Bobby was a no-show for 3 of those days and never communicated with me that he wasn't coming. The day he did show up, he didn't do the job bc he said the price negotiated with my company's contractor wasn't enough. That's been resolved and he still hasn't come through. The no-shows are bad enough, but to not even communicate that you're not coming so I can salvage my day is beyond unacceptable and as unprofessional as it gets. DO NOT USE LIVEWIRE. EVER. I sent him the specs for the install and he said he could do it but said I would have to pay an additional $600-$900 for his travel. I got with EcoFLow and they stated that I do not have to pay for travel because everything is included in the price of the installation service I paid to EcoFlow and told me that they would get in contact with Leroy to let him know to reach back out. A week went by and I never heard back from Leroy so I called him and he didn't answer. He called me back later that day and was extremely unprofessional. Raised his voice and told me he was not going to do the install unless I paid extra despite what EcoFlow had said and then he immediately hung up on me. Just do yourself a favor and avoid his services unless you want hidden fees and a lack of professionalism.

From the point I reached out to project completion was about 2 weeks and that was with a custom made gate. It turned out great. He had a quote for me for the two repairs within the day and the work complete within the same week.
