First time customer and I'm without a doubt a fan after dealing with a high level of…read moreprofessionalism and expertise. I called initially to inquire about pricing and other details, the scheduler Michelle took her time answering every question I had. She was simply amazing; very professional, providing impeccable service. Bart Wesolowski and his side kid Randy stopped by the house for a TV & wall mount installation over the fire place. Bart is simply a rare professional, he explained everything in detail & worked with precision and speed. The installation was not done until he was satisfied with absolutely every single detail. I witnessed how he measured every inch of distance between the tv and sound bar. He adjusted and balanced the sound to perfection. Even after finishing the job, he was not 100% satisfied with his own work, so he took the 82" tv down and adjusted the entire set up again until he decided it was 100% perfect. I was watching the entire process and thought things were looking great & far meeting my expectations. Not to Bart. After witnessing Bart's level of knowledge & craft, I asked him if he could add another TV & wall mount installation to a bedroom on the second floor of the house. He immediately jumped into action and the results were simply phenomenal again. This business approach, straight up honesty and professionalism is a rare find these days. A business that value and put customers first??? What a concept!!! I couldn't believe the attention to details and I know how that concept works effectively after 23+ years in the military. If you are looking for honesty, integrity, professionalism & knowledge in a business, then you need to look no further than this business. They value customers and their experience. The pricing is very reasonable compared to similar businesses and products of this kind. Call them, you won't be disappointed. Great job guys!! I'll be back for more jobs soon.

I had a pretty specific job request for them (needed surround speakers added to my existing system,…read moreas well as moving my cable modem to the other side of my living room so it was closer to my streaming device), and they took care of everything I needed without trying to upsell or push anything on me. Bart came out the day after my request and gave me an estimate, and they were back out to do the job three days later. They were also able to schedule and coordinate via text as well as calls, which was very helpful for me as I was doing most of my interaction with them while I was at work. The guys were complete professionals, clearly well-versed in everything home theater-related, and very friendly. They were in and out in an hour and a half, and everything looks/sounds incredible! Just a great crew overall - I will be using Carolina Custom Mounts for anything else I might need in the future, without hesitation. I can't recommend them enough!

Daniel was the technician who completed my residential project, which included multiple TV/entertainment center set up, and he did an amazing job. I have some older TVs, which were a little quirky when it came to configuring all of the remotes to soundbars/etc., but he worked very diligently to get it all set up correctly, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I had also previously used UTD to set up an Ethernet port in my home office. I have nothing but positive experiences both times, and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Paul M
