Credit where credit is due. Synergy Integrated Systems have demonstrated their customer focus beyond doubt. I'm convinced my initial experience/misunderstanding was an anomaly. Michelle was determined to resolve my concerns, whatever it took, and get the speakers working as they should. The diagnostic solution process was quite involved. We replaced one of the Tweeters and both Midrange speakers before discovering the culprit was a faulty crossover unit. We replaced both crossover units, and the speakers came back to their glorious best sound. Crucially all the new speakers and parts we used were all sourced by Michelle and delivered directly to me at NO CHARGE. And they were shipped fast! Michelle's resolve, responsiveness and follow up are exemplary. I've experienced the answer to the "what happens if something goes wrong?" question. I contacted 4 A/V, home networking "experts" in the Raleigh area and Synergy Integrated Systems was the only company that was able to complete the job in the time frame that was required. The technicians were incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and for the work they accomplished they were over 300.00 cheaper than any other company in the Raleigh/Wake Forest area. Michelle and the team was outstanding to work with. Costs were reasonable, communication was good, and the work was done very professionally. My job was a retrofit of an existing home adding ~30 CAT6 drops throughout the home and patch panels in the utility closet. These guys are absolutely incredible! Matt, Tony and Michelle have made this purchase experience one of the most pleasant I've ever had. I called a very well known high end provider in the triangle area. They came out to survey my media room and promised a proposal in 2 days. Well, I had to call to get the proposal. They told me they were operating on a 4 week install. Once, I had it in hand Saturday morning, I called back and said "I'm ready to sign." Well, I got pushed to voice mail the first call, the second call was completely ignored and went to voice mail. It was the holiday weekend, so I said in the 2nd voice mail "call me Tuesday morning." No response. On Tuesday morning, when I did not receive a call back, I called Synergy. Matt answered my call, and came over in 45 minutes. He surveyed the media room, went back to his office and I had a proposal in 1 hour. The proposal was right in line with what I was quoted by the other well known provider, so I signed immediately and paid my deposit. At 2:30 Tuesday afternoon, the well know provider called me to follow up on their 4 week install proposal o_0. The best part about Synergy is that I had a fully installed media room in less than 10 days! That is SERVICE !!!! read more

I have them wire my house with Cat and fiber. Everything was done exactly as I needed, and on time. I first sent an email with my requirements; they sent me back a quote with picture of all parts. They came to estimate the labor and finalized a labor estimate which they respected. I had other venders coming to my house but only Synergy could provide a clear estimate for labor. I'm glad I went with them. Of course I knew exactly what I wanted and how to make their life easy. However I was not sure what I needed regarding fiber and did I not order the right components, but they helped me get the best bang for the $$ and never gave me any grief about it.
