PC Paramedics saved the day for me! I'm from out of town and my laptop is crucial for work purposes. I opened it to find the keyboard wasn't working. I attempted to fix it myself but could not. I took it to them the next day and they identified a 'bug' even though I have Norton. William quoted me a price and was able to work with me when he saw the stress on my face. I left it and was called a few hours later to say it was done. It works better than it has in the last few years! Of note, they also mount TV's, cameras and have other services. OK, where to start? I went in to get my computer working again. I had tried everything I learned on the Internet and through the HP customer service without any progress. I just couldn't get it to start up. After going in, and looking at the problem, we decided that it would be best to reload the computer. I understand that this can be fairly expensive especially with re-loading Microsoft office. My biggest concern was that I had bought this VERY inexpensive computer at Best Buy and that the hard drive may fail again...even with a backup. Then Mr. Falco came out and made an offer I couldn't refuse. He upgraded my hard drive and reloaded it with Windows and Microsoft Office for only a little more than I was paying for our original update. Now my hard drive boots up faster than ever. I would recommend this shop to anyone, but especially to any Veterans out there. Great crew. I am in town on business and my laptop crashed, wouldn't turn on. Took it to 2 seperate Best Buy locations and they could not tell me anything, but did however want to charge me to perform a diagnostics test. Pass & No thank you. I found PC Paramedic and called to ask for info. Mike was courteous and just said to bring it in. Ryan greeted me outside and within 10 mins, recommended that I purchase a new charger and charging cord. No Diagnostic Fees! No BS! I definitely recommend using them if you need work done. read more

If I could give these guys 10 STARS I would! I had a problem since I did a windows 10 update that took forever. I called Apple when I saw a suspicious email. They then went through with me on my computer to check my iTunes and said all appeared to be ok and that I should call HP. Next day I call HP who said I was out of warrantee and that I could sign up for the $14.99 a month + a additional fee for the first month or I could pay a 1 x fee of like $199 (not sure the exact $$). I told them that was ridiculous especially if it's. Window 10 push on updates. Told them I would not be purchasing another HP again. That is where PC Paramedics comes in. I did research first for a group in my area with no review/good reviews. So I extended my search and found these guys with an awesome bunch of reviews. I drove over 30 mins to get there but I will say it's worth the trip. Walked in with my computer and discs that I had available that I purchased through my firm. Explained I needed all the items as well as needing it by the next day. Was told no problem and also advised about a software virus program that was better than what my firm uses and supplies (norton which I've had issues in the past with at other firms). Well next day I called around 10am and was told they fixed it installed the antivirus and I could come get it. I brought my 2 older pc too and the one The took and would trash it and the 2nd they removed the hard drive and transferred the documents directly to my current pc. I won't say hoe much I spent in NY on trying to diagnose my pc issue on the one with no resolution from staples and other issues from BestBuy and neither did anything for their service. I can say I WILL RECOMMEND these guys to everyone I know and their service is AMAZING. I think they are underpricing themselves as far as I'm concern, but these guys are the BEST I'VE SEEN IN YEARS!!!! If you used those idiots at the other 2 places you're only wasting your money for no resolution and you will only learn you should come this way, hope they don't leave this area or they better let me know where they move. read more

I visited this location on October 21st due to my 2 year old HP laptop giving me issues. I explained this issue to Ryan and he stated that he would look at the issue and give me a call. He called about an hour later to say that the computer was not able to be repaired but he had a few that he sell to me. I purchased a refurbished touch screen Dell for $348.56. I worked on the pc for a few days and noticed that the touchscreen was malfunctioning. I emailed them to let them know what was happening and was told to bring the pc by. I went by on that following Saturday and the guy was able to look at it and saw that the touchscreen was not currently set to default. He then explained that when Windows 10 is downloaded, it causes the touchscreen properties to change. A few days later, I emailed them to let them know that I was having the same issue and asked about the refund process. Ryan emailed me back to say that he would switch the computer out. I went back there on October 30th, and explained the issue and was told to check back in an hour. I went back and the guy was still working on it. He said it was complete, but as he proceeded to unplug it, he noticed the touchpad had stopped working. He then called Ryan up front and he explained they switched the computer out and thought it would work, but it didn't. I then asked about getting another computer all together and he offered me one but it didn't have all the options like the one I bought previously and he didn't seem too excited about refunding the difference. He explained that they will try to work on it once more, they worked on the computer from 10:30 am until around 5 pm that evening. A few days later, the same thing happened. I finally just gave in and purchased a mouse from Walmart for $10 bucks. I wish that I would've looked around before buying from this location. I just had so much work to catch up on, I didn't think I had the time. I could've bought a new computer for the price I paid. I'm now out of $360 bucks for a refurbished computer. I plan to sell this pc and purchase a new one Black Friday. It's a really older model from Dell, the Windows 7 sticker is still on it. So, before you buy, please shop around. I gave 2 stars for the effort. read more

They will LOSE YOUR HDD, do not take your hardware here!!! And when you do go to pick it up, they will swear they've already returned it to you and then say "well....it wasn't recoverable". You will leave empty handed. Extremely disorganized and staff is clueless as to what' being worked on. Go elsewhere!!!! read more
