I and my Lady-Friend wanted to get our 75 and 55 Inch TVs mounted. We went to Best Buy First, and that was an UNMITIGATED DISASTER!!! The sales guy didn't really believe his own sales pitch, and he kept adding more and more items and the price kept changing. I think he was a seasonal employee, so he probably wasn't well versed in their Product and Service Codes. I and my Lady-Friend didn't feel confident in the quality of service we would get and we left. That was time we won't get back. We started looking around online and did a search for well-regarded TV Mounting & Installation Services. We happened upon Automation-Entertainment, which was at the top of the list. We called for an Estimate. Dawayne was very polite and professional on the phone. We set a date to do an estimate. He was very prompt. He was actually about 5 minutes early. He was as professional and polite in person as he was on the phone. We told him what we wanted to be done to the TVs, and the price he quoted me was very fair and reasonable. The best part about Dawayne is you can tell he really knows his craft and knew exactly what we needed and even adjusted the price in accordance to us wanting the articulating/swivel mounts. We set up a date for the installation and we were off to the races!!! He was prompt as usual. He brought another polite and professional person to assist him. His name is Charles and he was awesome as well. They took the time to ask us about where to position the TVs and even made some suggestions I didn't think of, like did we want the tv centered according to where we had the bed for the 55-inch tv and did we want the 75-inch tv centered according to how our recliners were positioned. After we settled on the height and position they got right to work. They are an excellent team and had all the proper tools and equipment. They were also very clean and made sure to get as little drywall dust on our carpet as possible and even brought their own vacuum cleaner to clean up!!! What I really like is how well they hid the wires. Another thing I liked is how they used HDMI 2.1 Cables for the TV, Playstation 5, and the Nintendo Switch that I own. I forgot to ask them the type of Cables but they were already way ahead of that!!! Once again, they were very polite and courteous and answered all of our pertinent questions. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, I should mention the EXCELLENT QUALITY of their workmanship!!! They did a GREAT JOB!!! They were quick and efficient, but also they didn't rush and made sure everything was done correctly. They even made sure to let us test things out to make sure everything was working as expected. I now understand why people pay to get their TVs mounted. They look SO much better mounted vs sitting on a TV Stand. It's almost like you bought new TVs. It is SO much better viewing the TVs in a mounted position. In short, I would DEFINITELY recommend Dawayne and Charles of Automation-Entertainment for all of your Electronic Needs. They also told me they do Networking (Putting network cabling through walls) and a host of other types of jobs. One word of advice: If you are also getting your soundbar mounted MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THE BRACKETS FROM THE PACKAGING. I neglected to keep the brackets from my Samsung Soundbar and I neglected to order replacements. It all worked out in the end for me because the Samsung bar looks good on the entertainment center. Just a little advice from me. Dawayne is also a very honest man. I paid to mount both Soundbars on the Bracket. However, since we didn't mount the Samsung Bar, he didn't charge me for it. If I could give Dawayne and Charles 1 MILLION STARS (Insert Dr. Evil from Austin Powers Finger in Mouth Gesture Here) I would!!! Thank you again Dawayne and Charles!!!! read more
