I got lucky with a spot, but it's south end, so you take your chances. I went to another spot first, which ended up needing phone insurance to be worthwhile, which I didn't have. This spot was about 1/3 the price that I was quoted. The fix was something I didn't want to delay and while I hope not to need them again, I'd absolutely come back if in a pickle and recommend to others.

I was happy to see that they were open on Saturday when other shops weren't, especially with an impending ice storm approaching. I really needed my phone repaired ASAP. Sure enough, I was greeted with excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. Freddie assisted me with my phone. He was very knowledgeable & said that he would be right back in about 5 minutes. I couldn't believe that in roughly about that time, I was paying for my repaired iPhone. Initially I couldn't remember my password to get back into my iCloud account. He offered options to help restore it. Thankfully, I remembered once I got home. I was able to use my phone again & charge it up just in case I lost power during the ice storm. I'm so grateful to Freddie for walking me through the process effortlessly. I took off work, and I arrived at the designated time. The lights were off, the door was locked. I called and tried all the options until I got a human. The guy said "The door is open, I was in the bathroom. Appointments don't mean anything just come on in." THEN he unlocked the door. Looked like he just woke up. Next, he told me he couldn't get parts for my brand. He had not even seen my appointment details. I pointed out that my brand was listed on the website when I made the appointment and he might want to let someone know. He said, "THAT'S ABOVE MY PAYGRADE!!!!" The next day, I spoke with Ahmad and paid in advance so they could order the replacement part. They informed me that it would arrive sometime between Monday and Wednesday. Later, they even called me back to confirm that I wanted a Grade A screen, explaining that while it wasn't completely brand new, it was still covered by a one-year warranty. If I preferred a brand-new screen, it would cost an additional $50. I asked Ahmad for his honest opinion on which option was best for me, and he recommended the Grade A screen over the new one. I trusted his advice and went with that option. I dropped off my Mac on Wednesday at 9 AM, and by 11:30 AM, I received a call saying it was ready for pickup.
