the day of so I knew when he was coming. I cannot overstate how nice it is not having to sit around all day waiting and wondering when a technician will arrive. We have also had some really annoying bugs showing up lately. Rob listened to what we were experiencing and actually took time to think through a plan for addressing it. He went beyond the basic treatment and inspected around our foundation and other areas outside the house to see where the problem might be coming from and what could be done differently. Rob has a great combination of experience and common sense. He does not seem interested in just getting through the appointment. He wants to understand the problem and find a solution. He was diligent, respectful and hardworking. He had to dig trenches before applying termite treatment. It was very laborious. He was very thorough and careful. He took care of some issues which concerned us and listened carefully to us while he completed his work. We have found all of the technicians from Noosa over the years very competent and Alex did not disappoint. It has been a pleasure working with Noosa over the past 5 years and we will no doubt continue to enjoy that relationship over the next few years. When we've had concerns, they responded accordingly. We once had what appeared to be wings around the house. They came, took a sample and had it tested. It turned out to be organic matter dropped from a nearby tree. We were surprised that they did this and didn't charge for it. They service our crawlspace and Alex took readings to assure us that our dehumidifier was fully operational.
