I was happy to see that they were open on Saturday when other shops weren't, especially with an impending ice storm approaching. I really needed my phone repaired ASAP. Sure enough, I was greeted with excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. Freddie assisted me with my phone. He was very knowledgeable & said that he would be right back in about 5 minutes. I couldn't believe that in roughly about that time, I was paying for my repaired iPhone. Initially I couldn't remember my password to get back into my iCloud account. He offered options to help restore it. Thankfully, I remembered once I got home. I was able to use my phone again & charge it up just in case I lost power during the ice storm. I'm so grateful to Freddie for walking me through the process effortlessly. This place is in a strip mall right next to Krispy Kreme (dangerously tempting) on Celanease Rd. Even though 2 weeks had passed, he still remembered our phone conversation. Service was extremely quick ! I dropped it off, paid in advance for the part/repair ($100), and he received the part the next day and called to let me know it was ready. I told him I would be there the next day and asked if he had a charger for a Samsung J3. He said he could order one ($10) and it would be there the following day. I called the next afternoon and he said the charger had arrived so I was good to go. I arrived, paid for the new charger, and he showed me where my old screen had short circuited.
