I got lucky with a spot, but it's south end, so you take your chances. I went to another spot first, which ended up needing phone insurance to be worthwhile, which I didn't have. This spot was about 1/3 the price that I was quoted. I was happy to see that they were open on Saturday when other shops weren't, especially with an impending ice storm approaching. I really needed my phone repaired ASAP. Sure enough, I was greeted with excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. Freddie assisted me with my phone. He was very knowledgeable & said that he would be right back in about 5 minutes. I couldn't believe that in roughly about that time, I was paying for my repaired iPhone. Initially I couldn't remember my password to get back into my iCloud account. He offered options to help restore it. Thankfully, I remembered once I got home. I was able to use my phone again & charge it up just in case I lost power during the ice storm. I'm so grateful to Freddie for walking me through the process effortlessly.
