Jason with Rideout Plumbing was nothing short than fantastic! He came out the same day and fixed our clogged drains and even showed me how to do it next time in order to save money. Jason was very reasonably priced, professional, and took the time to really explain the issues so we understood what was going on. I could not recommend Rideout Plumbing more! read more

THIS is who you call first! Based on the size of the water leakage, I was expecting the worst. They helped me identify the problem quickly, patiently answered questions to educate me, AND provided a $5 DIY solution...working with my schedule on a Friday night! I've been happy with the service company I've had for years but this is my new go to. I've missed this type of service - Knowledgeable, responsive, and low stress. read more

I spoke with Jason, Rather than come to my house he encouraged me to take a few more looks at this. I noticed some water behind the toilet and ended up replacing the wax gasket as well as removing the tank and replacing everything in it myself. All is good now. 6/26/24 arrived on time as promised. Single toilet clogged. I called Julian's Plumbing Tuesday around lunch time. Justin called me back pretty quickly. Discussed my issue over the phone and was given a typical price fee, but Justin explained it's an unknown until he arrived. Received a text to confirm my information and appointment was scheduled for the next day. This morning a text was received to inform me they were on the way. Fixed my problem and explained what they did and why. Also gave me a couple recommendations if future problems arise. Thanks gents! read more

I was preparing for my daughter's arrival home with a new baby, that came early; when I realized she had a water leak at the kitchen sink. I needed a trustworthy plumber on Christmas Eve and quick. I prayed about it and found Jason at Rideout Plumbing on Yelp. His easy process on getting me a quote in minutes and a quick appointment was impressive. He was professional, direct, informative & efficient with the repair process. It was a blessing and a pleasure meeting you Jason and your son Chason. I would recommend this company without hesitation. It was worth every dollar and the rate was fair. 5 stars service Thank You again & Happy Holidays Rideout Plumbing is the bomb.com read more

Jason provided prompt and professional service to our home this past week. He was very thorough in both his work and his explanations of what he was doing to help repair a pipe in our home. Can't recommend him enough! read more

Responsive. Polite, but will try to upsell you. Took two days to clear the clog in a newly purchased home. In the process, my bathtub was chipped and front steps damaged by the snake. I now get to fix these items. More plumbing work needs to be done on this home. I asked for a quote to be emailed and haven't received the quote. Most likely will use another company for the extensive plumbing upgrade. read more

We moved into a house in River Hills on Lake Wylie three years ago and have been having a recurring sewage issue. I had another plumbing company come out yesterday to take care of the problem. They snaked the clear out to the manhole, but did not solve the problem. I then contacted Rideout Plumbing. I explained the situation and history to Jason and he explained what he would do and guaranteed that it would take care of the problem. He came out early this morning and used his more powerful snake and cleared the line. The cost was very reasonable and half of what another company quoted to have the line hydro jetted. Jason was awesome to work with and I will be using him for all my future plumbing needs. read more

No more lake on the kitchen floor! Quick response, quick repair! Less than an hour after the call, job done, which included having to cut through the back cabinet wall to replace the broken, leaking pipe for the kitchen sink! Jason, Plumbing God! Well worth the money! read more

We had facet leak so i decided it's time to upgrade our bathroom facets. I texted Jason on the phone and was surprised at how thorough he was, very detailed in questions and answers. I'm very happy at the work that he and his son did, I will be calling them back again. read more

Quick to get to you in an emergency or not. Julian's Plumbing is Phenomenal and is my families favorite, kids and all! These people are just great people. I was trying to find someone to fix my furnace heater and accidentally called them. The man, Jason, who answered the phone said he couldn't do it (as they are a plumbing company), but called his friend to hunt down a recommendation for a furnace repair person. This sort of good deed is rare and speaks highly to their integrity. read more

I did not hire this company, but wanted to post a review because the price quote was outrageous. I purchased my own bathroom faucets to be replaced and was quoted $285 each faucet for replacement. Almost $900 for three faucets. This is a basic house and basic faucets. My sister already replaced one herself. read more

Quick response and showed up exactly when they said they would and fixed a pipe issue with our kitchen sink. Fairly priced and courteous, will definitely use again if a need arises! read more

Jason did an awesome job literally diagnosing my sink issue in a couple short texts. It allowed me to do a simple maintenance item (that should have been done years ago) and get us back up and running. Will be calling him for future needs read more

I noticed a leak below my vanity sink and searched for a local plumber on Yelp. Jason responded right away and initiated a text chat with me, marked up the photo I sent, and made some suggestions in case I was willing to try to fix it myself. He was spot on and I was able to stop the leak. Jason did not earn any money this time, but he did earn my loyalty. Now I will call Julian's Plumbing anytime I need a professional plumber. You should too. read more

Called Julian's at 630 pm for a clogged mainline. I talked to Justin and he gave us a temporary fix to get us thru the night and got us scheduled. Jeff was here by 9 am. We had Julian's plumbing (Jason) come out to do some work in our garage (add a utility sink with drainage). They were incredibly responsive, had great customer service, and did a fantastic job. We are having water pressure issues and I called Julian's after seeing mostly glowing reviews. I explained our issues and what was going on, and he asked me a couple questions that I was not sure about and needed to get my husband for. Asked him to wait a second. So I got my husband to explain things and we heard nothing. Said hello a couple times and still heard nothing. Hung up and redialed the number twice with no response. Also called another number he had asked me to text pictures to, with no response. Whether he wanted to help us with or issue or not, I don't know, but I gave up and moved to another responsive company. read more

They got over here fast and fixed the clogged washing machine pipe. They went above and beyond. Thank you!

I had a plumbing emergency at my house in Charlotte and I was out of town. We called based on Yelp reviews and they were able to come in a few hours fix the issue and get the water back on. The price was very fair actually below what they quoted on the phone which is very unusual. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend you give them a call if for any routine or emergency needs read more

The service requested was successfully completed. They arrived 10 minutes early with communication prior to it. High quality craftsmanship from Jason. It just goes to show always hire a master plumber and not a handyman for plumbing. I learned a costly lesson. Water is powerful. Certified Plumbers can handle it best! read more

They were up front, honest and quick. Just a father and son at Julian's plumbing. They were not able to increase my water pressure in the house but they didn't charge me for it and turned up the heat on my water pump as I wanted and removed some unnecessary regulators that were restricting my water pressure on a multitude of faucets. Would use again better than some others that I've used in the past read more

Updated my review as I can't really rate the quality of any services performed but I can rate the company's response to my project. The response to discuss my project was fast. Due to policy on charging for estimates I didn't schedule anyone to do the work. I see that other people were satisfied with the service received. Best wishes to Julian's Plumbing. read more

Fast service on busy day -- w/I 2 hours of in-wall pipe burst on holiday when my home warranty company was useless. Great, responsive, pleasant, professional, fairly priced. Not just repair, but advice on future avoidance. Helped move furniture as needed in flooded room Thanks, Jason! read more

I've used Julian's Plumbing on more than one occasion and each time I've been more than pleased with the responsiveness, quality and service we'vereceived. I won't call anyone else, and do not hesitate to recommend them to those in need of an amazing (not just good) plumber. Like a lot of homeowners, I'm up for a good DIY project, but Jason and team are able to make what they do appear simple and easy. It took them about 40 minutes to add two outdoor faucets. Could I could have done it? sure, but this not being my first rodeo, I've found that the time it would take me to attempt and learn, then do what they do (at the same expert level) and fix what I did ultimately did incorrectly (or pay someone to correct) would be likely days and cost me 10x as much. I'll make that call to Julian's every.single.time. read more

We had a leaking toilet. It was not an emergency. I called Julian's plumbing and they came out the next morning. Arrived at 8:10am and left at 8:25am. It was a leaking supply valve. He replaced and then tested. $319.00 for 15 minutes. That is $1,276.00 per hour!!! Chasen said there was nothing he could do as it was a set price. No common sense!!! Ask about the pricing before you engage. As a follow up to my review.....Apparently, the yelp reviews do make a difference to some business owners. Moments after I posted the above review, Jason called me and listened to my story. He then made an adjustment and everyone is happy. I wish all small business owners were that conscience. I would highly recommend but get the pricing up front. read more
