Less than a day after I had a cracked screen fixed. My phone started periodically going all black and turning off. I had to take it to Apple store and they indicated it was because of a fake Apple product. I contacted ER and they have been no help. Big shout out to Taryn R. for pointing me in the direction of this place. A few months ago, I clumsily dropped my iphone - not once, but twice in a row - on concrete while on my way into a store. Nine years of owning an iPhone and this was the first time that I've EVER had a cracked a screen. I'd debated for a while on whether or not I should get the screen replaced because the worst of the crack was in the top left corner but the mini cracks across my phone ended up annoying me more and more each day. Like Taryn R. mentioned, ER is now located in front of the North Face store. I'd been to the mall a few times before and noticed that it had previously been in front of Lily Pulitzer. I dropped my phone off and the guy, I believe his name was Samir (?), quoted the time of repair would take 20 minutes and it would be $90. Done. I did wince at the $90 price tag only because my cracked screen wasn't that traumatic but I wanted it gone. I meandered around in Sephora and Banana Republic for a little bit then decided to just check on my phone. He was done and my screen was as good as new. Depending on how bad your cracked screen is and how busy they are, your repair time will most likely take less than 20 minutes. read more

I prided myself on having never broken a phone until Friday night when my iPhone 6 landed face down on the concrete floor at Free Range. Womp, womp. Just like that, my break-free streak was... uh... broken? I blame my new Kate Spade case but that's a whole other review. (I have a tempered glass protector cover thingy on now lest I feel tempted to throw my phone around again.) The repair comes with a 1-month warranty. They even threw in a discount! DON'T GO HERE!!!! I would give ER a -star rating if permitted by Yelp. I took my phone to have the screen replaced several months ago. They repaired it and put a tempered/protective glass over my screen and gave me an extra one (which turned out to be too small). I also purchased a new phone case. Over the months both new case and tempered glass began to crack. When I removed the case to replace with a new one, the screen (which they had replaced) lifted away from my phone. I took it immediately back to the kiosk (the one nearest the Apple store). The Repair person asked for my receipt (which of course no longer had). He told me that I needed a new screen. Really? You think? I reminded him that they have a sign posted stating that the work is guaranteed. He then said that they would give me a discount to fix the screen over 70.00. Worst servicing experience of my life. Some guy named Benny, who is NOT and IT repairman robbed me of $200.00. I contacted them for screen replacement and they didn't replace my screen, as agreed. I should've known whenever he asked for $200 upfront to order my replacement screen to look elsewhere, no reputable company operates this way! Another red flag was when I dropped off my laptop it wasn't a business it was a random residence. The 3rd red flag was when he contacted me to ask for the charger to my MacBook Pro, bc they didn't have one to power it on to work on it. It was at this point I requested my laptop back. Unfortunately I had already sent Benny $200 to purchase the screen, that's definitely where I went wrong. I NEVER RECEIVED MY SCREEN! I would never use this company it's a disaster!! I've contacted my attorney Benny NEVER mentioned my desposit wasn't refundable and also stated he would send me a full refund when he returned my laptop, good thing I was recording! read more

Went by the one located near the food court to replace my battery here. He quoted $65 which I felt was high for an iphone battery but went ahead with it due to the urgency of needing my phone on. Time to pay, I pull out my wallet and he says "65". I handed him 80 bc I didn't have change and he decided to hit the tax button on the register and charged me tax on top of it, after he took the money which came out to $69.55. I wasn't terribly upset about the money but that was sneaky and I just felt tricked. Just watch out for that if you stop by here. Otherwise, he got the job done and the phone is working fine. read more

This person will use the screen with poor color display to do the replacement, the color looks so different. Broke the glass and the screen to my i-Phone 5this morning, and began calling around for estimates. Called ER and they quoted me $40, much better than the $79-$89 estimates I saw and got elsewhere. Took it over to the Southpark location, where he told me the LCD was broken as well (might be the same thing as the screen), but he would not chagre me for it. 15 minutes and $40 later, my phone was better than before. Makes me wish I had some more broken phones I could bring him, but instead maybe you will take your phones to him. Highly recommended!! read more

This place sucks. It's a repair stand inside Southpark mall. They use cheap parts and over charge. Two weeks after replacing my screen, the screen kept popping out. I took it back with the receipt, he fixed it, and two weeks later it popped out again. They buy cheap screens by the bulk and charge $100. Don't go here. read more
