My husband got me a brand new iPhone 4S for my birthday and I was beyond excited. I had every intention of getting a case for my phone because I have a bad habit of putting it in my lap when I'm driving and forgetting to put it in my purse before I get out...needless to say, I was rushing to get my girlfriends baby shower together one Saturday morning and my phone was thrown from my lap as I was jumping out of my car!!! I was devastated, my entire front and back screen were shattered. With less than 2 hours left before the baby shower and several more errands to run, I now had no phone.....great. I remembered having a card that my brother gave me for this place that wasn't too far from where I was and he said they were pretty fast. I gave them a call and Mo was really helpful in giving me directions, he reassured me that he could get me taken care of in about 30 minutes, and he also gave me a referral discount because my brother was the one who sent me. I was not about to tell my husband that I dropped and shattered my phone less than a week of having it. When I got there, I saw so many cool cases and other accessories for my phone. Mo let me use a loaner phone to make a few calls while I ran a quick errand. He called me before I even got to the check out line and told me I was ready! Talk about a LIFE SAVER (mind you, I was not in the most pleasant mood). My phone was like brand new in 30 minutes and I still had plenty of time to prepare for the baby shower, Mo helped me pick out a cool case and I plan to go back next week to get it customized with pink leopard design. Great service provider..... I usually don't leave reviews for businesses but after reading the other reviews that trashed this place I just had to say something. I was referred to Everything Iphonez by a friend who was very satisfied with the service he received so I decided to give them a shot. Mo, the stores owner, is no sleazy car salesman who pours on the charm with fake smiles and the butt kissing everyone desires. He is very straight forward. He is an exceptional IT guy who specializes in Apple products. My iphone 4 had a shattered screen and he was able to replace the screen right in front of me WITHOUT losing any of my phone's information. I am extremely satisfied with his service. I am not easily pleased with others, being a business owner myself. But Mo did exactly what he said he would do, replace the screen without losing the info. What else could you want from the guy. I know this was lengthy but it disturbs me to see great people providing a much needed service get slaughtered on the internet. Give him a chance. This is my second time dealing with Moe from everything iphones. First time I've brought them my iPad when they had an office space inside a storage place last year & today brought in my iPhone to get a color change. I've called them earlier today & asked if I need to set up an appointment, he told me no need just bring it in & ill take care of it for ya since I was a return customer "which I really liked" Asked how long, he said usually takes between 25-30 minutes depending on how busy they were. I said ok, ill be in around 2 or so. Came in a little bit after 2, asked him which colors they have available, he directed me to there IG page where they had 100's of cool iPhones in there that they've done already. I went with the pink of course lol About 30 minutes came back with my baby looking BRAND NEW AGAIN & PINK!!! I LOVE IT. I am glad my girl friend told me about these guys, they are the BEST & now they have a customer for life I tell you lol I will definitely recommend Mo & his staff, they are very friendly & fast. I was referred to Everything Iphonez by someone who purchased an Apple TV from them. When I finally sat down to use it, I was getting some strange errors (which I later found out were developer issues, not issues from the "jailbreak."). I took it back and he fixed it with no additional charge and returned it the very next day. In addition, Mo scrolled through everything with me to make sure it was working so that I didn't think it was still broken. He gave me the website so that I could check the status of the outage for myself and when it was ultimately back up and working, he sent me an email to let me know the issue had been resolved! I especially love that when I inquired about instructions, he emailed me some that he created specifically for his customers. Should I ever need any Apple services in the future, E.I. will definitely be my first call. As a side note (and because YELP asks) I can confirm that he does accept credit cards, because I thought it was so neat that he uses his iPhone to do so. Cash, credit...no checks. read more

just want to let everyone know that if they are in a tight window of having a device worked on this is the place to go had a cracked screen on my iphone 4 and i called them up and he said sure i can fix it drove to him if my screw in the bottom wouldn't have been stripped already i would have been out of there in less than 30 minutes however to the post below it is a store front and it is in a storage office but people are going to that as to be cost effective so with that said i am very happy with what moe did for me.. plus he has all the credentials and certifications to work on them for apple that speaks volumes so to be perfectly honest with everyone i will be back if i have any problems with other devices thanks again moe you won't know how happy my wife was to find out i got it fixed thanks e.j. coleman read more

These guys are awesome and more affordable than any other repair shop around. They fixed my daughters screen on her iPod 4 even changed the color for her. I had the worst experience buying an iPad that had an Activation Lock on it which causes the iPad to not be used at all. I asked everyone I knew with an iPhone and iPad how to unlock it, I called Apple with no help, I even tried to unlock it threw iTunes. Nothing worked. I had a cracked iPhone for a while, being that I was in the Charlotte area I remembered seeing something about an iPhone repair place and I went and checked them out. It was the best decision. Owner lies to customers. Called about a week ago asking if he could get me a replacement screen for a Samsung galaxy s9+ and he said he couldn't help. He also said if I needed a screen for an iPhone to give him a call and he could sell me one. I explained that I work on my own phones. Went in today and the guy basically called me a liar, and said he doesn't sell any parts. When I explained that I called and Someone told me they could, he said it didn't happen, because he's the only one there. The best!! My iPhone had been going downhill for a while and I just "made do", but big surprise after my last payment was made it completely died. I took it in to Mo and less than two hours later it was like I got a new phone. I feel certain our friends at AT&T would've convinced me to buy a new one with another 2 1/2 years of payments. Walk in, Friday afternoon and showed them my iPhone 4 cracked screen. They gave me a quote of about $69 dollars. After about 30 minutes or so, my phone was back in perfect shape and that was it! Very friendly, there are seats for you to wait around in and ample stores on Morehead Rd for you to browse if your wait is longer.
