1/5/24: THANK HEAVENS FOR YELP!! I definitely found the perfect tv mounter for my project. I wanted my son's 40" TV mounted on his wall to save space in his small room. I requested quotes from Yelp & Thomas was quick to respond, professional, & very reasonably priced. He was also available the same day & had a mount available for me. We set a time & he got here promptly. He was very nice & we had a good conversation as he worked. He is a very knowledgeable & experienced electrician. I am SO glad that I found him. He was able to mount my son's tv and install a new plug behind the tv to hide the cords in no time. He probably wasn't even here a full hour. I HIGHLY recommend him & will reach out to him in the future to install bigger tvs in our home. THANK YOU THOMASSSSSSS!!!!! :)

Due to black friday, I was able to buy a new TV and soundbar for a very good price. Because of this, I was looking for a good installer, and then came to YELP to find one of the highest rated TV mounter / installer that was local. Was very happy that their schedule was very flexible and was able to get an appointment within a few days. It was very nice to find out that they had access to some TV mounts as well, which saved me the time to pick it up on my own. however, the price of the mount the installer brought was marked up to DOUBLE of the cost (saw him unwrapping it from Walmart - onn. mount - $44.78, their price $79) The installer was very punctual and did a great job mounting the soundbar as well as the Television on a full motion mount. It only took 1.5 hours to do the full install (including taking down an existing television, and hiding the wires) The pricing was a little higher than expected (almost $200) for a mount and installation, and tax. Did well, but lesson learned - buy your own mount before installer comes (would have been $100 for install)

Folks from Triangle Integration had an appointment before mine that ran much longer than it should. And although my 6pm appointment actually didn't take place until nearly 8pm... and workers completed task & even mounted an additional television for me upon last minute request. Needless to say, we were very pleased with their professionalism, follow through & for accommodating our last minute request despite being exhausted from job they had before mine. They replied quickly and were able to schedule the install for the next day. These guys are true experts when it comes to TV mounting. They had my TV and mount fully installed in about an hour. After finishing, they vacuumed the area and even wrapped up all the boxes before leaving, which I really appreciated. Professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them. read more

I purchased a projector and projector screen from this business, along with installation. Thomas Gregory ordered the parts and scheduled to come out. However, the screen came damaged, so he came out to install the projector only. The deal was to come back once the new screen came in. The day it was supposed to arrive, Thomas stopped answering my texts/calls. It's been several weeks of him not answering me. I even reached out on Yelp as another user and he answered me, but when I referred to my previous order, he stopped answering me again. His communication is terrible and for that reason, I do not recommend this business. read more

Thomas scheduled us within a day of our call. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He listened to what we wanted and then did the work perfectly. Our installation was a little trickier, due to the shiplap over drywall above the fireplace. Thomas measured and then re-measured to be sure the work would be perfect. The end result is exactly what we were hoping for. We chose Triangle Integration over another installer because his quote was $100 less than theirs. 3 strikes & you're out in my book!…read more 1st order: Shipped late. Quickly discovered that they do NOT make anybody available to resolve issues by phone -- you have to leave a number and wait/pray for a return call. At the time I had the specific e-mail of an associate I'd dealt with earlier, and he jumped in & helped immediately. It appears they've plugged that loophole now. 2nd order: Shipped open box product where new product was advertised/charged. Same old story: nobody available to speak with you. Either leave a # or e-mail. They ended up issuing a $50 refund, but this should not have happened. 3rd order: In a panic I ordered a $150 TOSLINK cable, but found out later the issue was elsewhere. Again: nobody available to assist with the return. In response to e-mail, they did approve the return, but charged a $15 "return label fee." Grrr. Hopefully I'll have my wits about me next time & remember to avoid these shady people who only half-heartedly provide customer assistance!

I was looking for people with greater experience than Best Buy. Mark got back to me very quickly and we arranged to have Karl visit us for a consultation. Karl listened to all the details of what I wanted in my setup, offering plenty of feedback on what I might expect and need. (He also took a look at my network closet, but I chose not to do anything with it.) By the end, we had probably spent an hour or more together and I got an excellent plan that we decided to go with. When my TV came in, Karl offered to come over ASAP to do the work. He showed up right on time, bringing Jeff along to do the job. They created an entirely clean setup for me, with wires running through the wall, and were able to install electricity and relocate networking cables to accommodate the mounting location. They walked me through the physical setup and the TV settings I would need to consider. During the review of the TV, *they* found a flaw in the screen and immediately let me know that they would handle getting a replacement and be back as soon as it came in. They just completed that work for me today and we went through the same review. Karl and Jeff were both great guys. (We talked horror movies and the quality of blacks in the new tech.) And something more I appreciated: they wore masks while in the house, removed their shoes when they came in, and left my house clean. I will be calling these guys again when I need something done. I trust what they tell me and they deliver on what they say.

Josh came to do some work A+++. He replaced a light switch and outlet. He also did some adjustments to a light fixture and a second outlet that were installed not straight. He took less time than I expected. He was done with everything in about 90 minutes. He tested every smoke detector after installing them. We previously used one of these electrical and plumbing companies but we were not happy. I'm so glad we found Raleigh Electric. I got quotes from 4 other companies, all about $800-1200 for the same work. I paid less than $300 to Raleigh Electric for all this work.

I stopped in and met Dan and Ed and was very impressed with his knowledge and confidence in accomplishing the task. (I had been warned by my GC not to use several other companies that he had encountered with other projects in the past.) I proceeded with IE as they had a 5 Star rating on Google. We agreed on a price and time for them to come by for the project. The professionalism of this group was apparent. They always showed up on time- and with a very positive attitude, they went about doing their work. The outcome was exactly what I had expected, so I asked them to revamp my internet access throughout the house. As before, they went about their business in a professional manner. Each time, Ed showed up to be certain that the plan was enforced. In addition to this, they were sometimes able to look remotely into my account to help me. If necessary, they arranged a time to be here. There were several iterations of the internet revamp, but the end result was to have the internet service stable throughout my home-which has three distinct floors. The thing about this group is that each and every time I require some help: if my internet is acting up or if my security system is acting finicky, all I have to do is call Intelligent Electronics. The customer service they provide is always available in the same pleasant and professional manner as was present before the sale! How many companies can you say that about?
