We were referred to Techliterati through a neighbor. Martin showed up and was able to mount our 65"…read moreTV onto the brick fireplace. He was very meticulous and made sure everything was perfect at the end. He even brought his own TV mount, which he included in the price, and cleaned up all the dust before he left. We threw him a few curveballs - asked to add a sound bar mount last minute which didn't give him much room to work with, but he made it happen! Also while he was here, we asked him to help mount a heavy piece of wall art, which he did very quickly and only charged a few dollars extra. He left us with some extra zip ties for cable management, and made sure the tv was level prior to leaving (even took the whole mount down to start over and realign at one point). Martin also mentioned he has experience in IT and networking, so we will definitely be calling him back to help make our home a 'smart' home. Highly recommend!

I thought his rates were reasonable and he was a complete pro. After fiddling with everything for a while, he showed me the receiver was shot. We looked online together and he helped me find a receiver that would work (it needed to be Dolby 7.2 and have multiple zones) and I ordered it. He got me on his schedule for the install very quickly. I'd hire him again for any A/V work I need in my home or one of my rentals. Great guy.

They walked me through some steps and suggested there must be a GFI switch that controlled the outlets, but none of the outlets appeared to be GFI. They stayed on the phone while I flipped breakers again, but that still didn't get the outlets to work. They said it would likely be expensive to send someone all the way to Port St Lucie from West Palm but they would give me an estimate to help me decide. All in all, we were on the phone about 10 minutes. I was about to text them my address so they could figure out the distance and determine costs, and decided to look at the outlets one more time. Turns out, the previous owners had painted the outlet plates, so I had to look closely to see that one of them actually was a GFI. After resetting that, everything worked fine. I really appreciated the time Power Pro spent with me on the phone. Even though I was outside of their usual service area, they didn't just blow me off as some contractors have done. Now I wish I did live closer to them, as I would definitely use them in the future.
