I had three kitchen outlets that suddenly quit working. I tried flipping circuit breakers but that…read moredidn't help. I posted for electricians and Power Pro contacted me fairly quickly. They walked me through some steps and suggested there must be a GFI switch that controlled the outlets, but none of the outlets appeared to be GFI. They stayed on the phone while I flipped breakers again, but that still didn't get the outlets to work. They said it would likely be expensive to send someone all the way to Port St Lucie from West Palm but they would give me an estimate to help me decide. All in all, we were on the phone about 10 minutes. I was about to text them my address so they could figure out the distance and determine costs, and decided to look at the outlets one more time. Turns out, the previous owners had painted the outlet plates, so I had to look closely to see that one of them actually was a GFI. After resetting that, everything worked fine. I really appreciated the time Power Pro spent with me on the phone. Even though I was outside of their usual service area, they didn't just blow me off as some contractors have done. Now I wish I did live closer to them, as I would definitely use them in the future.

I contacted them early Monday morning and was advised someone would be in touch with me, which did not happen. Here it was going on 11:00 o'clock and no word as to when I would be serviced. I called back and advised them if they could not service me just let me know. The individual showed a lack of concern and simply said okay. This is entirely unacceptable customer service. I have been without service over the holiday weekend, and this contractor has no interest in fulfilling the job. Moving right along.....

It was a very quick and easy install. Price was fair and attractive relative to a plumbing outfit. Job was done flawlessly and everything works fine so far! Most couldn't provide that info without wasting time and money to give us an "estimate" based on an on site visit, which would cost us money and make no difference. The day he did show up, he didn't do the job bc he said the price negotiated with my company's contractor wasn't enough. That's been resolved and he still hasn't come through. The no-shows are bad enough, but to not even communicate that you're not coming so I can salvage my day is beyond unacceptable and as unprofessional as it gets. DO NOT USE LIVEWIRE. EVER.
