The battery on my Google Pixel 4 expanded to the point that the phone wasn't fitting in the case. I'm not ready to ditch the phone so after some quick Googling where I learned that this is a known issue but the warranty is only on the Pixel 4 XL, I headed to OFixit. Mohammed was able to diagnose the problem and said that he would need to order the battery. I paid a deposit and came back a week later and the battery had arrived. The place I used to go to shut down so I gave OFixit a shot based on all the good reviews. He did not disappoint! Called up and the owner told me the cost to replace the back glass on my phone and how long it would take. He uses a laser device to actually remove the old cracked glass, fancy! He was a little less expensive than two other places I had called, was close and would be fixed same day so I headed over. Great guy, very nice. Glad I brought him my business. The charging port on my iPhone was partially malfunctioning and I thought we had gotten all the gunk out and it would need to be replaced. However, I brought it to Ofixit and he thought it just needed a deeper clean. He did that and it now charges 100% reliably. This location is next to subway and the store sign has changed to "Total wireless", not OFixit for anyone trying to locate the store. Walked in today, only took 15/20mins to repair my iPhone 6s screen. Very impressed with the repair. I have unfortunately broke my screen on the same phone last year. I got the phone repaired at a different repair shop and the screen was never smooth on the edges. I thought this was just the outcome of having a phone screen replaced, or my phone possibly being bent a bit from long term use. That's not the case with Ofixit. Smooth edges looks like it came straight from Apple. Can't see anything that suggest the glass was repaired. Works great. Not sure if it's always the case but my replacement screen also came with a protective screen!!! Was not expecting that but super happy with the customer service, price, quality of the screen, workmanship, and obviously the protective screen. Highly recommend this location. read more

i have been there 5 times in the past 2 Years, he replaced my original screen with a replacement screen that cracked and messed up the LCD the next day, I came back because it kept happening and the last time I was there I told him it Brooke after a week and the lcd got messed up because of a small crack which shouldn't have happened and he said i would have to pay another $110, If u want a cheap, breakable screen shop here. read more

Since it's an older model (6S Plus) and the battery doesn't last as long, I decided to go ahead and replace the battery as well. Exceptional! I always go into any cell phone transaction expecting to be bamboozled. I took my phone in today because it wasn't working... fully expecting to pay ~100$ for a new charging port or something like that. Ross was working and was super nice. Turned out I just had some pocket debris in there, and he cleaned it out in about five minutes. I asked what I owed him.... he said "nothing." Initially i was hesitant to try it out but given the price ($49), i figured i should try it out. They staff was very friendly, honest and did as they promised.
