Didn't feel judged, and they were honest with me about the situation (small scratch on camera itself, cost, recommendation, etc). The primary drawback to this place was parking. I got lucky with a spot, but it's south end, so you take your chances. I went to another spot first, which ended up needing phone insurance to be worthwhile, which I didn't have. This spot was about 1/3 the price that I was quoted. The fix was something I didn't want to delay and while I hope not to need them again, I'd absolutely come back if in a pickle and recommend to others.

A few months ago, I…read moreclumsily dropped my iphone - not once, but twice in a row - on concrete while on my way into a store. Nine years of owning an iPhone and this was the first time that I've EVER had a cracked a screen. I'd debated for a while on whether or not I should get the screen replaced because the worst of the crack was in the top left corner but the mini cracks across my phone ended up annoying me more and more each day. Like Taryn R. mentioned, ER is now located in front of the North Face store. I'd been to the mall a few times before and noticed that it had previously been in front of Lily Pulitzer. I dropped my phone off and the guy, I believe his name was Samir (?), quoted the time of repair would take 20 minutes and it would be $90. Done. I did wince at the $90 price tag only because my cracked screen wasn't that traumatic but I wanted it gone. I meandered around in Sephora and Banana Republic for a little bit then decided to just check on my phone. He was done and my screen was as good as new. Depending on how bad your cracked screen is and how busy they are, your repair time will most likely take less than 20 minutes.

This place had the best price and the guy Ivan seemed pretty knowledgeable so I decided to get it done here. This place is in a strip mall right next to Krispy Kreme (dangerously tempting) on Celanease Rd. Even though 2 weeks had passed, he still remembered our phone conversation. Service was extremely quick ! I dropped it off, paid in advance for the part/repair ($100), and he received the part the next day and called to let me know it was ready. I told him I would be there the next day and asked if he had a charger for a Samsung J3. He said he could order one ($10) and it would be there the following day. I called the next afternoon and he said the charger had arrived so I was good to go. I arrived, paid for the new charger, and he showed me where my old screen had short circuited. My tablet looked great and Ivan was very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this place if you need a repair.
