Took my device to a reputable and certified repair shop today and they showed me and took pictures of the terrible work that was done on my iPad by this company. They showed me the duck tape that had been used instead of the soddering that they claimed was done, as well as other shoddy work. They also showed me that some screws and plates were missing and that superglue was actually used to hold some parts together! So, not only was a proper job not done, I was lied to about what was done and my device was missing parts that were there before. And then the owner of this business had the nerve to hang up on me after I explained that I had lost faith in his ability to fix my original problem and wanted a refund. He chose not to offer me a refund, even though he said his work was guaranteed for one year- which it was not. He got extremely defensive when I explained I was still having the same issue with my device's home button and falsely accused me of belittling him and then exclaimed God bless you and hung up on me. Jesus would not hang up on customers, nor would he lie. In the end, the new shop felt so bad about how I was misled previously that they actually repaired my device correctly today for free. That is true Christ-like kindness and I am extremely grateful. read more

First impressions are everything. EZ assured me he was going to do everything he could to salvage what I have left of my iphone. Originally, my phone was ran over to the point where my device automatically would go into a restore mode. EZ explained to me that iPhones do come with a feature that would put itself into a recovery mode. I was able to hand him the device in confidence and let him fully repair my phone so it would no longer go into restore/recovery mode and for me to access all of my photos and messages. Since part of my phone was damaged and severely separated from the frame, he rebuilt it in a new frame. It was a pleasure choosing you amongst all other repair shops. You are kind and provided me a stress-free experience without breaking the bank. Great service, good price, and good company if you choose to wait while your device is repaired. It took about 10 minutes to fix my very shattered iPhone screen. I would recommend calling ahead so that they can be sure to have the part needed. I called the day before, was asked what type of phone and what color and he confirmed that he had the required parts. While I was there, a guy walked in with an older phone for which EZ did not have the part. The guy was told that he would have the needed part in 2 hours. Lesson: call ahead and he'll get what's needed to fix your device. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. This man is a fraud. He fixed my cracked iPhone screen for $100. Within 10 mins my phone screen wasn't working. I called him back and he replaced it. Meanwhile he's exposing to me how he bought a pink iPhone 5c from a man. The phone has a message on it saying if found call this number, which shows the phone was lost then stolen by the man he bought it from. The phone repair man says he knows the phone was stolen but he can use it for parts. This is the most dishonest thing I have seen. I should have known not to trust him after this. 2 months down the line my screen goes green and doesn't work. I tell him about it & he says it will be $90 being that he fixed it before. I thought it would be dumb to continue to let him use the same faulty screens so I take it to someone else. The other shop fixes it. I explained what happened. He shows me the screens are fake & cheap. He shows me the Chinese stamp on the old one. He also informs me that my front camera lens might have been swapped bc it was blurry after the first fix by that fraud. He shows me the missing plates & screws in my phone. I was furious to know I paid so much for someone to take apart my phone and take parts. What kind of dishonest service is this? DONT TRUST HIM. I got my iPhone 10 screen replaced on Thursday morning. I paid cash and left a tip, the process was easy and fast. I didn't think to ask if there was any guarantee and I wasn't offered a receipt of any kind. I applied tempered glass screen protector when I got home. Friday (hardly 24hrs later) I noticed the new screen was lifting from the structure of the phone. It started lifting slightly about halfway down and at the bottom it was completely lifted. This lifting caused a crack that you could clearly see came from the lifting. I experienced a huge decline in friendliness from the technician who has been helpful the day before, and was I was told my phone structure was probably damaged and that any screen replacement would now have issues. It was suggested that I should apply a case that wraps and secures the screen. I would have loved to have been informed of this possible risk before I handed over my money. I decided to bite the bullet and go to Apple to have the job done right, they informed me that they refuse to work on phones that have structural damage. They repaired my phone with no issues. I wish I had gotten a photo of the "repair" that came from this place so that I could share it here as a warning. Lesson learned. read more

I had a great experience and didn't feel like I was getting ripped off at any point. The man quickly repaired my iPhone 6 Plus screen and it only cost $80 (compared to the average $125 quote I got from other shops). He even gave me a free tempered glass screen protector. Taught me about how people who were sacking about my touch and LCD were just scamming me because it is all connected when you switch out the screen. I am very pleased!! Horrible. I purchased an Iphone 4g screen from them for $35 which was a reasonable price and when I installed it, it didn't work at all. After taking out all of the screws attached to the motherboard and putting my old crack screen back on it work, but the new screen doesn't have the touch calibration working at all. I wanted at least an exchange and they couldn't even do that. Awful small business and the sales person was really rude. They don't even offer a receipt or a warrant at all. Its a what you see what you get small business. Customer service like that wont succeed at all that why they will stay a small business. read more

This review is not necessarily indicative of the company's work. I thought he did a decent job repairing the screen. Yes, it is a bit recessed now and there are minor gaps between the screen and the frame, but it works just fine. However, after about a week, the proximity sensor stopped working and I called for an explanation. The owner became incredibly hostile, told me the Apple store employees were wrong, and continued to shout (yes, he was yelling into the phone) and kept cutting me off until I hung up the phone. I would not recommend this business to anyone due to the awful customer service I received. Now I am stuck with an iPhone that does not work properly and will have to pay $200 to get it fixed by an actual professional. read more
