Sadly, at that point it was "baby bat season" and we had to wait about five weeks. On the second day it was legal Cory was out, sealed up the other places and installed the one-way door. Early the next morning we stood in the yard and watched the bats try to get back in the attic. THEY DIDN'T. Cory is awesome to work with. I declined at the time but followed up with the company to see if they could confirm the reasoning for that new price as they didn't mention a possible increased price due to the size of the home initially over the phone. They confirmed their pricing for larger homes, so I accepted that price. Kevin came back out today for me to sign the agreement, and he is now quoting $494 annually. Update Today, February 11, 2025, I spoke with Kennedy and Phil from the Rock Hill Terminix branch. Both were very apologetic for the interaction I had with Kevin the two times he was at my house.. Phil wanted to make things right and came out today and remeasured the perimeter of the home and honored the quote for $397 based on the 332 linear footage that was listed for my home (we are renewing coverage on the home we just purchased). Phil came to the same conclusion with only a slight discrepancy (I believe he calculated 337 linear ft). I am basing my decision to go ahead and sign a contract with Terminix based on the reputation of the Terminix company name despite the poor customer service I experienced over the last few days. I appreciate Kennedy and Phil for their excellent handling of the situation.

Well I called today feb 2nd to have them come out and finish this appt. Felicia stated I'd be charged my full quarterly fee if they come out feb 16 because it's was close to that date. My last spray was dec 29. That's not 3 months or quarterly. She seemed to have an excuse no matter what I said. She then stated if I don't pay quarterly I'd be responsible for 40 charge. Well I was told and for years it's free inbetween services. I really hate that it appears this company has lost touch with good service.
