Brenden ran the numbers for us and during that conversation, we discovered that Brenden also sells TVs, had that very TV in stock available and offered this very TV a few hundred bucks lower than Samsung. No brainer. We ended up canceling the Samsung order and had Brenden and his team deliver it, install it and mount it. By doing this, we eliminated the waiting for the Samsung delivery, the liability of it being damaged in transport and the hassle of bringing it into the house etc. Brenden and Nick did an amazing job. They are also both extremely knowledgeable in not only all things TV and sound, but also in the wifi space too, as they were able to hard wire and conceal all my TV and Ethernet cords in a jiffy. They will do everything in their power to refuse to cancel your account even after moving...this includes hanging up on you. Been trying to cancel since November, finally called the bank to dispute the charges.

I bought my home and it had a vivint system. I thought I'd activate it as we would be moving in…read moreright away. The sales rep lied and said it was all hardwired and suggested a replacement protection plan in case there are any issues with the equipment. Turns out the system didn't work, specifically the cameras and some sensors. Also turns out the protection plan won't cover replacement. They wanted to send a technician ($$$) to diagnose and suspected I would need equipment replaced. So I asked to cancel my account immediately and I installed my own home install system (which works). I cannot cancel my account and they still charge me and won't refund any of my money. I have called the retention department numerous times with no resolution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR SERVICE!!!

I was looking for people with greater experience than Best Buy. Mark got back to me very quickly and we arranged to have Karl visit us for a consultation. Karl listened to all the details of what I wanted in my setup, offering plenty of feedback on what I might expect and need. (He also took a look at my network closet, but I chose not to do anything with it.) By the end, we had probably spent an hour or more together and I got an excellent plan that we decided to go with. When my TV came in, Karl offered to come over ASAP to do the work. He showed up right on time, bringing Jeff along to do the job. They created an entirely clean setup for me, with wires running through the wall, and were able to install electricity and relocate networking cables to accommodate the mounting location. They walked me through the physical setup and the TV settings I would need to consider. During the review of the TV, *they* found a flaw in the screen and immediately let me know that they would handle getting a replacement and be back as soon as it came in. They just completed that work for me today and we went through the same review. Karl and Jeff were both great guys. (We talked horror movies and the quality of blacks in the new tech.) And something more I appreciated: they wore masks while in the house, removed their shoes when they came in, and left my house clean. I will be calling these guys again when I need something done. I trust what they tell me and they deliver on what they say.

They always made sure we understood what they were going to do and where for any significant matter during the installation process. They also addressed a concern we had about a visible plug. They were thorough and cleaned up throughout. They're also nice guys and easy to talk to. Karl, Jeff and Danny are a great team and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend them.
