I called, left a VM, and sent a text, stating that no one had showed up for the appt. While I waited for a response, I read the reviews only to see that this has been a repeat issue with this company. I don't understand why a business would so easily give a potential customer a reason to have anything negative to say. In fact, I waited 48 hours before posting a review to see if I would get a response as there is always the possibility that an emergency occurred. There are positive reviews about this business, but I want others who may be looking to use this service to be aware that this could happen to you. It is already frustrating to have technical issues in your home, so the last thing you need is another headache.
